I cannot share a high enough review of Irv and Rakhlin Law.
Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was left in a pretty bad bind with needing representation less than 24 hours before my hearing (nothing too major). I spoke with Irv around 6 PM, shared the details, went over game plan and we wereready to go for the next day. We were sending emails back and forth until 10 PM (talk about service!) and then touched base again in the morning for final assessments.
I was instantly impressed with how responsive, trustworthy, knowledgable, calm and confident he was on our initial conversation. I've spoken to many lawyers before, and Irv was the best at calming my nerves and really assuring me I was in good hands.
When dealing with the courts, it was immediately apparent that he was well respected by everyone in there, which really says a lot about himself and his character. People knew him and he spoke very well.
Overall, I would give Irv more than 5 stars if I could. He is knowledgable, well-prepared, trustworthy and an overall pleasure to work with. Thank you Irv!

When our son called to tell us that he was facing some legal charges, we reached out to a Boston friend and were given Kelly's name. She was super responsive and gave us a clear picture of our son's circumstance. With her strong relationships in the legal community, she negotiated a plan for our son to enter a treatment facility (which we had been trying to get him to for some time) and delay the arraignment hearing. I retained Brian during a time of extreme duress. My son ( who has a mental illness)was charged with some outrageously over inflated and serious crimes. I spent days researching legal resources and read up on legal statutesI had no idea if my son's rights were being violated. He was locked up without bail and his court appointed attorney was just shrugging his shoulders and asking for continuances. Brian took over and immediately began to change the course of disaster. He was amazing and continues to help us clean up the legal entanglements that we have been in because of my sons mental illness. Brian met with him, explained what was happening in terms he could understand. I completely TRUST him to pay attention and continue to fight for Jared's legal rights to live a decent life, free from criminal charges caused by my calls for help for a section 12 Police to the Hospital. I was referred to the law office of Ernest Stone because I had a case that was very complex. That term isn’t hyperbole, it touched many corners of the legal spectrum. Most of which I was very unfamiliar with and to my surprise most of the other Criminal Defense Attorneys I consulted were also concerningly unfamiliar. I spoke to Atty. Stones paralegal who answered on the first ring and had me in the office the next day. Face to face, I laid out the long and complex situation. Atty. Stone took meticulous notes while never breaking concentration on me or what I was saying and he even captured parts of my speech inflection that he instinctively knew were key points to my argument. Law aside, that is a perceptive skill not many people possess. Once I finished, we went item by item and discussed each section in clear and objective detail. I was in a situation where no one wanted to take my case or even tried to listen, let along the emotional support. Miraculously Kevin Collins was an angel sent from heaven. My story started when my Crazy EX went off the deep end after I ended the relationship, she used all evil ways and lies simply to see me in jail. She first started with an emergency restraining order and Mr Collins got it dismissed. Right after leaving the court house my ex starts to threthen and harass me and Mr Collins had a harassment order granted on her for ONE YEAR AND TO BE EXTENDED! She then files for Larceny over 1200 (that’s a automatic felony and reason why she filed for it is to have me deported because of my pending immigration status) again Mr Collins got it dismissed, it didn’t stop at that! She went right after the court hearing and filed for Larcent under 1200! The case went to the DA and the state of Massachusetts now still a larceny under but its a minor offense that would hurt my immigration status BADLY even if it’s dismissed and I still could be facing deportation if it enters the record. Thank The Lord I was blessed with Kevin he had the case just simply dismissed but DISMISSED PRIOR TO ARRAIGMENT! I couldn’t ask or expect more! Now I would say pheeeew it’s over! But no! She filed for 2 more restraining orders and Ofcourse when you have a Genius attorney like Kevin Collins you can just have faith and relax (both were dismissed). SIX accusations and the outcomes were ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE! His sympathy and professionalism makes you feel that you’re working with a family member. I wish I could give more than a five star review.

Last year, 2017, I had called the police because I was assaulted after being asked to move a vehicle. Despite the fact of being injured, I was arrested due to false allegations made by a third party for the benefit of the "victim". I was facing a Malicious destruction of property charge and an Assault and Battery charge. Atty Matt Karr is excellent. He spent the time to understand our need for a credit bypass trust. He explained the process in clear declarative English rather than legalese. I feel that his fee was very reasonable. He supported his documents with a video explaining everything so that I could replay it if I had questions. We spoke to other lawyers that charged more and some that charged less. It is very hard to compare prices like buying a car. I recommend that you meet with Matt before selecting an attorney. BTW trusts are his specialty not just another work product.
