I worked with Fuicelli & Lee regarding a car accident that destroyed a rather special car I was driving and left me injured. I would advise anyone in the same situation to retain them as their work and responsiveness were exemplary. The team coordinates its efforts well and they have access to significant resources that not only make the process go smoother but also provide options in a situation that usually leaves a person with few.
They also showed an incredible degree of integrity during my case, which I think others have help to corroborate with their many excellent reviews. Should the need arise for representation again, I won't even consider another firm.

When our son was arrested for very serious charges, and facing the prospect of decades in prison, I called a family friend who is an attorney. He said that without hesitation, if his son were in a similar situation and his life depended on it, he would recommend Trent Trani.

I had to take a few minutes to let everyone know just how great of a job Trent did on our injury case. My wife and I were in a horrible accident in 2021 and we received a recommendation to contact the Trani law firm and boy are glad we did. Trent and his staff helped us by taking care of everything with the defendant's insurance company, but not just that when our medical insurance found out that the injuries to my wife were caused by the accident and that we were not at fault they wanted to be reimbursed. That was frightening to us, but they contacted and negotiated with them and took care of the issues. Then he continued working on our case against the defendant's insurance company and finally got us an amazing settlement. That settlement has allowed us to feel much more comfortable in our retirement. We can't thank him and his team enough for all their hard work We highly recommend Trani law to everyone.

I was wrongly charged with domestic violence when I was the victim but, because I did not call to report an incident, the police believed the fabricated lie. I was arrested and forced to go through the most embarrassing process I have ever experienced in my life, all the while, feeling like a criminal when I didn’t do anything wrong.
After I posted bail, I new I needed help with this fight and began looking for defense attorneys, which was when I found Mike.
When I met with Mike and broke down the whole story, he thought it was a great case to take all the way to trial. He was very honest and let me know that the DA will try to ‘sweeten’ the plea deal, at every disposition. He said there is a good chance the charges would get dropped before trial but, it could take all summer and may not be dismissed until an hour before trial. He told me to prepare myself and expect it to go to trial.
We were all set for trial and Mike couldn’t wait for his opportunity to cross examine. Just before trial, he made one last attempt to get the DA to look at all the evidence. Finally, the DA listened and the evidence that Mike presented, was enough to dismiss the case. Just as he prepared me for what to expect, the case was dropped an hour before trial.
Although the whole situation cost me a lot of money, time, embarrassment, heartache, etc... I couldn’t have done it without Mike. He was always available when I had questions or needed to run something by him. His price is much more appealing than several of the others that I had tried calling.
Overall, Mike Boyce is a true professional, very candid, and someone you can trust!

I went through a situation that I’ve never been through and I should not have been in long story short I had three charges and was unaware. I found out through getting hired at this job when they did a background check they chose not to hire me and that’s when I became aware of my situation! Mr. Cross you did a fantastic job you were very clear on the entire process and what needed to get where we wanted the deal to get to. A great negotiator and honestly a stand up gentleman with knowledge that's impressive with case law and the process of court proceedings. Mr. Cross was very patient however very informative on how to navigate this case. He keeps in contact on a regular basis and will even give some encouragement on your well being, sobriety and goals you may have set. In court he shows no signs of nervousness and pays attention to detail. I can't speak to the other lawyers at this firm, but I had a very disturbing experience with Andrew Castle, who represented one of my friends in a relatively high profile case. Unfortunately, my friend was found guilty on all 7 counts. And my friend and I weren't really sure of what to do. I asked him if there was any way I could use my platform to try to help? And my friend said that it might help, but that we should first ask his lawyer Andrew, before doing anything. We had agreed that this was a good idea, and I sent an email asking what Andrew thought, making it very clear that I wouldn't do anything if that made him or my friend uncomfortable.
When I asked Andrew if using my platform would be of any use, Andrew's response was very aggressive. I asked him why he was being aggressive, when I already had agreed to not doing anything that he didn't feel comfortable with. To my surprise, his response was to tell me to stop talking to his client, my friend, while he was in custody.
It was a very jarring experience as I simply wanted to try to help my friend, and again, had no interest in doing anything that would make my friend or Andrew feel uncomfortable.
I also found this to be very disturbing, as I imagine being in jail is tough, and someone in jail might want to have as many friends as possible to talk to. However, because I didn't want to further anger Andrew, I and others stopped talking to our friend until he was out of custody. I think that's an incredibly horrible and cruel position to put all of us in, as we simply wanted to provide emotional support throughout an incredibly tough time.
I found Andrew to be extremely insecure, aggressive, and unprofessional. If you or someone you care about is going through a legal process, it's generally a very painful time, and having a lawyer lash out in these ways really adds to the stress of that. I would highly recommend finding a lawyer who can treat others in a professional manner, or at least with a kind mentality.

Barry went above and beyond in so many ways. As his client, I was expecting professionalism and efficiency - both of which he executed flawlessly. What I was not expecting was how well he not only managed my expectations of my case, but the extent to which he made me feel heard, believed in my innocence and how understanding he was of the mental health impact that my situation was having on me. He provided me with the perfect amount of urgency in getting on top of the matter while also providing a sense of calm to keep me level-headed. Looks like my review was unfairly taken down....guess this firm wants to keep my families experience hush hush. I TESTIFIED in court on behalf of my brother and the custody over my two nieces, we had two family meetings with Tyler plus I sent him a very long and lengthy email in November of 2023 that he never replied to yet charged my father $350 to read, which I don't believe he even read my email. So if this firm is trying to claim my review is not valid because I didn't hire Tyler myself they are incorrect!!! I was a part of this entire journey so for Google to take down my review after this firm reported it is not OK as I was involved with this case from beginning to end.- so here is my review again!!!! ZERO stars!!!! My father and brother hired Tyler Lambert to help my brother win his custody battle with his two young daughters. Tyler many times was very hard to get in touch with and would ignore phone calls over and over again. I kept telling my dad and brother that they needed to hire a new attorney because Tyler did not have my brothers best interest at heart. I wish they would've taken me a little more seriously however they felt they had invested so much money in him already that they stuck by him. Tyler showed no evidence in court to help my brother out... We submitted text messages, social media posts, conversations, photos of our family over the last 16 years with my brothers daughters, etc...Tyler used none of it in court. He had so much proof on my ex sister in law and how her attorney was blowing everything out of proportion plus evidence that could have made my brother's ex look really bad and prove she's a liar - but Tyler provided none of it and when they were claiming untrue statements about my brother he didn't object, not one time!!!! Tyler told all of us that were testifying on the stand that we needed to "be nice" and say "nice things" about my ex sister in law and that we should NOT provide any family photos as this judge doesn't like seeing family photos. Meanwhile the other side TRASHED my brother and they also showed a ton of photos - clearly Tyler's advice was the worst we could have taken. The end result were my nieces moving away with their mother to Illinois and pinning my brother as a bad father. He's an amazing father. He just has a bitter and scorned ex-wife that wanted to hurt him so badly that she used her own children for leverage. Do not hire Tyler if you are going through a custody battle with children... He does not care and will not show proof and documentation of what you give him to help your case out. He basically collected a paycheck and nothing more. Now my brother's daughters are in a fatherless environment because he failed to do his job properly. I WILL CONTINUE TO REPOST REVIEWS IF THIS ONE IS TAKEN DOWN - THIS EXPERIENCE WAS MY EXPERIENCE FIRSTHAND WITH TYLER!!!!!

James Cordes provided terrible advice. His drafting was sloppy and required extensive redrafting by opposing counsel, and he advised me to take a terrible deal. Because of James, I am taking home a fraction of my income. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize how bad it was until firing him and employing new counsel. He is a nice man, but a bad lawyer. I wish I had gotten a second opinion before it was too late.

Mr. Jeffrey Wolf and Wolf Law literally saved my life. Mr. Wolf is hands down the best attorney in the State of Colorado. Not only do his awards and recognitions take up more space than a standard studio apartment, he will work diligently to get you the single best Court outcome possible--my experience proves this.
Facing accusations of domestic violence (DV) not once, but twice, I phoned Mr. Wolf. (He responds to calls/emails within the HOUR, but no more than a day.) I was looking at the loss of my healthcare license, time in prison, and a future that I thought was no longer worth living.
I was on probation (a deal that I got from another attorney - big mistake) when I engaged Mr. Wolf following a second accusation of DV. I was looking at a minimum of 1 year jail, but likely closer to 2. I was devastated. However, the deal that Mr. Wolf got me was something out of a movie. Mr. Wolf knows the laws better than anybody else because he literally had to explain this unique, complex deal to not only the DA, but to the JUDGE. It seriously was like something that's mentioned in one paragraph of one law textbook--and Mr. Wolf was the only one who knew about it. I didn't even get probation! Nor did I violate my initial probation! All I had to do was stay out of additional trouble for a year, and it got dismissed! This required Mr. Wolf to extensively communicate with the DA's from both Counties, but also both Judges. Mr. Wolf is who you want on your side because he knows how to talk to whoever it may be to secure you the deal you need for your future.
As if that wasn't crazy enough, I crashed my car a few months later. Because I allowed a good samaritan to drive me the two minutes home, I was charged with Hit and Run. I was looking at another probation violation, and a violation of the "Stay out of Trouble" deal. I was looking at a minimum 2 years jail, all for crashing my car in the snow. When it was time for Court, Mr. Wolf had expertly identified a virtually unnoticeable discrepancy between the responding officer's report and the body cam footage. Because Mr. Wolf noticed this, the whole case was DISMISSED! Choose the lawyer that is going to find these minute details--Mr. Wolf.
It gets crazier - I was recovering from significant brain injuries throughout the entire case, which Mr. Wolf so kindly accommodated for (I needed lots of reminders, which Mr. Wolf provided). Because of this, I had trouble complying with the State-mandated DV treatment. I had gone from agency to agency, until eventually, the DA revoked my probation and recommended me for conviction and sentencing. I truly thought there was no way another miracle could happen, so I mentally prepared for jail. Clearly, I forgot I had Mr. Wolf on my side, because he secured me yet ANOTHER deal, this time even more complex. Mr. Wolf had convinced not only the DA on the other side of the State, but the Judge on the other side of the State to allow me a final chance under unique circumstances. He literally got them to agree to hold off on the Probation revocation, but still hold it over my head, and give me another chance at completing the DV treatment. All I had to do was complete the treatment, which I did, and it was DISMISSED!.
Because of Mr. Wolf and Wolf Law, I have a background check to prove none of this ever even happened. I was given a second chance at life because of Mr. Wolf. Here's what I can guarantee:

I find it very odd to see the less than happy reviews for Sawaya. My experience was top notch.
I was hit by a car an now I walk like an Egyptian. Well, not exactly, but the long story is tedious and irrelevant. What matters is that I needed legal counsel to manage my claims process with the insurance companies. I was assigned Zach Elsner and Erin Threadwell as my legal team, and could not be happier.
Folks, these things are battles, and not the type that are won in days or weeks, but months, and sometimes years. Zach and Erin were perfectly communicative when I needed to act on something, had an update, or just the occasional check in to make sure they know where we all were in the process.
If your hurt, you need more than peace of mind, You need an advocate that is going to take care of business on your behalf. If you need a personal injury attorney, I think that Sawaya is a strong option. Highly professional, and more than anything else, I never felt like they were a bunch of ambulance chasers.
I hope I never have to use them again, but if I ever get rag-dolled by an SUV in the future, I know where to turn.

I worked with Mark Savoy and Diane Barrera Joseph Santaularia was my primary attorney or my main attorney for six months he helped me. I went through a situation that I’ve never been through and I should not have been in long story short I had three charges and was unaware.
