Although they were unable to take our case, they did take the time to make an appointment for us, and sit down and hear us out. No other attorney in the area even bothered to call us back let alone make an appointment. We met with Stephanie Killian, and she was very knowledgeable and personable. Herrmann and Murphy do a great job of managing their cost structure and hourly rates to optimize effectiveness at the lowest possible cost. I was very satisfied with their approach and could not be happier.
Kevin was my lead and Sean sat in to present a fearless front to our foe. Not only was I completely satisfied with the outcome but we also had quite a bit of fun on what easily could have been a stressful event.

After dealing with a previous attorney who left us disappointed and everything only partially taken care of regarding my father's estate I found Danielle. Danielle reassured me that she would take care of finalizing things to close the estate.
Danielle is absolutely professional and knowledgeable; she communicates all the details and provides updates quickly and thoroughly. She explained everything that was happening and answered all our questions very clearly. She went back and finished things the previous attorney left incomplete and guided us through the decisions we needed to make.
It took Danielle a few short months to get things finished out even during covid-19 when it had taken the other person well over 8 months to do half of what Danielle did. I'm very impressed with her level of commitment to get everything finalized and closed out in a timely fashion.

Vernon has been absolutely amazing. A year and half after I had been injured at work and after receiving medical treatment, it was time to start the settlement process. I was given an offer and wasn't sure if it was good. I found The Sumwalt Group on Google and saw the 5 star reviews. I reached out to them to see if I could get some advice. Vernon was the one to call me and gave me some wonderful free advice on countering and what would be a good amount. He also looked over the settlement agreement I received to make sure it wouldn't mess up any potential social security/disability in the future. Vernon made me feel like he cared and like he wanted the best for me on this settlement and helped me to avoid having to hire a lawyer and drag out the process. I hope I never get hurt on the job again, but if I ever do I will definitely reach out to them again.

I trusted Michael Kornbluth with my future, career and livelihood. I met with several other attorneys before Michael and knew they could never handle my case. The day I walked into his office I trusted my husband, myself and no one else. I was a victim of harassment for many years and my harasser was enabled and protected by the highest figures at the company where we both worked. When I walked out of Michael’s office I knew I had found an attorney who was not afraid to take on a very powerful man and organization. Michael did not promise me an endless bank account at the end of this fight, he promised me my abuser and his colleagues would be held accountable for their actions and that my family and I would get our lives back. Michael delivered. He also fought for and incredible settlement. He would have gone to trial with me and I would have humiliated many executives in my home town. I had been humiliated for years so I was not afraid of a trial. Michael educated me to the advantages and disadvantages to trial vs mediation. He helped me decide that years of trials and appeals would not put my life back together. I sat in a room at mediation with the highest officials of the organization we both worked and had my day. They were ashamed. I don’t think they were ashamed of their actions, just that they had been caught and were being held accountable. Michael Kornbluth is a great attorney and more important an incredible person. When I pass my abuser and his colleagues in public I hold my head high and they look anywhere but at me. Laura Noble was recommended to me by another lawyer that I know well. She agreed to take a look at my case to see if she felt that she would be able to assist me obtain a favorable outcome. A demand was sent to my former employer which unfortunately fell on deaf ears. Despite this, Laura kept continuing to advocate on my behalf until it became apparent that a decision had to be made on how the case could move forward. Due to her heavy workload and the actual case facts, she wasn't able to take my case through litigation but we mutually agreed that litigation wasn't the best avenue based on the circumstances. She also provided me with an additional resource should I decide to litigate my case. Laura was receptive, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and fought hard for me. Mr. Hensel represented me in an "employment" matter concerning services rendered and not paid for. I still had property of the other person. He worked diligently and kept me informed of progress. The form email stated that they are an extremely small firm and only take certain cases. They also weirdly stated that they're under no obligation to inform me exactly why they refused my case, but instead made sure to urge me to contact a different lawyer or the state bar association, as my case's statute of limitations may expire soon. Yeah thanks, that's exactly why I urgently needed a consult, duh? Extremely weird. Stay away.

If you need a family law attorney run the other way. He came to court unprepared and late. He was late for our case because he was dealing with another case at the same time and day. We had to get most of the paper work for our case and he is just rude and disrespectful to his client. He threaten several times to walk out and let the judge know he was recusing himself. Needless to say he lost the case. All after he had received his money. This man shouldn’t be able to practice law the way he treats his clients.

I was a client of Raymond Marshall, from 2014 to 2017. This was a workercomp case, along with personal injury case. This lawyer was not truthful to me in the very beginning concerning my initial settlement, I wanted to settle my case for a specific amount of money, this lawyer stated to me that I would get that amount, without consulting with the insurance company first, I personally felt he lied to me concerning that amount. For me it was a bad experience dealing with this lawyer. Lawyers are so to help you feel more at ease when you have been injured and going thru a difficult time, with this lawyer I stayed stress out.

I was a client of Raymond Marshall's until the late 1990s when he requested to withdraw from my case. In the almost five years he represented me he failed to depose a single witness, and failed to file in Federal court as he told me he would.
My subsequent attorney deposed eight of the ten witnesses and the case was settled right before the court date five months later. This attorney stated that the case was damaged due to Raymond Marshall not conducting depositions in a timely manner. One of the witnesses had died in the five years Raymond Marshall was my lawyer.
Raymond Marshall also lied about the settlement offers he had received regarding my case.
He took my case thinking he would get a big payout right away without doing any real work. The Defendant's attorneys saw this, and my case did not go forward until another attorney took over and properly prepared my case for court.
