Mr. Feldman is extremely knowledgeable and capable first and foremost. He has a lot of experience in his field and it's fairly clear that he's seen just about everything. Above and beyond that, he is a good communicator, and can help you understand the way things work. He always responded in a timely manner and got information to me as soon as he had it. What makes him really shine is that he's quick, he's thought about all of the angles, and he can defend you even when the other side plays dirty. This guy has your back, and in my case even made me smile a bit when things looked bleakest. He got me through when nobody else could. Wish I had met this guy through some other context, seems like a great person to have as a friend.

Tracy and Joelle by far is the best team! Have been in my crazy battle for 4 years now, with my previous lawyer he did an okay job, but after hiring Tracy and her team, I am finally making progress. Tracy has been very transparent and gives the best advice throughout this crazy/difficult time. She has given me so much peace of mind and very on top of it. Life is good, your career is prosperous, you’re loved by your kid, you’re grateful to life for a promising future, then you receive that appalling phone call. Someone is telling you that you’re being investigated by the police, falsely accused of the worst crime you can imagine, and that you must call a lawyer. And you’re advised to contact Attorney Rick Lougee. That happened to me, it may be happening to you as you read this, and I was very fortunate to get Lougee’s name. I’m the living case-dismissed proof that hiring Rick Lougee is the right decision when your entire life is in jeopardy. Always keep in mind Lougee’s principle: You never talk to the police. Throughout my case, sadly, I realized that the police’s investigation is sloppy, they’re lazy in finding facts, the prosecution is ideologically contaminated (e.g. #MeToo), and sometimes, like in my case, rigged. Rick Lougee assembles an effective and unshakable investigative team for all his cases. For my case, they started working almost immediately. In a matter of a couple of weeks, they revealed the facts that would in time form the foundation for my innocence. They dug deeper than the prosecution during the discovery process, and they found a considerable number of facts and police reports that should have persuaded any police detective to take a closer look at what was going on in the accusers’ house in the first place. But remember, in today’s environment, if you’re accused, you are guilty until proven otherwise. Lougee was determined to demonstrate my full innocence and systematically rejected any proposal of a plea bargain from the prosecution. We agreed that we will go all the way for our battle at trial. From my experience, Lougee operates using three strategies: He is brashly honest and clear with you about the difficulties of the case. He strategizes with a military mind, planning always under the worst scenarios. He puts extreme care to the detail of law’s fundamentals in his motions, executing the defense brilliantly and effectively in court. I was fortunate to see Rick fighting for me in court. I saw him delivering at least two Perry Mason moments for my case. My case was complicated by the conundrums of the pandemic, which caused a long waiting process. The nature of my case involved false memories of abuse. Lougee undertook a careful and thoughtful search for the best expert witness from very prestigious academic institution. He covered all the corners of my case, never underestimated the prosecution, and never left my case to the odds. We were ready for trial. In a fortunate change of events and new information, Lougee discovered a pattern in the police detectives in charge; they were secretly coaching the accusers to provide favorable evidence for the prosecution. And in a most disgraceful act, the police department destroyed all the evidence that we know existed. This triggered the dismissal of my case. During all my predicament journey of my case, I felt confident that Rick would use all his experience and talents to destroy the prosecution’s case in order to save me from a terrible fate. My confidence was based on Rick’s experience. He has an extensive list of cases that demonstrate he never is afraid of how big the case or the prosecution is. He has been in David vs Goliath situations. He has historical cases featured in newspapers and magazines like The New Yorker, or you can find his cases in academic books on criminal law. But that’s the last thing he cares about. He is focused on beating the prosecution case, but most importantly, he cares about demonstrating your innocence. He will fight for you, call him.

I was falsely accused of two sexual felonies and was facing 17 to 39 years in prison. That amount of time would equate to life in prison for crimes I never commited. My life was coming apart and because the system is heavily stacked against the defendant, I was almost hopeless. We hired Rick Lougee because of his reputation as an outstanding attorney and his over 40 years of experience working difficult cases, especially sex related cases in multiple states. He took my case and immediately, between his investigators and his team, began to build the case proving that the charges were unfounded. He was very honest with me about what to expect and always prepared me for the next step. He was also very empathetic and understood on a gut level what I was going through being unjustly accused of a terrible crime. I am a multiple tour combat veteran and it is no exaggeration to say that this situation was the most terrifying of my life. Rick’s experience and knowledge of the law, law enforcement officers, prosecutors and CPS officials was unquestionable and invaluable. He had the BEST investigators and colleagues working hard and diligently preparing our defense and was, at all times, straightforward and professional. Rick’s team built such a strong case that the Prosecutors did not feel that the case should even go before the Grand Jury and, therefore, the charges were dismissed. From a possible 39 years in prison to the prosecutor’s decision not to indict was the worst rollercoaster ride of my and my family’s lives. Even after the case was dismissed, Rick provided us with counsel on possible complications and how to move forward with our lives. I am forever grateful that we found Rick and his team. It is not hyperbole to say that he and his team saved my life. I would highly recommend Mr. Lougee to anyone facing serious criminal allegations. He is literally the best of the best!

I ask a lot of questions, Vicki answered them all. She was honest with me and straight forward about what was and wasn't possible. She didn't promise things she couldn't deliver, so when things came to a completion, we got the things we asked for. While I hope I never need her again, if I did, I would come to her first.

I am very pleased that I went with Vicki Lopez for my felony DUI case. She was able to bring down my aggravated misdemeanor plea down to a standard misdemeanor without having to go to trial. She and her team were quick to respond to my calls/emails whenever I had questions which was nice due to this being a stressful time. On a personal level she was able to work with me and calm me down when I was a nervous wreck due to this being my first experience with the justice system. Out of nowhere we received a call from a detective making accusations about a past event. These were the kind of accusations that could potentially be life altering. Not knowing what to do, but knowing we needed advice, I found Jerald Schreck online, ascribed as someone with expertise related to my case. I made a call. Sure enough Mr. Schreck picked up the phone himself. He was warm and reassuring. Not having ever met me before, or with any pretense that I would retain him, he spent about an hour on the phone with me reviewing the recent events and my concerns. He explained to me the law, how these things typically work, and put it in to the context of my situation. In the end he advised me that I was not currently in need of a lawyer, but if things progressed, he would keep my information on file. I offered to compensate him for the impromptu consultation, but he said he was happy to help, and that was not needed. He offered his services but insisted it was not worth my money at this time. With one phone call we went from shock and panic to reassurance. Mr. Schreck’s kindness and expertise deescalated the situation and enabled us to get back to our lives. His kindness and willingness to help without compensation was truly unexpected. We owe him immense gratitude and WILL be calling him back in the event we ever need his services. An honest lawyer who is passionate about helping those who need defense.

I hired Attorney Matt Long after I was indicted on serious criminal charges. Matt worked tirelessly to review all the evidence and make the appropriate motions to win the case. After reviewing his motions, all the most serious felony counts of the indictment were dismissed. On the remaining felony counts, Matt was also able to have them dismissed in exchange for a plea to an offense that is treated as a misdemeanor with probation. We tirelessly searched the internet for a lawyer for our son and we are so glad that we found Cornelia! My husband and I live in Pennsylvania so we're we're nervous about coordinating our son's legal defense from such a distance. Ms. Honchar made it easy. She is tough, down to earth and gave us our chances right from the get go. She called and emailed us every step of the way even spending 2+ hours on the phone with me just for the consultation. My name is Mary, and I am writing this review to let anyone who is in need of an excellent lawyer Ms Cornelia will not disappoint you. We hired her in a self defense case for my son he was charged with 4 aggravated assaults, all felonies it was a very hard time in our lives, not knowing the law or what to do. Ms Cornelia was a godsend to us she is a compassionate caring person, my son was facing up to 30 years he is 22 so that was devastating to us. My son was determined to go to trial and Ms Cornelia felt confident he could win the case, but again if he lost hence the 30 years or more!! Words could never express what this wonderful woman did for my son. At some point of him being in jail he was threatened by other inmates and put in what they call the towers very traumatic for him and us his parents and siblings, there is absolutely nothing you can do!! Totally helpless feeling, Well she got him out of solitary confinement and transferred to another what they call pods, He did well for the rest of the time he was there. To anyone who reads this, Ms Cornelia is a lawyer you want standing by your side, To end this we decided not to go for trial, not because we did'nt trust her but for the fact that if he lost, well she got him a plea of 3.5 yrs with 1 yr credit. We will forever remember her in our hearts!!!!

I hired Henry for my boyfriend's case of false allegations. Henry is an incredible attorney. One that respects and understands the law, understands the systems at play, and did his research on the case. He was a master attorney in the court room and my boyfriend was acquitted. Tracy and Joelle by far is the best team! Have been in my crazy battle for 4 years now, with my previous lawyer he did an okay job, but after hiring Tracy and her team, I am finally making progress. Tracy has been very transparent and gives the best advice throughout this crazy/difficult time. She has given me so much peace of mind and very on top of it. Her and Joelle has exceeded all of my expectations and then some. I am a complete over thinker and they both have eased my mind so much and have kept me sane from all of the crap I have been through. If you want justice for a loved one for medical malpractice, and wrongful death stay away from this law firm. They will only take your case if the victim and their family didn't sign any medical documents at the hospital. Not sure what planet they practice law on. What a waste of time.

It will be Aaron Black. Aaron was referred to me and my son through another attorney that had helped my son in a previous case. I was provided a couple names from this previous attorney, and as soon as we spoke with Aaron, I knew he was the one. My son was facing class 3 felony charges with jail time and with Aaron’s diligence was able to reduce to a plea where he will earn a misdemeanor. The probation department was recommending Intensive Probation and Aaron was able to convince the judge that IP was not appropriate. As the mother of the accused, Aaron was able to keep my “mother-bear” mind at ease. He is very easy to communicate with and doesn’t make you feel like less of a person because you have been accused of a crime. Aaron is a class-act attorney and a wonderful person. Thank you, Aaron, for all that you have done to keep my son out of jail and to help steer him in the right direction.

My second time using Aaron’s services. I was looking at a super extreme, 45 days in jail and high fines. After Aaron took on my case he was able to find evidence the officer mistreated me, he filed a complaint with the professional standards bureau. When the prosecutors saw the letter they immediately reduced the case to a regular DUI. I only had to do a night in jail, possibly 6 months interlock, and reduced fines.

I found Aaron through AVVO and after reading his profile I knew that I would be contacting him immediately. He was able to get my super extreme DUI charge down to a regular DUI charge through finding evidentiary issues. He prepared me for court by providing resources for everything I would have to complete including alcohol screening, interlock device, and traffic school. My time in jail was reduced from 45 days to just 24 hours. If you find yourself facing criminal charges Aaron is the best lawyer to get the results you want. Not to mention he was reasonably priced!

To whom this may concern, I Jacob Borchers come to you in good faith. A small town boy that grew up in a christian family. My family retains strong moral values, tempered with traditional family beliefs. Where a man is only as good as his word. Knowing nothing in this world is free. If you want it you earn it. I fell short of the grace of god so I thought. Last year 2023 I faced my first legal trouble to date. I searched online for a replicable legal council. Endless hours to find what appeared to be a plausible representative of the courts. This registered state bar attorney reviews were all good. To know avail the deception that followed. Before retaining this attorneys services his sales pitch much like a used car salesman was impeccable. He claimed to be a formal state prosecutor. He described a few high profile cases he was involved with, he shared pictures of him and an institutionalized client of his that killed family. Im not sure why anyone would want to associate with anyone that killed his family but this Attorney was bragging as if he was proud to know this man. This attorney charged me $500 an hour, I paid him $40,000 in monthly payments. From the time of payment. his first court room analogy (defense) metaphorically orchestrated "young bull and a old bull was on top of a hill looking down through the meadow, young bull said to old bull, lets run down their and screw a cow, the old bull said no lets walk down and screw them all" Jason said this implying he will walk all over them in trial, and that his strategy will be to let the state lay their cards down then he will walk all over them so its not a back and forth battle. Well little did I know is this was just a plot for him to make himself appear as if he was working on my case while I was making payments towards the $40,000. The only thing Jason did in court was continuances until he was paid. Once Jason Lamm was paid he completely went 180. Then this attorney manuscripts a three page essay on why I should take a plea for 3.5-7 years in prison, when it was just a month prior before that, BEFORE Jason was paid. Jason said and I quote "They just expect you lay down and take this plea (scoffs), we are running out of resources though so you need to finish your payments" In this three page essay Jason wrote to me he described everything I did wrong as if he was the prosecutor for the state and not my lawyer that already knew the facts of my case. I explained everything I told the police, he my attorney used that against me, contacted my victim and sided with the victim and prosecution. My attorney met me and said "I was to say I was in fear of my life" when I discharged the gun. This statement was all prior to the $40,000 payment. Once paid he blatantly said I think you acted out of anger. My attorney only spoke to the district attorney inviting her to a brunch (coffee date) the District Attorney declined the "coffee date" Jason then said the response was "if you want to talk we can talk through email, thank you." This so called Defense Attorney rolled his eyes conveying the message to me. With no conscience, to no avail he affords no plausible resolution. This real life synopsis of Ineffective assistance of council State Bar Attorney Jason Lamm is under Judiciary review (probation for State Bar Attorneys) he conveys professional representation. Jason Lamm has violated his very own oath, his commission to the great people of this land, he has fabricated a painted picture (metaphorically) giving you hope all while his ploy, his character intent was money motivated. Mr Jason Lamm, acted outside his official capacity labeled, registered as a state m bar attorney. The difference between my character and intent and Mr Jason Lamm is integrity. On my word I shaked his hand agree to the service cost and fees. Mr Jason Lamm did not live up to his word or his oath of office and commission to the great people of this land.
