He's very knowledgeable and knows how to handle real estate closings very well. As a young first time home buyer myself, I felt very confident in his advice and knowledge. He made many false promises. He’s difficult to get on the phone and loses documents. Lost thousands thanks to him. He’s only aggressive towards clients that attempt to hold him accountable. I wanted to report him to the bar but this person is unstable and unpredictable. Clearly a product of the hole that is West NY. Something is definitely off about him.

Takes him weeks to respond to an email. I asked Mr.Blanch to be more responsive, he hung up on me. He forgot important details of the case and the other side won. Definitely overpriced. He charged over $30,000 to represent me.
