I can't thank Josh and his team enough for help finding a resolution. The MCAD took 4 years before mediation was offered. For the 4 years, Josh followed up to let me know the status of my wrongful termination. Very nice firm and I recommend speaking with them if you have an employment issue.

I highly recommend the Eskow Law Group for anyone about to involve themselves in a dental practice transition. Working with them was an excellent experience from start to finish. I have an attorney in my family, but decided to go with a dental-specific attorney for purchasing a dental practice. Now after going through the process, I am very glad I did. From the LOI to the APA and P&S all the way through the closing day, the Eskow Group went above and beyond to keep us safe from the many pitfalls in a convoluted transaction like ours.
I met Jon at the Yankee Dental Conference and shortly after found a practice to purchase. I reached out to him and he gave me some great advice to start with, even before signing our engagement letter. Once we started the process of purchasing the practice, we worked closely with Samara Bell, who is an attorney you definitely want on your side. She is sharp, critical, and friendly and will look out for you at every turn. I was especially impressed with their ability to keep everything organized. Our transaction was fairly complex - it involved buying the practice and the real estate under different entities, simultaneously. The seller's legal team was very difficult to work with, but Samara and Jon handled all of these issues with poise. In terms of pricing, their rates are very reasonable and in my opinion, worth every penny. I recommend them to every one of my dental colleagues.

After understanding my situation, Mark got into several negotiations with my former employer. He's very conscientious and cares about my benefits. It was a difficult negotiation process because my former employer was not cooperative. Mark gave the other side's lawyer our best reasoning and what normal companies would do for my situation, but my former employer let their ego get in the way, instead of doing the right thing to investigate, they terminate the good person and wanted to pay a small fee to let me go away quietly.
Knowing it has been a retaliation I consulted 4 attorneys in New Hampshire, including some well known ones. They were all unwilling to represent me, but Mark stood up after hearing my story and knew I could get better than what was offered. Through his work in the end I gained a substantial amount extra pay.

I had a truly excellent experience working with Kyle Smith and the team at Statera Law on my recent home purchase. This was my third time going through the home buying process (not to mention numerous refinances) and Kyle and the team made everything so easy and streamlined working with lenders, agents, and other legal representatives involved in the transaction. We got sued for adverse possession and easement rights on or lake property. Adam took the case 4 years ago. Just before the pretrial he bailed out. We now have to find a replacement in a very short time and for an extremely high cost. He left us in a very bad situation. I don't believe he felt comfortable about litigation. His specialty seems to be land lord/ tenant issues. I believe he was out of his league taking our case.

After talking with Tim , I subsequently switched to Tim’s law group. Tim had to take on a WELL established Massachusetts law firm which could be intimidating; he was definitely up for this tough challenge. Other lawyers would not take this case after my previous lawyer’s handling and were afraid of losing this case. Tim was different, he wanted to help right a wrong as best as he could knowing what was being handed to him.
It was quickly apparent that Tim took his job to heart unlike my previous lawyer. Tim put the opposition law firm on notice that he was about the business of winning my case and not losing. Tim had a tough challenge because he had to rectify the mess made by previous lawyer who had my case on track to be a loss.
The best way to summarize how Tim handled my case could be explained by using terminology from the 1960s Batman TV series. In response to Tim’s introduction and demand letter to the opposition, Tim was hit with a response that was a BOOM. Tim responded and hit back with a KA-BOOM. Next time they hit Tim with a POW and Tim responded with a POW-POW; Tim did NOT back down. Tim worked hard and fought hard for my case. He kept me informed with every step of my case unlike my previous lawyer. He was honest with and didn’t sugarcoat what I needed to hear about my case. He did a hell of a good job with my case considering the mess he had to work with. I would absolutely recommend the Upper Charles Law Group as my experience was absolutely pleasurable with this law group. You will get a team of qualified lawyers who will fight for you and be honest with you, don’t hesitate to hire this law firm.

I mearly called for a consultation, I don't know whether this attorney was having a bad day or something else is going on or perhaps he was preoccupied, but the level of attention to detail on a potential case Even if he was listening at all, yes I understand you couldn't even take the case yet you have a tactfully poor representation of your law firm. Once again so we can be clear Yes I understand yes !!!!! I understand your not going to be able to take the case nor do you have to provide reason but asking a general question of what my options are , should have been handled more appropriately . you offer free consultation. I respect the type of attorney that you can hear in their voice no matter what the answer is They were delighted to handle your situation as best as they possibly could have. I call it having a good bedside manner. Yet I was brutally disconnected cut off and left hanging and I guess that's how you tell the difference between a solid lawyer that gives a crap about his clients potential clients and ones that are just ambulance chasers wanting to make a quick buck. There are millions of lawyers on this site And you should be truly grateful that people decided to hire you to take on their cases . Because if it wasn't for them you wouldn't even have a practice . I'm not angry. I've served my country for 8 years in the United States Navy and the college graduate with the background and engineering . An I studied quite a bit of law I felt like it was being put down or something . Although I laugh it off because I have thick skin , give you no excuse to represent yourself in the form and fashion that you represented yourself to me . The lawyers at this office actually care. They listened to me. I say "they" because I actually had a couple lawyers at the office working on my case, including attorney Sullivan himself. Their team approach is great, and I know they all listened to me because in court the litigation team mentioned every single thing I told them I was concerned about, and in a very precise and professional way. Attorney Itzkowitz represented me in a federal suit I filed against some major American corporations after I was raped on the grounds of an American owned hotel in the Cayman Islands 20 years ago. The case was poised to be a truly landmark case on many levels. At the zenith hour to the trial, it was settled out of court for a sum that helped me regain my life and belief in justice. I was literally homeless and had become disabled by my physical and psychic injuries. I sought expert guidance for an employment law matter that was a complex and complicated case for many reasons. I spoke to several other attorneys regarding my situation and they all informed me that due to the complexity of my case it was going to be quite a challenge to take on. After my first conversation with Ben I immediately felt so much weight lifted off my shoulders because he was going to handle this legal matter with me head on.He showed me in so many ways throughout how outstanding of attorney he truly is. He came up with strategies that were incredibly effective for the different situations that came up throughout these extremely difficult six months for me.
He ALWAYS kept me up-to-date and stayed in contact frequently. There was never a time that I was not able to get in contact with him and his response time is incredible. His extreme knowledge for employment law discrimination and wrongful termination is incredibly articulate. He uses his strengths and knowledge from his past working on both sides of employer and employee law and that was a huge key to my success in the legal matter. I 100% agree with Mel. I gave my banking account number and was told they'd be a deduction on the 1st and the 15th of each month. (which I agreed) The problem is I was never told how much those withdrawals would be. My husband is a disabled veteran and only gets a check once a month. We never even appeared in court. The opposing attorney was not contacting my attorney for 4+ months, yet my balance was never known by me and was growing somehow. It wasn't until I requested a statement that I received a few through email. I have never once spoken to Peter on the phone. Although the attorney who was working with me was very nice, he told me he had no part in the billing. He told me it was Peter. Basically, I gave a $4500 retainer in case we needed to go to court, which we never did, and I never received regular monthly statements from Mr. Calabrese. Due to my experience with the billing of this attorney, I would NEVER recommend them. This morning I see an email saying he will not represent me any longer because of my large outstanding balance (which I knew nothing about). As soon as I emailed him, all of a sudden I receive all these statements. Lol! And a balance that was insane.
I agree with Mel. Do not sign any contract that involves giving your banking info out.
This is not ethical and I intend on reporting to the Bar. These are examples of bad practices. People are already hurting in bad land situations, and the last thing anyone needs is to be taken advantage of. Beware people! Read Mel's review, and others on several sites before you use this firm. If you don't believe me, read others.
