Jeff's assistance was invaluable as our non-profit sought to lease its first commercial property. We were quickly overwhelmed by the magnitude of the lease but Jeff reviewed the document and patiently walked us through the nuances while taking the time to explain each aspect and the impact upon our organization. As I was doing my 2024 annual corporate renewal I couldn't believe how quickly time passes. In 2000, 24 years ago, I needed to incorporate my business as quick as possible to land a big contract. I hired Chad Walters to handle all the details of creating the corporation. Knowing the urgency of my needs, he made my case a priority. Attorney Shane Boutty entered into the middle of a very complicated situation (guardianship, competency, probate, trusts, limited partnerships, real estate, breach of fiduciary, appellate court) that involved multiple, intertwined cases. The cases were filed in several jurisdictions, thus making matters more complicated. A big part of the legal challenge Shane faced was the product of poor prior legal work. Unwinding the opposition's highly aggressive, and often unethical legal tactics was a monumental challenge. But, Shane's very,very competent, thorough, meticulous research, drafting, and oral arguments ultimately have turned around a seemingly un-winable case.

Having remarried after the death of my first wife and moving to Florida from out of state eighteen months ago, I required changes to my family trust, will, and other important documents. My previous attorney of many years recommended two local attorneys in Central Florida, one of which was Flammia Elder Law Firm. Before our first meeting, Flammia forwarded documents to me to aid them in helping me and to make our first meeting more efficient, effective, and productive. I have contacted this firm 3 times in the last 3 weeks trying to find a new attorney to handle both estate planning and new business formation/ structure advice. I have no idea if he is a good attorney or not because NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!!! I would have to be a fool to keep calling and begging them to get back to me. They must have enough business- likely more than they can handle if they can’t even return my call. If this is any indication of how they treat their clients, I wouldn’t want them to represent me anyway!
