I contacted Attorney Alex Mooradian to help me with my fathers citizenship. He did such an amazing job for us. From helping us fill out the proper paperwork, following up on where and when the test would be, instructing us to download the questions and answers that we would need to study. Mike got my drunk driving and driving after suspension charges dismissed in Worcester. We had to go back to court a bunch of times and the prosecutor was difficult, but he filed a motion and we had a hearing. The judge agreed and threw the whole thing out. Mike was always available when I needed to talk to him and he never kept me in the dark wondering what was going on. I would definitely use him again (hopefully I won’t need to!).

I had been a member of the Legal Defense Fund for a number of years without ever needing to use it. That all changed earlier this year. I was involved in an internal matter in which I was accused of a crime.
I made a call the the fund and was referred to Mr. Akerson. I called his office and spoke to Michael immediately. He walked me through the initial process and calmed my fears. My mom was trying to sell her house that she had bought with my dad and lived in since 1966. It was bought as a two family and my grandmother (father's mom) lived upstairs for 12 years before she passed away.
At this point the house was used as a single family. Sometime between this point and 2016 the house zoning was changed to single family. The purchase and sale was due in less than 48 hours. (Our first home sale so we were clueless)
We also discovered that my father's estate never went through probate after his death in 2006.
The house had been deeded to my parents and the three children before my father's death. And then again to my mom and the three children after my dads death.
So we had not only the two family house that the city of Worcester had zoned as a single family but my father's estate had to go through probate ten years after his death.
Jeff took on this tricky and difficult case without a second thought and was very knowledgeable about every step.
If a situation was not in Jeff's area of expertise then he not only let us know but also found a lawyer who was in that field.
Jeff was very calming and easy going throughout this whole process. He was excellent to deal with and I strongly recommend him to anyone selling a home!

Scott Sinrich is an amazing business attorney. Specifically, I had him represent me for several business litigation cases. I would choose him ten times out of ten over the bigger law firms in Worcester. Previously I had been represented by the largest and known to be "best" firm in Worcester, and now after working with Scott, I see how unethical and little they did for my case. Scott Sinrich is an attorney who will stay up late nights and wake up early morning to make sure he is prepared to represent you on your case. His firm is smaller, but you should never decide on a law firm based on the number of attorneys within the practice when selecting a law firm. Atty. Brennan helped me with a Bankruptcy case about a year ago. Brian is incompetent. He should go back to doing finance. He has written on his website that he serves his clients interests rather than his own; however, he serves his own interests and then some. It is important for a lawyer and his/her client to have a strategy and not to have swirling drama, especially when the lawyer is representing the father as the father doesn't have the same privileges as the mother with the Boston courts. Brian had no strategy and provided no case law; but rather just his opinion. He took hours to review documents which should have taken 1/10th as long. He even charged me for withdrawing as my attorney. $3500 retainer at $350/hr resulted in no action items. If you want to waste your time and money Brian is a good choice. The bar is low with him.
