So my ex-wife accused me of touching our daughter - my entire world came crashing down around me and was unjustly thrown in jail and facing up to 20 years in prison. Todd reviewed my case, and fought for me. Todd was incredibly meticulous, thorough, driven, and did not stop for any hurdle placed in front of him. After presenting the evidence and a solid defense, I was acquitted and found not guilty. Foss was very thorough in everything he did from investigation to validating facts to learning the personalities of the court and DA. He obviously had learned much over his years in practice and had a plan, but was not so rigid that he did not adjust with the situation. Always thinking ahead, he was prepared for different possibilities in each instance. A very intelligent gentleman who used good manners and remained calm at every turn. He was interested in hearing our input about the case and answering any questions we had. He communicated, even over communicated, to make sure we understood. Although the case was long, he was just as engaged at the end as at the beginning. We felt like we mattered to him as people and not just another win he could chalk up. We hope to never need his services again, but wouldn't hesitate a moment to engage him if the need arose.

After some searching, I found Foss Hodges and set up a time and an interview. Foss wanted to meet the entire family and the friends anyone who could show up, Foss began to introduce himself and more importantly wanted to know about me and my family. Foss cared it was the first time I had spoken to someone who wanted to actually hear from my family and was willing to speak with them about the case to help ease any confusion we may have. Also, a huge plus was he wanted to work with experts, and he had some of his own including wanting to give the one I had in mind a call and to at least learn with them. Foss gave us a checklist to do with everything he needed and as well as anything we thought would help him in any way. Then we went to work, we were a team working towards one goal and that was to prove my innocence and to put my family back together. Foss Hodges first act of business is very unique, it's to stop and indictment if it hasn’t been indicted already. He states very clearly, I can't promise you anything but the fact I will give you the best effort and I am going to put in the work. Any lawyer that tells you they can promise you a dropped case or an innocent verdict is something to pay attention to because that is not a thing. Foss then asks me to take a polygraph and then came to my house personally to do a walk through and see my house and exactly how the incident transpired. Foss took the extra steps to fully understand what happened and educated himself about the step by step instead of just taking my statement and that’s it. Foss wants to be there and see it with his own eyes, then after that he wants to try to meet the District Attorney to stop the Indictment if possible. We waited a year and a half it felt like before the DA responded to him then she would talk about meeting and then leave the office and someone else would get the case, or it would be “lost” for a few months then a new DA would take it and not respond to him all over again. Foss was persistent and never stopped with the correspondence to try to get a meeting to show the binder he built with all of his hard work and the expert testimonies with the polygraph test and all the Character reference letters with photos of the family and all. Foss kept my family updated and was very frequent with phone calls and if you had a rough time, you could just call him to talk, he was there for me and my wife in a time where we didn’t know what to do. Foss fought for my life for 3 years he won a bond modification to get me home to my family then 8 months later he went on to meet with the DA over my case and she dropped all charges over a six-minute phone call with my wife. Foss Hodges gave me my life back I have never seen anyone care or work so hard for anyone in my life, he was exceeding and doing things every lawyer I worked with before was just not there. I would trust Foss hodges with my life again and I am telling you if you are uncertain about the situation you are in and if you are reading this, I know your scared like I was. Please just give him a call and at the very least listen to what he has to say let him hear your story and then let him work for you like he did for me. He can't promise you the same outcome as me but that’s what he told me too and here I am writing this review after being free from the nightmare with a healthy family working on my master's because of this man. I owe him my life.

Holly is great! My son was facing several felony charges for non-violent pot possession. Thanks to Holly, all felony charges were dropped. Tracy was a God given angel to me and my family. I was charged with false allegations and sent a TPO. After consulting with Tracy, she handled the case and told me to not speak at the hearing. I am normally a very strong willed person, but she went in and got the JOB DONE. I was awarded fees in the hearing. She proved that this plaintiff was a liar and acted upon malicious and retaliatory purposes. Not only did Tracy admonish the plaintiff, the judge did as well given Tracy's arguments' and defense strategy.

My husband at the time literally stole my inheritance. When I confronted him, he attacked me, I fought back and I got charged with battery because he called the cops first. Then he did a a TPO and barred me from seeing my children.
With all these charges, Tracy was referred to me by a good friend. Once she was on the case, everything turned in my favor. She was able to give me custody of my kids while I had a TPO on me which never happens. She also got my battery case dismissed. My husband told me he wished she was his attorney and said that will be our family attorney.
All I can say was she was a rock when I was at my lowest point and she got me through it. Her knowledge of the criminal justice system and TPOs are amazing. If you hire her, you will not be disappointed.

I was in my cell never been to jail before. I was scared in an unknown space. Disconnected from my world and my freedom I didn’t know what my future was going to be. On rock bottom. I was called for an attorney visit a very energetic bubbly blonde woman with a MCM bag begins to speak to me I automatically felt safe she told me her creditials and I automatically had a little hope. Tracy was humble, fun and energetic. You wouldn’t know how big of a deal she is because she is so humble I can’t come up with any other words to describe her. I called Mr. Hirsch recently to ask for help in a potential fraud case. After spending an hour calling one department of the Atlanta police after the other and getting nowhere, I called Mr. Hirsch in desperation. Even though I am the victim of the fraud and Mr. Hirsch is a defense attorney, he seemed to care greatly for my well being and for my predicament. He provided me with a ton of good information and made me feel better about the terrible situation that I have found myself in. He talked with me for over 30 minutes even though he knew he would not be representing me. It is so nice to find a decent and caring attorney who will try to help when you are in a time of need. I hired Muneer to handle a double felony drug & weapons charge for my 23yr old son. Muneer told me exactly what he would be able to do prior to taking the case. I’m not a repeat offender or an experienced criminal, so when I heard that there may be an arrest warrant issued in my name, I quickly panicked. I wasn't familiar with the arresting process and pictures from bad cop dramas filled my head. Carlos Rodriguez did a wonderful job on my case, which was dismissed. Carlos was proactive, responsive, and very conscientious. He did a great job of obtaining all of the relevant evidence and then giving good advice on the best course of action. At my initial Divorce consult with Mr. Saginar, I was extremely impressed by his patience on wanting to understand my case. He was a great listener and asked me thorough questions that no other attorney, I had retained in the past, had asked. He provided a clear understanding of my options going forward and did not give me false expectations. He came across honest and caring. He even advised me, based on his personal experience, not as an attorney. He could sense my insecurities about my marriage and provided me with very wise advised. He was knowledgeable about the law and straight forward. I felt comfortable and at ease that Mr. Saginar will do his best to protect me. I wished I had met Mr. Saginar earlier in my case. Mr. Saginar remained close by our side, the entire case. He was present in the court. He spoke to the judge privately. Mr. Saginar understood our side, and the need to ultimately have the entire proceeding expunged. --And while it did take months (as Mr. Saginar said that it would), ultimately the case was fully removed. As our lawyer, Mr. Saginar followed the case diligently. (He told us that he would check on the process every few weeks, and he did so). His knowledge let him know how long the process would extend. ---And how wonderful is it, when your 'advocate,' your lawyer, even joins you for lunch during the proceedings, to outline his immediate and long-range plans. My son was on his motorcycle, waiting to make a left turn and was hit from behind by a car. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital where he had injuries to his skull ,some brain bleed As well as other injuries... That is what prompted us to obtain an attorney, for potential medical fees and loss of wages.. Most of everything could be done online or via email. Not sure where to begin, Take the profession out of it for a moment and what I found about "The Guy " Jordan Van Matre is simply defined but almost non existent and rarely found, He's simply a man of integrity, someone you can trust and believe in, To me he became a friend and not just my attorney.
