Very impressive lawyer. Mr. Kendrick has been helping me on a probate case. He has been responsive, friendly, and informative. At times, he has had to act as a counselor helping me to understand the process and to encourage me, gently, not to allow little speed bumps to bother me. Very caring, very warm. Hired eve Harris to get my boyfriend transferred, nearly 900$ , she had me contact her weekly letting her know he wasn't transferred, one week the gdc lawyers are looking into it, then its processing, then they asked her what prison he wanted to go to. A week later she offered to give refund, days later she claimed to have spoken with her guy with gdc who assured her my boyfriend was transferring the upcoming transfer night of course that was a lie. Now two whole months every week she gave me a different story about t the refund. She is a fraud and her husband John is also. Neither are lawyers john jus got out of prison himself and so did eve. This lawyer needs to distance himself far away from these scandalous people. Eve is lying to people saying her friend works in gdc and charges people 825 to do the transfer. DO NOT PAY HER A PENNY

I didn’t hire the attorney, but the paralegal Eve Harris was paid to have my brother transferred from one prison to a closer one or a county camp. When I called the office for a consult, Eve was the one to answer the phone. She stated she would start the process as soon as the payment was sent. Weeks would pass by and I hadn’t heard anything from Eve. I would call the office, her direct line, email, and text her. Some times she would reply promptly and most times I wouldn’t hear back from her until hours later. I’ve asked for a refund being that nothing is being done and the fact that she won’t respond or keep me updated with the whole process. She is very unprofessional and rude. I hate that I had my parents come out of their pockets to pay her anything. I plan to call the office on Monday to see if I can get a better understanding, if not, I will be filing a suit. I have a paper trail of proof that shows how she is when conducting professional business. I feel like I was scammed.

My grandson is in prison in GA. Paralegal John Harris contacted my grandson through email via the inmate prison emails and told my grandson that he could file his stimulus check for him and it would cost him $200 out of the stimulus to file. My grandson gave him the information. Mr. Harris told my grandson that release papers would be sent to him to fill out and sign for my grandson choose where he wanted the money sent to. This was on 11/16/2020 and now on 03/28/2021 my grandson HAS NOT got the forms. They are withholding my grandson's money from him. He says Mr. Harris is very rude in replying to e-mails and his assistant Eve is rude as well when I have called to talk to him. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM FOR ANYTHING. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
