Vernon has been absolutely amazing. A year and half after I had been injured at work and after receiving medical treatment, it was time to start the settlement process. I was given an offer and wasn't sure if it was good. I found The Sumwalt Group on Google and saw the 5 star reviews. I reached out to them to see if I could get some advice. Laura Noble was recommended to me by another lawyer that I know well. She agreed to take a look at my case to see if she felt that she would be able to assist me obtain a favorable outcome. A demand was sent to my former employer which unfortunately fell on deaf ears. Despite this, Laura kept continuing to advocate on my behalf until it became apparent that a decision had to be made on how the case could move forward. Due to her heavy workload and the actual case facts, she wasn't able to take my case through litigation but we mutually agreed that litigation wasn't the best avenue based on the circumstances.
