All I can say is that "if you need a attorney that specializes in WILL's and Estate's Attorney Palkovitz is the one you need to see. He is attentive, empathic, understanding and has the gift to reach the hearts of his clients needs. I have seen Barry work, his style is like none other and he does not mince words. Most excellent professional services. My only comment is they put too much faith that I would read and understand that I would need to pay them a processing fee for submitting the completed application. This surprised cost could have been avoided by telling me the total cost, including their fee for filing. I have hearing, eye sight and other physical problems. I rely on what I have been told, without regard to what I have not been told. I have learned the hard way to read and understand everything in the contract, including when I am prompted to read the entire agreed to documents when one checks the "I agree to the terms and conditions" box. Any additional cost not expressly disclosed should be illegal. Despite this, I'm very pleased thus far with their services. They aren't operating any different than all others.

Hired her in March with a low retainer, she waited till less than a week away from trial (December) to submit an invoice and demand payment. The demand for payment was 1200% greater than the initial retainer. She then informed me that she didn’t want to represent me at the trail. She left me without representation at the most critical time.
