Had an in-person consultation with Michael and Fern yesterday. Kind and thorough attorneys who really took the time to listen and put things in laments terms. Few firms would meet in person due to Covid or take the time and interest they did. So many other law firms are rip-offs - this is not one of them. They are down to earth people who want to help and not just make money and pretend you have a case like so many lawyers out there in much larger firms, who start with high initial consultations and $5-20K retainers.

I had a great experience working with Andrew! He was quick to respond when I initially reached out with questions regarding an employment contract, and he set up an in-person meeting within two days. During our meeting he went over the contract point by point, and addressed all areas of concern in a manner that was very easy to understand. He laid out multiple paths on how to proceed, and gave his input on what he thought of each option. He made me feel very comfortable in my decision and helped alleviate a lot of anxiety during a difficult time. I would absolutely recommend Andrew!

Nina Pirrotti, Went above and beyond what I think she had to do. I'm still not out of the woods in my situation, But she lead me in the right direction. My situation was very complicated and she took the time to figure it out. I will say that the lawyer's system is a little slow to get started with filling out paperwork, But once you pass that hump, It's well worth it. I felt like she wanted to do what was best for me and not just what's best for the law firm. If you're in an unfortunate situation where you need a lawyer, at least get a lawyer that cares.....

In September, 2016, I contacted Atty. Pate regarding an incident I considered to be age discrimination in my workplace. In a no charge consultation, he advised me to contact my human resources department regarding the incident. I did so. My company investigated the incident, and it seemed to have been resolved. Six months later, my company took what I believed to be retaliatory action for my initial complaint. I resigned from my employment under duress two months later. I again contacted Atty. Pate who believed I had a discrimination and retaliation case against my employer. He advised me every step of the way while negotiating with the employer. Atty. Pate was helpful when I tried to collect unemployment and the employer appealed twice. My unemployment claim was successful. When the employer would not agree to a settlement, Atty. Pate filed a complaint with the EEOC, and ultimately a suit against the employer. Nine months after my second contact with Atty. Pate, the case was settled to my satisfaction. Atty. Pate kept me informed through the entire process. He was patient and empathetic and worked hard on my behalf against a very difficult employer. I am grateful for his efforts and guidance.

"I am an experienced paramedic, with awards and decorations, with over 20 years of experience. Recently I was terminated from my empowerment through no fault of my own. I had applied for unemployment compensation and was denied. I reached out to Attorney Lasko . He helped devise an exit strategy from my former employer, then navigate through the separation, which was done so amicably. Melissa is one of the kindest, greatest, most helpful person I’ve ever had the chance to talk to. After having a horrible year last year and finally getting my notice about my disability coverage. After figuring out who many of his other clients of his who he scammed, a large group of us have decided to write to the bar about him. He will threaten you about taking your house, garnishing your wages and many other tactics to milk you for money you don’t own. After having an experience with him, having to fire him and then hiring another atty who was fair and professional, I knew the difference between an honest atty and one who only cares about money. Err on the side of caution and stay away. One of his prior staff members says the same thing. Someone needs to shut him down.
