Extremely professional. Great communication with realistic conversations about what to expect during the process and the final settlement. We ended up settling quite a bit more than anticipated. Litigation and claims take months, not really any way around it…but Patrick and his staff kept us updated and also answered any questions anytime we had them. I never felt like we were bothering when asking about anything. Don’t waste your time on ambulance chasers or guys who are on every billboard or advertise all day during daytime TV.
