In October my driver's license was suspended without any reason. Immediately I started looking for the DUI lawyer. By accident I found on-line Attorney Sergey Mikhlin. I called him and he immediately answered. I told him what happened and he instructed meticulously what shold I do step by step. When I collected all needed documents I requested a hearing. Ughh, what a nightmare my life could have become, if I had not been fortunate enough to find Attorney Dakota Martin. I was wrongfully accused by the state for a crime I did not commit. Attorney Martin was beyond dedicated to ensuring I was not steamrolled by the state by clearly explaining the situation and tirelessly working to expedite a positive outcome in my case. They say miracles happen, and Mr Kevin Collins made them come true with his outstanding vast knowledge and his REMARKABLE REPUTATION AT MANY COURTS. I was in a situation where no one wanted to take my case or even tried to listen, let along the emotional support. Miraculously Kevin Collins was an angel sent from heaven. My story started when my Crazy EX went off the deep end after I ended the relationship, she used all evil ways and lies simply to see me in jail. She first started with an emergency restraining order and Mr Collins got it dismissed. Right after leaving the court house my ex starts to threthen and harass me and Mr Collins had a harassment order granted on her for ONE YEAR AND TO BE EXTENDED! She then files for Larceny over 1200 (that’s a automatic felony and reason why she filed for it is to have me deported because of my pending immigration status) again Mr Collins got it dismissed, it didn’t stop at that! She went right after the court hearing and filed for Larcent under 1200! The case went to the DA and the state of Massachusetts now still a larceny under but its a minor offense that would hurt my immigration status BADLY even if it’s dismissed and I still could be facing deportation if it enters the record. Thank The Lord I was blessed with Kevin he had the case just simply dismissed but DISMISSED PRIOR TO ARRAIGMENT! I couldn’t ask or expect more! Now I would say pheeeew it’s over! But no! She filed for 2 more restraining orders and Ofcourse when you have a Genius attorney like Kevin Collins you can just have faith and relax (both were dismissed). SIX accusations and the outcomes were ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE! His sympathy and professionalism makes you feel that you’re working with a family member. I wish I could give more than a five star review.

Last year, 2017, I had called the police because I was assaulted after being asked to move a vehicle. Despite the fact of being injured, I was arrested due to false allegations made by a third party for the benefit of the "victim". I was facing a Malicious destruction of property charge and an Assault and Battery charge. Through Mr. Miller's Strategic coordination and preparation we won the case and the verdict determined NOT guilty on both charges. Mr. Miller, went above and beyond to defend his client. He will work with you to get the job done and to get it done correctly. Mr. Miller was able to convey a message to the Jury of what actually happened despite all of the odds being against us. I guess the best way to describe my laywer is content. Things could have not been any better with this case. The police just love to throw whatever sticks, these unfortunately are pretty serious. These were oui (drugs) possision, neg op. All face serious consequences, nervous, absolutely, scared, and a deck for a year. James worked hard on these, put my mind at rest, and told me, let him work. I couldn't been more satisfied knowing how this turned out, the possision, and oui were dismissed, even for a first time, this is huge. I hope to never go through this again. Things could have been alot worst is the oui was a guilty. So, if your in a similar situation were your facing life changing alterations, give him a chance, I did, and now I can move on.

I always thought that people who had issues with the police must have done something to deserve it. I learned the hard way that its not true. I experienced ongoing harassment from the Waltham police who seemed to take advantage of my complicated family situation. I am an African American and a single parent who actually believed that I have rights. Silly me. The police used every opportunity to attempt to get me into trouble repeatedly all in retaliation for my filing internal affairs complaints due to their misconduct. I was fighting a losing battle. This happened in front of my family and friends. They all just said move.
Erin Opperman walked into my life and gave me hope. In my opinion My prior attorney was afraid of the District Attorneys office. The charges were bogus.
Not Erin. After Erin got involved no additional bogus charges were ever filed. She had to fight for several years, not months, years , before the case was finally dismissed.
This included Erin getting my case transferred to another venue. The DA was super angry with her for fighting so hard for my freedom. She had to file motion after motion after motion. She recognized what I was up against and stood by me. Erin refused to let them rail road me. Anyone that is looking for a lawyer who will fight for you as if you were her own family, then she is the person that you want representing you. I was a difficult client, I always calling her crying asking why me? She listened patiently and calmed me down. I thank God that she did not withdraw from my case when things got worse. I would have been convicted of a crime that I did not commit. I thank God that I met Erin, she is lawyer that gives 100% to her client. I would hire her again if I am ever in need of a excellent lawyer who will be committed to my case.

I was accused of sexual assault after becoming involved with a prostitute. I was accused of horrible crimes. Bill took ample information over the phone, then gave me his email address. I sent him more detailed information and documentation pertaining to my legal issues via email.
