My initial inquiry and contact was very pleasant and they were able to give me a call back promptly, however when I got a chance to speak with the lawyer it turned out I had a situation that they weren’t able to help with, and wouldnt be worth taking further on my part which is completely understandable. I am leaving this rating due to the tone of conversation when I received my call back. He was very short with me and I felt a belittled when explaining my situation. I understand not all situations can be helped, but I am not a legal expert and this is why I reached out for guidance. In any case I believe people reaching out to anyone in such a position for possible help should be treated kindly.

Wpuld not recommend. He dont fight for rights and facts. My employer worked me over a month, didnt pay me, then when i quit, harrassed me and this firm denied my claim so i guess they believe its right for people to get done any old way. Or wait...mabye not enough money for them. So again...dont recommend. So sad this firm dont fight for rights and now, here i am a single dad with nothing, Christmas ruined for my 7 year old and im a nobody still to this firm. They could care less.

My partner and I were in a precarious position with a third partner who tried to steal our largest client. Although other transaction attorneys were involved, it was not until James Tanner, a true litigator, got involved that we received an injunction blocking the partner from breaking our bylaws. Mr. Tanner was not only professional, but got the defendant to blatantly admit to the judge that he was in breach of the by-laws through his superior skills in cross examination and in getting the truth revealed. I would recommend him to any individual or business. He possesses a vast knowledge base and experience level in many different areas of the law.

Do not go near this woman! She is a disaster! Dropped me like a hot box of rocks when she got pregnant. Lied about progress. Failed to communicate. Ignored me for three months. Showed up with a text today saying how sorry she is to decide to close her practice. She already missed a statute of limitations. Said she “has walked this journey with me”. How absurd. She is unstable if she thinks this!

My employer "eliminated my position" when I took a FMLA approved leave in October 2017. I interviewed several attorneys and selected KC to handle my case.
KC was extremely knowledgeable and within minutes of our initial meeting ending, she had already sent documents to the company to inform them of our intent to file a lawsuit. Within a few weeks, she was working with them to get me an acceptable severance.
KC was able to get me almost 9 times what my past employer had told me was all they would agree to giving me. The negotiations were complete in less than 60 days.
KC was not only knowledgeable and confident but her communication with me was outstanding. This all occured during the holidays and she kept me informed through everything.
I highly recommend KC and am beyond pleased with the outcome.

I was accepted as a client for a discrimination case against a former employer and signed the contract with them in May. I never filed a complaint with the EEOC because I ignorantly assumed that my attorney would be handling that for me. They waited until October, one month past the deadline to file with the EEOC, to notify me that they were dropping me as a client because they aren't licensed to practice in the state that I live in. Absolutely unacceptable!

After doing some initial research, we emailed a recap of what we felt was my husband's law suit. An appointment was set with Attorney Tony Cabassa; who felt my husband had a case. Attorney Cabassa explained the procedures, and gave us his prognosis. We chose to sign the contract and the outcome was as Mr. Cabassa projected. This firm is excellent on return communication; which helps relieve the stress of having to file a lawsuit I would highly recommend.
