I consulted with and subsequently hired Attorney Rengifo about a property issue. I required an Attorney to assist me with the Probate of my father’s condo. Having lots of experience with attorneys, I was very impressed with her willingness to take the time to educate me about the probate process, and her professionalism. She helped me understand all the issues and the steps that would be necessary. I hired her on the spot and I haven’t regretted it at all. She’s returned all my correspondence and/or calls promptly. When this matter is involved I plan on hiring her for my personal estate planning. As a former law man I don’t trust many people. I trust and respect her, and I highly recommend her.

I have used many different attorneys over the years and German is possibly the best one I've ever retained. Based off my experience, him and his office provides excellent communication. He litigated and won a very difficult civil case for me and throughout those years he always responded to my emails, he always was there to provide insight and listen to my concerns. He is the only attorney that I have ever had that I felt actually cared about my case. In my opinion when hiring an attorney those are the things that separate good attorneys from great ones. I entered into a real estate contract to buy a house in Wilton manors. When I decided that I did not want the deal the real estate agent and the title company did not want to send back my $5000 deposit. Mr Greenberg found out that the person that sign the contract did have a authority to do so because it was still going through a probate issue. Mr Greenberg wrote an email to both the title agent and the realtor and their tune changed very quickly. I received my check back within 24 hours.

Had him take over a case from a shyster lawyer who was hustling us for months stalling on settlement and running up fees. Keith was knowledgeable firm and honest in his dealings, and we soon mediated and signed a settlement within a month. It was not an ideal resolution financially but considering the options it was the right move. I wish I had hired him from the start, the case would have had a better outcome and ended much sooner. His billing was fair and he did not overcharge as many others do.

Thankfully, she knew how to handle the alimony, child support, and distribution of assets without dragging the case on like my previous attorneys. Full disclosure, the attorney you are reading this review about just happens to be my husband. I have consulted with him, effectively hiring him to do anything and everything legal, financial, real estate related and otherwise. This is not a "please consider my husband" testimonial, but rather a synopsis from a former practicing attorney in the field with an objective view as it relates to the kinds of deals Jason Kapit handles.
I know firsthand how difficult real estate transactions can be. Having practiced family law for almost a decade, much of the focus was concentrated around the division of assets, ultimately requiring the household residence to be sold. Having Jason Kapit handle these types of sensitive deals, with not only a keen understanding of real estate but also a legal perspective (contract language, negotiation), especially in the fraud-filled South Florida environment, was a welcomed sigh of relief for clients who were emotionally drained during such an arduous process.
There is no shortage of Real Estate agents, but having an agent such as Jason Kapit, with this unique background is a major benefit to many clients I have represented in the past and it only stands to reason that any home buyer or seller would be hard-pressed to find someone comparable when it comes to assisting in residential real estate sales.
