Mr. Viera has been a tremendous help for my son. We fought for 4 years appealing social security's decision, after the first 2 asked Mr. Viera to help. It was a long fight and we went all the way to the judge but with his help my son was approved for the whole 4 years. Mr Viera is very responsive and answers any and all questions. My partner and I were in a precarious position with a third partner who tried to steal our largest client. Although other transaction attorneys were involved, it was not until James Tanner, a true litigator, got involved that we received an injunction blocking the partner from breaking our bylaws. Mr. Tanner was not only professional, but got the defendant to blatantly admit to the judge that he was in breach of the by-laws through his superior skills in cross examination and in getting the truth revealed. I would recommend him to any individual or business. He possesses a vast knowledge base and experience level in many different areas of the law.

I previously had another law firm handle my roof claim after the insurance company refused to pay and then folded. The company couldn’t resolve the issue which went to FIGA. So a friend referred Merlin group to handle the issue. They were very professional and kept me updated even though, at times, there was no progress to discuss. Through their persistence and constant contact with FIGA, the issue finally got resolved AFTER almost 2 years!! Hopefully this won’t happen again, but if it does, I’ll reach back out to them.

I would highly advise not using Jason Rogozinski
not only did he basically take my money and stop responding
but he lost a very simple case where a accident occurred when a driver ran a red light ( and there was a video) He couldn't even let me know the outcome, status, or really anything about the case.
Save your money and aggravation pay a little more for a lawyer who will care about your case

John came on my case with little time to be spared. He immediately provided his consultation over the phone and understood the severity while offering great advice. He was very realistic and matter of fact which I liked. There were no false hopes, he and his team stayed in contact throughout my case and never left me in the dark on matters. Anything that I needed an explanation on was given. All I can say is thank you for providing me with the best possible outcome of the situation concerning my child.
If I have any advice to potential clients it would be to LISTEN. Do as they ask in the most timely manner and let them work their angles. I hope I never require their services again but if I need legal counsel I will 100% choose In Law We Trust again!

Do not go near this woman! She is a disaster! Dropped me like a hot box of rocks when she got pregnant. Lied about progress. Failed to communicate. Ignored me for three months. Showed up with a text today saying how sorry she is to decide to close her practice. She already missed a statute of limitations. Said she “has walked this journey with me”. How absurd. She is unstable if she thinks this!

My employer "eliminated my position" when I took a FMLA approved leave in October 2017. I interviewed several attorneys and selected KC to handle my case.
KC was extremely knowledgeable and within minutes of our initial meeting ending, she had already sent documents to the company to inform them of our intent to file a lawsuit. Within a few weeks, she was working with them to get me an acceptable severance.
KC was able to get me almost 9 times what my past employer had told me was all they would agree to giving me. The negotiations were complete in less than 60 days.
KC was not only knowledgeable and confident but her communication with me was outstanding. This all occured during the holidays and she kept me informed through everything.
I highly recommend KC and am beyond pleased with the outcome.

I was accepted as a client for a discrimination case against a former employer and signed the contract with them in May. I never filed a complaint with the EEOC because I ignorantly assumed that my attorney would be handling that for me. They waited until October, one month past the deadline to file with the EEOC, to notify me that they were dropping me as a client because they aren't licensed to practice in the state that I live in. Absolutely unacceptable!

After doing some initial research, we emailed a recap of what we felt was my husband's law suit. An appointment was set with Attorney Tony Cabassa; who felt my husband had a case. Attorney Cabassa explained the procedures, and gave us his prognosis. We chose to sign the contract and the outcome was as Mr. Cabassa projected. This firm is excellent on return communication; which helps relieve the stress of having to file a lawsuit I would highly recommend.
