In 2019 I had a very tough immigration case and I hired another law firm and it didn’t go well, I spend more than 3k and finally my case got denied due to the lawyer’s irresponsible action. A few months later a friends of mine suggested to contact Amsale’s law firm. She was very kind, positive , thoughtful and a good listener. She listened the entire issue with the previous law firm, and what surprised me was her focus to resolve the problem instead of nailing down.
After a brief discussion and consultation, I hired her to represent me the same case which I got denied previously.
It took her shorter time comparing with the previous lawyer and successfully won my case. Not only that, through the entire process of my case with Amsale I was getting an update based on the information timeframe of each steps from immigration office.
The best part of her consultation, if she thinks your case doesn’t worse to continue, she doesn’t wanna waste your money! This is how she does business !

Yes, it actually feels good to have a worthy credit profile. I want to use this time to appreciate PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST for bringing me out of a bad credit report that made my life miserable. 6 years ago I had perfect credit but my life spiralled out of control and was left with 50k debt. I had no way of paying for it at that time. I have been rebuilding my life for the past few months and need to fix my credit. I had 50k debt combined. 6 closed accounts with "negative pay status" "Charged off as bad debt". 550 credit score. I paid 2 of the 6 accounts off recently but the remarks are still there and nothing about my status changed on said accounts. PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST came through for me, with all negative entries removed; charge offs, late payments wiped out including closed accounts all cleared from my report and my score is now 804. I got approved for a Capital one credit card with a $10,000 limit and have been pre-approved for another $30,000 limit. I met with Elizabeth in November 2019. I had been recently let go from my dental job shortly after being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. I had worked in the dental field for 35 years and was 61 years old. I had received an email from my former employers letting me know that I was no longer employed at their dental practice. You can only imagine the panic I felt not to mention the deep betrayal from a group of doctors that I thought were supporting me during my battle. In my consultation, I knew imediately that Elizabeth would be the attorney to represent me. Her professionalism was above and beyond what would be expected from an attorney of her caliber. However, it was her unwavering compassion and fierceness that let me know she would fight to the end to right the wrong that had been undeservedly done to me. Elizabeth put me at ease and let me know that under no circumstance was this appropriate behavior and totally unacceptable, that having a disability I had rights and they had disregarded these rights. There was absolutely no reason to warrant tossing me aside as if I didn't matter or assuming that I would not be able to continue doing my job to the fullest extent. Or the fact that I was a person who worked hard for them every day and took pride in my position. I represented their practice with integrity and made sure that my treatment of our patients and fellow team members was always with upmost respect. She encouraged me as I went through this journey and on many occasions she let me know how proud she was of me as I faced many challenges.
My former employers were not willing to settle out of court because they felt they had done nothing wrong and the jury would side with them. So off to court we went. Another amazing attorney from SGB Joe Solseng joined forces along with an impressive support team. All I can say is they should have settled out of court. It was impressive beyond to have this legal team show them that you are not allowed to treat an employee this way. After a long 8 day trial, the jury deliberated for a mere 90 minutes. They awarded me handsomely, way beyond my wildest dreams. I was vindicated and the message was sent loud and clear. This was unacceptable and you simply can not treat your employees this way.

In our situation Katie assisted with a very complex employment discrimination matter with a lot of moving parts. I made the best decision when I chose Catherine Fleming of Fleming Law to represent me in my lawsuit against the city of Seattle. I had a bicycle crash on a poorly marked Seattle street which left me semi-paralyzed and permanently in a wheelchair. After my wife’s bicycle crash in Seattle and subsequent spinal surgery, we faced an uncertain future. Before, she had been a strong cyclist and active hiker, but now was confined to a wheelchair with incomplete paraplegia.

Mark was great as my attorney. Prompt, together, knowledgeable and most importantly empathetic. The Courtroom can be very foreboding environment to to find yourself in and Mark made it a point to ease my apprehensions. Mr. Mead worked with me solving a conflict with one of my previous employers. He immediately impressed me with his knowledge and willingness to listen to the various aspects of the case that I had currently open (I had already dealt with one lawyer who failed to appropriately address my needs). I found that he quickly suggested key options that allowed us to move forward to resolve the matter with my previous employer which had since been open for about nine months. After Mr. Mead took the case, we were able to start making progress in a matter of weeks!
I was also very impressed with his constant assurance to allow me to make the decisions based on his advice. I engaged Kay in 2016, at the recommendation of my manager, and she was superb with the labor law I needed with legal representation.
I hired Kay again from about May 2018 to about May 2019. There were typos in some important documents and we were all catching up to the fact this employer wasn’t going to do anything right without going through its administrative process.
I needed to scope Kay’s work to control for cost, which she thought was because I didn’t trust her. This was really unfortunate. She also reduced her schedule and increased her bill rate and my employer got a lot of mileage out of those typos. But at the end of the day I wish she hadn’t been upset that my scoping for budget was a sign of not trusting her.
I’d have her back in a heartbeat. She’s that good. The firm hired to replace her - at half the cost - did not have the experience they claimed and I had to try another attorney or risk my statute of limitations. The third attorney was unethical. The only unethical attorney I’ve been exposed to.

I went to Ms. Weiss at a low point in my life as well. I’ll be the first to admit, my case was messy due to a lapse of judgement on my part, but the fact clearly demonstrated that I was inappropriately terminated from my job for pure retaliatory reasons. Ms. Weiss appeared gung-ho to take my case at first, but her tone changed abruptly. I believe she thought poorly of the choices I made in my personal life, and it affected how she represented me. She did get me a settlement, took a third of it, and would not assist me when the final portion of the settlement was paid out incorrectly. I would not recommend her again.
