Excellent lawyer for me he’s the best, I have a commercial license, they gave me 3 tickets including one for a phone, it was my third offense on the phone, only Jonathan was able to get me out of that, he managed to get the 3 tickets overturned and not only that without having to pay fines or any of the tickets, no points on my license, nothing, I still can't believe it. I had a great experience with Barbara Cowen during a dark time in my life. Divorce for a man is a scary time, but Mrs Cowen made me feel very comfortable and confident throughout the process. Travis and his team assisted me with a false TRO, which was dropped immediately by the accuser. Unfortunately, as part of that process, although having nothing to do with the original complaint whatsoever, my firearms were taken unnecessarily resulting in a 15 round handgun magazine being found by the officer, which was given to me as a gift by my late father. I was charged with a high capacity magazine 4th degree crime. Travis helped me obtain pre-trial intervention and probation since I had no criminal record, and we will be attempting to get my rightful property returned to me. Travis and his team are fantastic and I highly recommend them.

I was involved in an accident on November 9, 2024 in Paterson, NJ. My car was parked and friend in the back opened the rear driver side door. A Tesla unfortunately hit part of my door. The Tesla owner and I, exchanged information, took photographs and decided not to call the police since the damages were not warranted. The day before Thanksgiving I was received a letter from Paterson Municipal Courts that I evaded the police following the accident aka a hit and run. That was not the case at all. So I called the Torrey Law Firm for a consultation. Within two hours I received a call from Louis Keleher and immediately I knew he would help me out. He explain the process on how my case will go. Looked into my clean driving record and requested photographs proving I did not leave the scene of the accident. He was able to get my original charge that involved a 6 month suspension to a minor fine with no points!! Louis helped relieved any stress I was dealing with for the final two months of 2024. I cannot thank him enough. If you are involved in any traffic related cases. The Tormey Law Firm is the place to GO!

not pleading out until all chances were exhausted.

Mark Jordan, Steven Nelson and their team are the best hands down! No need to look elsewhere. When they tell you what it will cost, you will probably be think that its too good to be true. Well ITS TRUE! I first hired Steven Nelson 20+ years ago, I remember being in court and the judge did a few other cases of people with attorneys. He then noticed Mr Nelson and apologized to him and said he would have taken his case first but he didnt see him. I knew thats who I wanted after I saw that. I hired him, and he delivered. Since then, I had to use their services 3 other times. Mark Jordan did my last two which were 17 years apart. I was falsely charged in 2021 for marijuana distribution & was facing up to 5 years in the Big House. A couple months ago, Mark Jordan got the prosecutor to offer me a plea of disorderly person, waive the fine, and $23 court cost. I DENIED THE PLEA OFFER! Mr Jordan told me its up to me, and was very transparent & said if it goes to trial it would cost much more in attorney fees than $23, but that he was confident we couldnt lose the case. We never went to trial, so it wasnt any additional atrorney fee, and the case was dismissed. Ive referred 4 or 5 other people to their office, and every single one of them was more than happy. It doesnt matter if its a felony in superior court or misdeameanor/oridnance/tickets, etc in municipal court. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO!

I received a Reckless Driving 5-point ticket in a Camden County town. Officer didn't like the way I changed lanes. We pleaded down to Unsafe Driving (Which is a larger fine but no points and no recurring insurance charges). Admittedly it had been 19 years since my last traffic violation, which I'm sure helped the judges decision... but stepping down from 5 points to no points is a huge win regardless of the circumstances (in my mind). Never had to go to a trial with officer. Simply negotiated with prosecutor at initial hearing, and judge agreed.
