It has been a long road for me for the past 5 years on probation. It was really tough, but with the help and expertise of Dan Greene I was able to survive and successfully completed my probation on May 10, 2020. He did an EXCEPTIONAL and PHENOMENAL job from start to finish. Dan cleared the pathway and guided me properly all the way till the end. He saved me from all my miseries especially with my immigration status as permanent resident that I could be facing deportation if not for Dan. I hired Mr. Shapiro at a horrible time when my life fell apart very publicly because of a poor choice of mine. David was very helpful at shooting straight with me, as well as teaching me, my wife, and my family about the different nuances, definitions, and options of the legal system (which is a disappointingly designed system). I found that Ms. Scott was knowledgeable when it came to the custody case. Ms. Scott was always professional and genuinely cared about my dayghter and and myself. She was always informing me of the status of my case and different possibilites of the outcome. If I had questions I could call anytime and if she was not available she would call back as soon as she was able. Ms. Scott showed up to court dressed very professional and understood my wishes for custody. She would talk to me about an agreement and if the agreement was bad or not to my liking then she would voice that and not agree. Ms. Scott never pressered me to do or agree to anything, instead she recommended that before I would discuss anything to contact her. I had talked to a few lawyers in the area and all of them seemed to busy to sitdown and discuss my case, others would purse an expensive case. Ms. Scott made me feel comfortable and eager for me to dicuss my case. Ms. Scott would also inform me if doing something was a bad idea and educate me on a different approach, that was effective and saved time and money. I will use Ms. Scott to represent me in the future and I would recommended her to anyone needing legal assistance for a fair price and comfortable no pressure representation.

I am a father and I could not have gotten my daughter back in my arms without the tremendous work done by Alexis Scott. I now have my five-year-old daughter back in my life AND with full custody after her mom abducted her and fled the state in 2009. I wasted precious time and money with the wrong lawyer for over a year. At just 21 years old, my entire life changed, I was facing multiple false accusations resulting in multiple felony charges and facing a possible lengthy prison sentence. I do not come from money, I’ve never been in any legal trouble, I’ve never even had a speeding ticket, and all of the sudden all of my money was exhausted fighting this and it was looking as if I would be serving time for a crime I didn’t do. Let me start off by saying I can't thank Logan enough for all his hard work. He took on a family member's case, which was very intense. Logan took the case head on and helped us remain calm through out the entire case, which felt like a roller coaster as we hoped we wouldn't hear the worst during each court. Logan was reassuring the whole time and responsive. He was in constant communication with all of us, and there were many of us constantly seeking updates. There was no question that was too dumb, nor did it phase him when I asked the same questions rephrased, as I wanted to make sure I understood. He was always very professional and checked in with us before walking into each court to give us a run down of what to expect, and gave us a summary as we walked out of court and told us what the next steps were. This case was a big deal because we were looking at a 10-15 year minimum sentence, and he got us the best deal possible. Jail time came out to 270 days. 270 DAYS! How Logan did it, I don't know, but he truly worked him magic and fought hard for us. I could not thank you Logan enough times, he got us out of a life altering jam. Highly recommend him!!

I'd like to start this reviewing by stating that this was my first time ever finding myself in legal trouble and it was for a false accusation that threatened to destroy my business and career, and, as the sole provider for my family, it put us all at extreme risk. Needless to say, this situation was horrifying and highly traumatic. I found myself in a place where I desperately needed someone to fight for me, hear me, and protect my business and my family. SDPD wasn't giving up they wanted to take away my license, but Isaac wasn't giving up either. While other lawyers were telling me that I was going to lose my license and have some fines. SDPD set a court date and a DMV hearing, the DA didn't file on the first date and Isaac had the case dismissed the second time around. He also got me off on the DMV hearing, A very experienced lawyer that knows what he's doing, don't think twice about hiring Isaac very serious about his work and clients. I would definitely hire Isaac again; this could have affected me badly if I didn't hire Isaac.......

This attorney charged me $7500 to represent my interest if a R.O, against my son I wanted removed as I did not put it on. Instead she sold me out and had my son removed to a rehab facility , did not mention the removal of the order without even telling me. She did that to help the prosecutor. It lead to disastrous results to my son leading to his death and the destruction of my family. I hired her the next day in shock at her behavior so criminal. Do not be fooled she does not know who her client is and will she rip you off also OF Course.

What can I say about Russell and Logan, along with Anna Yum and the rest of the incredible team....they saved my life and got me back home to my family!
From the start Russell was very skeptical and realistic of my charges, and the likelihood that things would go my way. As our relationship grew and more details and facts about the case came out, things slowly started to change. He and Logan really started to believe in me.
As the case kept going, with the DAs reluctance to see this for what it was, Russell, Logan and Anna, continued to have the difficult talks of the realities and risks of continuing on towards trial, and not agreeing to take a plea deal for something I was innocent of. I appreciated their willingness to have the hard talks. It was an incredibly horrible position to be in, but with their belief in me, it helped me push forward. Unfortunately the DA did push things to trial.
Right from the start of trial, I couldn't help but feel confident. From Russell's unmatched experience, and his incredible mind that is always thinking of every angle and working non stop, to Logan's cool, calm presence and complete control of the courtroom. They were the perfect team! They bounced questions and ideas off each other the entire trial. Their preparation showed every step of the way. They were always courteous to the judge, related things to jurors, had great questioning of the witnesses, and came out on top with every exchange with the DA.
Results were unanimous not guilty verdict within one hour of deliberations!
Russell and Logan were total rock stars from start to finish. Anna Yum was amazing and knew exactly the right pair to assign to take on my case. 5 stars in every way!!
I would not only refer them to any one I know that finds themselves needing a defense lawyer, but I would not let them go with anyone else!

Kerry proved to be everything you don't want your lawyer to be: Incompetent, unreachable, late to court hearings, and to top it off he has a huge ego!
He calls from unknown number, to call him you have to go thru the switch board and leave msgs. Most of the time he doesn't even call back, and other times responds via email.
His customer service skills does not jive with the rate he charges you. As he is amongst some of the more expensive attorneys. He collects all the money upfront, that should've been a red flag!
Do yourself a service if you want legal representation stay away from this guy, you be better off with public defender than him

Lazy, Late, and incompetent. late for court twice. Had me plead guilty to a charge i wasn't guilty of. [Out of state residents are not required to register their weapons.] Cost me four times the actual amount of restitution. Poor communication. Tried emailing me that he was late for court because if he called his cell number would show up on my phone. [Who emails anything that needs immediate attention?] Told me to plead the sheet because he was too inept to negotiate a reasonable plea agreement. [why hire an Attorney if you;re just going to plead guilty to everything?] Charged me double the rate and said because it was two cases......after both were combined! If you are smart>DO NOT HIRE THIS IDIOT.
