I paid him $5000. Once he received the money he was MIA more often than not. His receptionist gave one excuse after another and would tell me that I had exceeded "talk time" provided by the retainer although my records indicated otherwise. On the few occasions that I was able to speak with him he claimed he had Covid or RSV. I later heard this was one of his standard excuses.

Sanaz has a good team and thorough system to ensure your bankruptcy gets finalized.
I am self employed, my case was more in depth.
I interviewed several attorneys in San Diego and LA area and they were suggesting Chapter 13 and avoiding chapter 7 because of my equity in my home, they said I was limited on exemptions ie and my vehicle and personal property were at risk!
Sanaz is very creative with creating and interpreting exemptions that the other attorneys NEVER mentioned and or understood, interpreting exemptions is very important, ie “Commercial Work Vehicle” (Truck) verses “vehicle”, that changed the game, the trustee wanted more money for my work truck and was also trying me on personal property and Sanaz put them in check!
She got my Chapter 7 discharged, I kept my condo equity, I owed nothing for my commercial work truck and personal items.
The other attorneys I interviewed were ok with having me agree to make an uncomfortable stressful payment plan to make it easy for them to file chapter 13….
Sanaz and her team tolerated all my calls and emails = STRESS and got me through it.

Tracy gave excellent advice on a number of criminal charges that I had in California forty-six years ago. She instructed me to get a record and she found that I had no convictions except one, which unbeknownst to me, was expunged. This old record came up when I applied for a trusted traveler card. When I had questions, she answered them promptly. Her price was fair. I highly recommend her.

Michael Goldstein is by far the best lawyer i’ve ever had the pleasure to meet and beyond grateful he is representing my husband during this awful series of events. He was initially charged with 2 counts of premeditated attempted murder. Mr. Goldstein worked magic and allowed my husband the opportunity to obtain a plea bargain that included dismissing the more serious charges and entering a plea to one count of assault with a firearm, a non-violent offense which enabled him to serve only 50% time. Our time with Mr. Goldstein was all around a 10/10. From the beginning to the end. Every encounter with Mr. Goldstein calmed any nerves we had. He personally met with us and appeared at every single court hearing (most other lawyers send their not so inclined nor convincing representatives) and also personally visited the jail on multiple occasions to speak with and confirm the safety of my husband. Definitely would not recommend using Judge Amy Pellman for mediation services. She was incredibly biased from the start and made an unprofessional comment within 10 minutes of the session starting. Should’ve ended it there instead of wasting an entire day making zero progress on any kind of settlement. She was only interested in assisting one side on their goals, and did not advocate for me on any points. She might’ve been a great judge but clearly needs some more experience in mediation, where the purpose is to try and reach an agreement between both parties- not decide who she thinks is right and pursue their interests only. I was put on the streets so I could not fight a case against police when the police illegally impounded my RV I was living in. I was getting harassed everyday by them, now homeless until I was able to put enough money together and bought a truck. 2 weeks after buying this truck outright from dealer for $3000, I was pulled over for no reason. It was literally just so they could impound my brand new truck again and keep me on the street homeless. I spent all I had on truck so I could not get it out of impound and they sold it at auction leaving me homeless with nothing once again. Completely unaware that the cops actually wrote a ticket for this incident, I missed the court date because of them leaving me homeless with nothing for the second time and can’t get mail. They are charging me with misdemeanor drug possession, misdemeanor possession of tear gas. Like wtf (I had a can of pepper spray on a keychain under the seat. There also was no drugs so no paraphernalia want to plead not guilty and fight the case but I don’t want to lose my bed at homeless shelter by going to jail until court date. How can I do this?

Attorney Chuck is awesome and our case manager Dinora Castro gave my family a ton help. I was in an auto accident in 2022 and this firm helped me win my case.
