Cia, from start to finish, over an almost 2 year period (including the initial Denial) stuck with the case and me. Constant contact, constant updates.....Very detail oriented, specific, highly knowledgeable and persistant. He told me on day 1, after reviewing my VA medical records that I would eventually be awarded. He was right. My case just NEEDED a Judges review and Hearing. His preparatory brief that was submitted to the Judge in advance of my Hearing was what won the case (that came directly from the Judge's mouth to my ears upon entering the Hearing). I was in a car wreck with my coworker, his wife and another friend. We all got hurt, my foot badly and had to have it repaired. My health insurance from work didn't want to cover my bills from a car crash. I needed help and Loncar &a Associates got me the help needed. I was in a car wreck with my wife a friend and a co-worker. We all got hurt. I tore my knee up and had surgerys. My insurance from work did not want to cover my injuries or bills from the wreck. I definitely recommend this attorney. She helped me acquire my DACA card last year. My experience was great, and I was always treated well and taken care of at each visit. The office has wonderful staff, and are very professional. The attorney always made sure I understood everything, and her assistant always answered my questions when I called in. Also, since I couldn't pay everything at once, they worked out a payment plan for me. I will definitely come to her again in the future.

We were incredibly fortunate to have Stephanie Rhima represent my son during one of the most challenging times of his life. I consulted Mr. Goldstein regarding a social security matter. My mother accompanied me to the appointment because she helped me fill out the paperwork when I was a minor. For context my mother is a US citizen of Asian descent but English is her second language. During the consultation, Mr. Goldstein cut us off many times, didn't address our concerns, and talked very quickly. Due to my mother's language barrier and the fast pace that Mr. Goldstein was speaking, I translated much of the conversation in her native language so that she could be fully aware of what he was saying. He then started mocking us verbally by making incoherent phonetic sounds to imitate our language. He also became upset that I continued to translate for my mother and he continued to mock me by making squinting facial expressions while verbalizing stereotypical "Asian sounds" every time I translated the conversation to my mother. This was his attempt to try to get me to stop translating. My consultation was the worst experience I have had with any type of professional, Mr. Goldstein demonstrated unprofessional behavior, prejudice, and inability to show patience and empathy. I don't recommend anyone see this attorney, especially if you are a person of color. Our experience highlights that Mr. Goldstein isn't capable of making clients of different ethnic backgrounds feel comfortable.

Mr. Honig was my attorney and I was approved on my first hearing. However, he had a few issues. He didn't seem very aware of my case and I had to give him a crash course in my situation minutes before the trial. I think I was approved mostly upon my own testimony and my wife's, we're both "talkers", and because my condition is one of the automatics (Parkinson's) when it get's bad enough. He really seems to be playing the numbers game of get as many clients as possible, even if it's more than you can keep up with, and then take the money from whatever percentage wins.

He does not return calls and many many times does not answer calls. He rarely answers emails and seems to always have excuses as to why he has not done this or that in a timely manner. It took him more than 5 months to file my suit and then we sat at square 1 for months and months while he procrastination and continued to not communicate. He continued to ask for more money and did not ever give me an invoice of any kind. My case had to be moved out of state and he was to find an attorney in that state, and he asked for even more money to pay the new attorney and for himself, yet after 2 months he still had done nothing about hiring the out of state attorney. Instead all I got was excuses that he had been ill, his wife had been ill , his computer was giving him problems and on and on. I fired him, asked for a return of the money I sent him for the out of state attorney and for the extra he wanted for himself. I had to fire him via phone message and email. I have not heard back from him. Save yourself grief and pass this attorney up. He wasted my time and charged me many thousands of dollars. I have never dealt with an attorney who drug his feet and was so hard to contact as this man.

I hired Mr. Kelly to represent me in my social security disability case after my initial denial. During the time I worked with Mr. Kelly, I found him to be hard to reach. His legal assistant was dismissive and Mr. Kelly never returned my phone calls or emails. 2 weeks prior to my appeal, I was contacted by his legal assistant saying he was no longer going to be representing me, effectively leaving me to represent myself and at the mercy of an arcane system of laws without the counsel of a lawyer.
