First time I used Mr. Novell, I was facing a speeding ticket along with a following to closely ticket issued by the same officer that pulled me over three months earlier for an over 30MPH over the limit! I showed up late for that court date so I was found guilty in absence. How Mr. Novell got these new citations resolved with not points or school and very low fines was simply amazing. VERY VERY VERY VERY EXPENSIVE! Charged $10,000 for one motion and that didn't include a follow-up court date. Bait you in with care and open arms to evidence all while draining your retainer and waiting for the perfect moment to request for more money. Choose lawyers wisely read your contract thoroughly prior to signing. The happening already happen take your time find the right help.

I don’t have enough kind words to say about Ashley Bustamante. My divorce was very difficult and challenging in many different ways for almost two years and Ashley never wavered, her calm confidence and caring supporting me on many occasions when things were just becoming too much. Her deadly weapon is having an extremely likable manner while at the same time being extremely persuasive and logical clearly painting a picture in the judges mind of even the most complex issues. At every hearing and the trial where she represented me, every single time she got the judge to see it from our point of view and agree with our position ruling accordingly. She ended up fighting for me until the absolute end and ended up getting me everything that I wanted in the divorce. I had a crazy legal charge of battery. I was driving Lyft and had a crazy lady claim that I hit her. She had a video of me yelling at her and I threw her out of my car. The state wouldn’t dismiss it and I was facing jail time and probation. I had hired Adam and he was confident that he could help meif I took it to trial. Well today we had the trial. I have lived in Palm Beach 43 years playing polo and have had my share of lawyers... He was the best lawyer I ever had. He knows the law better than anyone I ever met. He got the jury to find me “not guilty” and it was because of his personality and knowledge of the law. He knew exactly how to handle it. I thought I would be going to jail. I didn’t even need to testify and he got my charges dropped with a “not guilty” jury verdict. I can’t say enough good things about his skills as an attorney. I got lucky finding him after I got arrested. I never went threw a jury trial before, but he made it easy. I was praying to God for help and I believe in the power of prayer. Today I was a nervous wreck, But he was so funny at times that he made the jury comfortable. He explained the law to them and made them understand that I was not guilty.. I think he is the best criminal defense attorney in Palm Beach County. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs help. I can sleep peacefully tonight.

If I could give this lawyer Adam Farkas no stars I would. Adam was very unprofessional. We paid this lawyer for a first appearance that he didn't even show up too! First appearance was reschedule and Adam had every excuse for not being present at the time of the call instead of taking ownership of missing the zoom. On top of that Adam requested more money for "filing". He did so many things wrong in so little time. It was a complete mess! We had to switch to another lawyer. Adam wouldn't even refund us which we paid him for a first appearance that he missed! Worst experience ever I would not recommend this lawyer at all for any case!

Adam represented me in a traffic citation, which is 'light’ work for him because most of his work is in serious criminal charges. I am an attorney myself, but not a criminal defense attorney, and I was very pleased to see Adam pursue the weak points of the charge against me by succinctly and clearly, but not obnoxiously objecting to irregularities and questioning the witness against me. His courtroom demeanor was highly effective in bringing out the judge’s sense of fairness against the bogus charge against me. In fact, Adam brought out many points showing that the opposing witness is the guilty party, which is the actual situation, so I won ‘hands-down’.
The policeman who was in the hearing room to keep people from brawling kept looking at me like he hated me, over a traffic accident over which he had no prior knowledge, all he knew was that I was a defendant, so it goes to show you the prejudice of law enforcement against defendants, (you know the idea, that if a policeman said it, it’s the gospel truth), which Adam Farkas was able to completely overcome by raising very important points about the state’s case and the testimony of the opposing witness. In fact, Adam Farkas raised important verifiable and unquestionable factual points that show that the alleged infraction by me was completely physically impossible, which are facts that the policemen should have known, but didn’t know, and that won the case for me. He didn’t even need me to testify, I just sat there listening to Adam bring up important questions about the facts of the accusation and to question the opposing witness about facts that showed the illusion that I had committed a crime.
Adam also told me about a hearing he had earlier in the day in a felony case in which he scorched the evidence against his client, and won that one too. He is the best criminal defense attorney that I know of. Would I hire him again? Absolutely yes. I even paid him more than he asked, out of gratitude for his good work. While the bulk of my legal work as an attorney is in transactional work, I was co-counsel at a U.S. Supreme Court case (on prisoner rights) so I am familiar with courtroom advocacy at the highest levels, and Adam was as good as the attorneys I have seen at the U.S Supreme Court.
The world needs attorneys like Adam Farkas to stop false charges against people. He definitely has a gift for this kind of work.
