Jennifer is such a talented attorney. She is one of the best in Seattle. She was assigned to me because I couldn’t obtain counsel (aka I was broke). I am so beyond lucky to have her. In 2019 I had a very tough immigration case and I hired another law firm and it didn’t go well, I spend more than 3k and finally my case got denied due to the lawyer’s irresponsible action. A few months later a friends of mine suggested to contact Amsale’s law firm. She was very kind, positive , thoughtful and a good listener. She listened the entire issue with the previous law firm, and what surprised me was her focus to resolve the problem instead of nailing down.
After a brief discussion and consultation, I hired her to represent me the same case which I got denied previously.
It took her shorter time comparing with the previous lawyer and successfully won my case. Not only that, through the entire process of my case with Amsale I was getting an update based on the information timeframe of each steps from immigration office.
The best part of her consultation, if she thinks your case doesn’t worse to continue, she doesn’t wanna waste your money! This is how she does business !

I regret hiring Jan P. Olson. He was unprepared to my police questioning and pressured me to testify without proper trial prep. His questioning on the stand felt more like an attack than a defense. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and disappointing.

A section in the non-compete clause had been keeping me up at night—it made no sense, even after running it through numerous analyses. I hired Mark Blair to assist me with my motion to withdraw my plea after I initially filed it myself. He reviewed my motion and stated that he didn't think it was necessary to add any additional information or conduct further research, and the initial invoice was about $700-800.
However, after I informed him that I wanted to drop the case, he changed the invoice link to about $3,500, including charges for research he had not done. This felt extremely deceptive and dishonest, especially since I paid him a total of $5,000 for minimal work, which primarily involved scheduling a hearing and contacting the court and the prosecutor. In the end, I only received about an $70 refund.
I would caution others to be wary of this dishonest and unethical lawyer.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support I received from Court Will during one of the most challenging times in my life. Wrongfully accused of a sexual crime, I was disoriented and overwhelmed when I received a call from a detective. In my desperation, I found Court's number online, and from that moment on, everything changed for the better.
Court immediately took my case into his capable hands and represented me during my probable cause hearing. His performance in court was nothing short of amazing; he vigorously defended my rights and fought tirelessly on my behalf. A family friend called me distraught several months ago. Their son - young, well behaved, never before in trouble with the law - had been accused of a serious offense. The police were investigating. The family did not speak English and needed help finding a lawyer and interpreting.
I had no idea what lawyer to suggest. Some I called requested astronomical hourly rates. By grace, I found and suggested Mr. Meryhew.
Mr. Meryhew was fair minded in his fee structure, skilled in relating to people even those from a different culture, and a good lawyer. We received good news this morning that the young man is no longer under investigation and the allegations against him were found to be groundless.

I was recommended Duncan Lewis by Jason Benjamin who had represented me in my divorce and I trusted his opinion.
I had a review hearing for an old Physical Control charge coming up and I had had very traumatizing experiences with this court and jail. I was convinced it was just not a smart or safe idea for me to show up alone and was I very nervous. I hired Duncan as recommended and I'm so glad I did!

I was involved in a collision with an uninsured motorist in Fall 2023. At the advise of a friend, I contacted Andrew Cherin to assist me with the claim mediation with both my auto insurance and my health insurance. He was able to claim me the maximum payout from my auto insurance, and got my health insurance to waive any reimbursement out of the auto claim! I am positive things would not have gone as well as they did without his help. I pray that I never need his services again, but for sure know that he's the one I would call if I do!

I recently went through some felony stuff after three years of thinking it had just disappeared. Biggest devastation of my life. I had gotten my life together after that and honestly thought I was going to prison after everything I had accomplished after my horrible mistakes. Kimberly was very supportive and honest with me. Even though I didn't get the outcome I was expecting (or her for that matter.. lets just say the judge didn't like me at all and has a bad reputation) I still didn't end up in PRISON or actual jail for that matter. Work release for 90 days (60 with good time) so I am able to maintain my job and my life. She always responds to me emails right away and, like I mentioned, is VERY supportive. My experience was great and she stopped me on numerous occasions from having a nervous breakdown. I really love her and if you're looking for a lawyer you can trust look no further.

Mark was awesome! He helped me vacate a misdemeanor so that I can get a second chance and move on with my life. He knew the statute well and how to represent my case. He was very quick and thorough in preparation and because of his bullet proof motion and supporting docs, the judge granted the motion. Mark didn't stop there, he followed up with the court clerks and Washington Patrol to follow up on my case so my record is cleared and the vacated case info doesn't show up in background checks. He proactively followed up with relevant authorities and kept me updated via emails and phone calls along the way. All for a low flat fee! I highly recommend Mark for any of your defence needs.

Several years ago, Mark was my public defender for a DUI case and was miraculously able to make a deal with the prosecutor outside of court to reduce the sentence to Reckless Driving with minimal consequences. Years later I needed an attorney and did not hesitate to reach out to Mark, now practicing from his private firm. Mark was able to get the case closed completely with no consequences. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in the Seattle court system and well connected with government attorneys and judges. This company was retained to assist someone trying to steal my land. They clearly have a losing case. This firm has delayed every email and settlement offer presented to them. They takes weeks or months to respond to calls and emails if at all. It is clear they are doing this to delay the process to rack fees for their clients. Read all the horrible reviews about this firm online and how they treat their own clients and opposing counsel offering them more than generous settlements. We have 7 attorneys and have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism. Even our property insirance company and the firm retained said this is the most unprofessional communication ever. All they have to do is agree to a settlement but they delay the process to rack of trial fees and do not communicate with clients or opposing counsel. Read all the horrible reviews before hiring these people.

I retained their services for help with business contracts, and business partner discussions. They were extremely prompt, thorough, and helped me succeed with positive outcomes. I first worked with Imants, then mostly with Phil Neale. Phil was very easy to get a hold of, and constantly updated me on progress. This company was retained to assist someone trying to steal my land. They clearly have a losing case. This firm has delayed every email and settlement offer presented to them. They takes weeks or months to respond to calls and emails if at all. It is clear they are doing this to delay the process to rack fees for their clients. Read all the horrible reviews about this firm online and how they treat their own clients and opposing counsel offering them more than generous settlements. We have 7 attorneys and have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism. Even our property insirance company and the firm retained said this is the most unprofessional communication ever. All they have to do is agree to a settlement but they delay the process to rack of trial fees and do not communicate with clients or opposing counsel. Read all the horrible reviews before hiring these people.

I retained their services for help with business contracts, and business partner discussions. They were extremely prompt, thorough, and helped me succeed with positive outcomes. I first worked with Imants, then mostly with Phil Neale. Phil was very easy to get a hold of, and constantly updated me on progress. Every time I called in, he either answered the call right away, or called back very shortly afterwards. Highly recommend, and we will retain their services when needed again in the future!

We used this office to petition my family 13 years ago and we didn't know they are not practic immigration laws untill sept 10th 2024, now my family almost time to have interview and I asked them to get all paperwork ready and they said they no linger do immigration, wow that make me worry and mad at the same time. So I request all my paperwork back and they said they don't have them and after I told them I will report to washington bar associations then they print out some of our paperwork but not all the form ( I130) . He act very impolite.very bad strive event free please do not except and don't come here for anything thank you for reading my text
