Diana and Juan were compassionate, hard-working and knowledgeable. No one wants to dissolve their family, but when you get to that point you need an attorney who can see through the emotional noise that you have and can advise you based on your future goals. From the start of the case to the end of the case , Mr. Bloomquist stood in place for me which lifted the weight and worry of being incarcerated off my shoulders . I got results in a timely fashion. I believe his expertise as an ex prosecutor really helps, along with his experience as an attorney .
I had a misdemeanor theft charge while on probation which kicked me into an MTR . He was able to get the misdemeanor theft charge thrown out and get me a satellite bond on the MTR, and also get the MTR remanded. now my life is back to normal . I recommend him 100%.

If I could 0 stars and still submit a review, I would. Attorney Diana Davalos is just in it for the money and doesn’t work for her clients as she promises. She seemed very competent & compassionate at the consultation and we felt comfortable paying her large retainer for what promised to be a difficult divorce & custody case because she had us so convinced that she would work hard for positive outcomes. Well that didn’t last long and she dropped the ball on critical tasks, didn’t respond to communications, didn’t provide copies of arrangements she made with opposing counsel and left my niece and her children in a worse situation than when she was hired. We quickly vetted this attorney before hiring her and found positive reviews. However, after frustrated beyond belief and looking into her reputation further, we’ve found other clients who experienced the same unprofessionalism from her. Ms. Davalos is inept and lacks any professional courtesy. Unfortunately our family learned that the hard way.

To say Mr. Featherston's representation was PHENOMENAL would be an injustice to his true personal and professional ethic because he is THE ATTORNEY you want on your side.
Nothing short of COMPELLING in and out of the courtroom, I was fortunate and lucky enough to see Mr. Featherston handle my case and I was just blown away by how DETAILED and ATTENTIVE his approach to my legal situation was.
I mean he just took the case from all angles and had an answer for any possibility that came our way.

I got into a rough situation a little while back. I had a court appointed attorney but she wasn't doing a damn thing to help me. I met with Jesse and he said he couldnt promise me anything but said that he would fight for me. It took two years and 4 trial settings but he kept telling them that we wouldnt take a deal and that I wanted a trial and he got my case thrown out!

Daniel is the best your going to get as a criminal defense attorney he has the “it” factor I just had my case dismissed today and when I tell you that how it happened is not how it normally happens is because I hired Daniel as my attorney I gave the man 100% of what his fee was before I hired him and Daniel gave me in return 150% and he gave me and my families life back he was worth every cent best money I ever spent.

I couldn’t be more grateful for Mr. Doug Daniels and Veronica for handling my DWI case. I had several questions and, admittedly, was a bit pressuring at times, but they always provided me with the information I needed and handled everything professionally. At my first court appearance, they pushed for me to accept deferred probation, but Doug firmly rejected it. The court was rescheduled twice after that, and Doug consistently emphasized that they couldn’t charge me without evidence. Thanks to his persistence, my case was ultimately dismissed. After I was arrested I searched for and spoke to numerous lawyers and felt no confidence. I began looking through the"Top 22 Lawyers" list and found the Law Offices of Daniel and Hudson. I spoke with the paralegal Brittany and she had a lawyer call me back within minutes. After speaking with the lawyer, Mr. Halstead (a military Veteran) I was more at ease and knew this was the right lawyer. The up front cost wasn't ridiculous and he was already making a plan on how to move forward. We spoke often at his office answering any questions I had and he also called me to let me know what was going on with my case. My charges were very serious and I was originally looking at a possible 25 years, but with his advice to hold out for a better outcome, it was 8 yrs, then it was just probation then it was dismissed. I owe it to Mr. Halstead for his knowledge of the criminal justice system and knowing when and how to present his case. I would "Highly" recommend Mr. Halstead in any criminal case because of his professionalism and knowledge base. Thanks to Mr.Halsted and his team (Brittany and Veronica) I got my life back!

I was referred to Mr. Joe Gonzales by a law enforcement colleague who had dealt with him several times while working cases at the DA’s office. I was given Mr. Gonzales’s cell number and calling him was the best decision I had ever made. My initial meeting and impression of Mr. Gonzales was that he was a professional and he listened attentively while I explained what had occurred that led up to my arrest and charge. He understood that I could not accept anything but a dismissal or an acquittal or I would lose my career and future goals. He advised me that he would be working with a team that included Mr. Christian Henrickson and that I would be getting two lawyers for the price of one. I struggled emotionally through a year and a half of court dates until the case went to trial. Despite all my fears, Mr. Gonzales and his team reassured me and I knew they believed in my innocence. When Mr. Gonzales goes into “trial mode” it’s amazing. His cross examinations of the prosecution’s witnesses and complainant were direct and strategically effective. The trial was very stressful for me and as we were waiting for the jury to return with their verdict after deliberation I will never forget how terrified I was and how Mr. Gonzales calmingly placed his hand on mine and smiled and said, “Do not lose your faith now.” He was confident until the very end and even when I had feared the worst he believed in my case. The jury came back very quickly with a unanimous decision and acquitted me of the charge. I was very concerned about what attorney would represent me. I wanted and attorney that would they be fair and understanding to my case. I was driving up IH35 and saw a billboard with Joe Gonzales picture and phone number. I decided at this time I would like to schedule a meeting with him to discuss my case. My first meeting with Joe was professional and honest, he allowed me to discuss my side of the story without judgement. I have never been in trouble with the law in my life. So, when I was charged with multiple class B felonies, it was incredibly stressful. Mr. Churak was able to get me a reasonable bond amount; lower than what I had researched for similar charges. Mr. Churak took care of all my hearings; I did not have to appear in court at all. It took a couple of years, but in the end, he got the case dismissed. I feel the amount he charged was more than reasonable, especially given the outcome. The total was $10,000, and honestly, it was the best money I've ever had to spend. I would definitely place my trust in him and his abilities again should the need ever arise again. It's not easy to decide whose hands you should place your life in when facing serious, potentially life changing criminal charges. I wholeheartedly recommend you seriously consider Mr. Gary Churak should you find yourself in legal jeopardy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely THE problem when it comes to attorneys this day and age.(maybe it’s just with men). If you want a game where you're being strung along and billed forever playing the rollercoaster game with you and your children's life instead of evidence being presented in a costly/timely and empathetic manner THIS IS YOUR GUY. Mr. Bancroft, i just got off the phone with you where you hung up on me stating that I’m threatening you. Get over your ego and realize that your business as a practicing attourney needs realignment. I wrote you about a standing invoice you provided totaling to less than the amount that Ive paid to you months prior with no response. After speaking to your paralegal, then being transferred to your “billing dept.” and speaking to them I was provided with a newer invoice…..with newer charges, where whomever was working before had originally just simply “forgot to send me the invoice”….what a convenient coincidence. After speaking with her, I was transferred to you where I had a conversation with your ego. Well, from the little guy(s) down here Mr. Bancroft, do whats right and fabricating invoices to skip out on paying balances owed on any moneys paid to you for the services that you DID NOT PROVIDE are just not that. Client paid $1750 in retainer fees(half of your 3500 to get the case started) and had to chase said attourney down for enquiries with little to no communications outside of ones that were initiated by me/client, INCLUDING in person conversation with YOU where I unexpectedly paid a visit to your office in August after I could not successfully contact anyone and asked about a status of my case. You did not recall my case by name until we went to your office and you searched my name.(keep in mind, this is three months after contracting). Attourney invoicing per attourney-client portals all state work for balance of $753, with latest payment from client being $631 in October.(this never happened, only payment made was the initial one and didn't make another due to subpar and in my opinion MALPRACTICAL, I'm aware that isn't an official word, service). After a few months of calling and majorly being placed on hold, back and forth’s with promises of returned calls or motions with paralegals, multiples of them and finally being frustrated with the reality of paying an attourney and not being fought for……while fighting a vindictive situation with my children as a GREAT DAD I asked for an explanation stating that if I did not hear anything as ai had been I wanted to discontinue services and be refunded via message inside of the client portal, I THEN was given a response…..but not with accountability, not with a plan of action, not to communicate any valuable evidence or structured plan of action, but to speak downward of me on the “dismal” months of non-payment……….ultimately this attourney demanded I paid him his past due amount, in addition to totals for mediations that hadn't even been had yet to avoid him WITHDRAWING. Needless to say I attended the mediation PRO SE, paid the mediator directly. I’m now on maximum state mandated child support and standard visitation for the children I equally raised because the relationship did not work out with their mother…finally divorced none the less. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely THE problem when it comes to attorneys this day and age.(maybe it’s just with men). If you want a game where you're being strung along and billed forever playing the rollercoaster game with you and your children's life instead of evidence being presented in a costly/timely and empathetic manner THIS IS YOUR GUY. Mr. Bancroft, i just got off the phone with you where you hung up on me stating that I’m threatening you. Get over your ego and realize that your business as a practicing attourney needs realignment. I wrote you about a standing invoice you provided totaling to less than the amount that Ive paid to you months prior with no response. After speaking to your paralegal, then being transferred to your “billing dept.” and speaking to them I was provided with a newer invoice…..with newer charges, where whomever was working before had originally just simply “forgot to send me the invoice”….what a convenient coincidence. After speaking with her, I was transferred to you where I had a conversation with your ego. Well, from the little guy(s) down here Mr. Bancroft, do whats right and fabricating invoices to skip out on paying balances owed on any moneys paid to you for the services that you DID NOT PROVIDE are just not that. Client paid $1750 in retainer fees(half of your 3500 to get the case started) and had to chase said attourney down for enquiries with little to no communications outside of ones that were initiated by me/client, INCLUDING in person conversation with YOU where I unexpectedly paid a visit to your office in August after I could not successfully contact anyone and asked about a status of my case. You did not recall my case by name until we went to your office and you searched my name.(keep in mind, this is three months after contracting). Attourney invoicing per attourney-client portals all state work for balance of $753, with latest payment from client being $631 in October.(this never happened, only payment made was the initial one and didn't make another due to subpar and in my opinion MALPRACTICAL, I'm aware that isn't an official word, service). After a few months of calling and majorly being placed on hold, back and forth’s with promises of returned calls or motions with paralegals, multiples of them and finally being frustrated with the reality of paying an attourney and not being fought for……while fighting a vindictive situation with my children as a GREAT DAD I asked for an explanation stating that if I did not hear anything as ai had been I wanted to discontinue services and be refunded via message inside of the client portal, I THEN was given a response…..but not with accountability, not with a plan of action, not to communicate any valuable evidence or structured plan of action, but to speak downward of me on the “dismal” months of non-payment……….ultimately this attourney demanded I paid him his past due amount, in addition to totals for mediations that hadn't even been had yet to avoid him WITHDRAWING. Needless to say I attended the mediation PRO SE, paid the mediator directly. I’m now on maximum state mandated child support and standard visitation for the children I equally raised because the relationship did not work out with their mother…finally divorced none the less. Mr. Hancock represented my son in a criminal case. There was much disappointment as my son and I did not feel like Mr. Hancock was actually fighting for him throughout the process. There was alot to be desired from Mr. Hancock during the process. Mr Hancock used the states investigative findings instead of doing his own investigation to fight for my son. He made a statement to me on a couple of occasionas that I wasn't a rich woman in regards to paying for an investigation for my son. I was told by another attorney, that the state would have covered the cost of an investigation for my son that was not done by this attorney. Mr Hancock used the states slanted data instead of collecting his own. My son has been in jail/prison for about 6 years now. I just wish that Mr. Hancock would have cared more about his client, my son. I don't understand how the lawyer, Mr. Hancock, kept asking the client, "what's the plan?" I may be wrong, but I thought the attorney should formulate the plan? If we were familiar with the law, we wouldn't need an attorney. My son's case could have turned out differently, if the one that represented him,did more on his behalf. My heart is broken!
