I had consulted with Mr. Rubenstein, regarding my case against my employer, related to unpaid commissions. Andy is an attorney that I trust in his profession & as my friend I would tell anyone that wants an attorney that will do his utmost to get you what you deserve and no stone will go unturned because he is about ensuring that his clients what they deserve. I am so pleased that I had him in my corner because if it were not for him I would not be here today. The hospital said after my almost a year in a coma that the plug should be pulled on me because I was going to be a vegetable, now I will say that I am not 100% but I am definitely not a vegetable after 20 surgeries which included replacements that I have had to have done. My partner and had our children ripped from us without warning. It was a complicated and not a common case for any attorney - especially in a conservative state and city like Houston, TX. The odds were stacked up against us from the moment our children were taken away from our home by the other party. One lawyer we consulted with told us straight up and forward, " You will not win. She will win; but you can try and give it a shot". This partcular lawyer had 25 years experience in family law. Needless to say, we were not surprised. We understood this case wasn't for any everyday lawyer. Our case required a skilled, talented, and confident lawyer. I was introduced to Mrs. Burchett by a family friend. Mrs. Burchett reviewed my case, accepted me as a client and paid in fees obtained out of her pocket. Ms. Speer is a great attorney. She is like a pitbull in heels! I love her. She came to my apt and visited with me (she didnt bill me for it) and what ever needs to be done or what documents need to be retrieved she does her best to keep cost down so I can keep as much that will be allowed. Social Security is no joke. She is fighting a good fight for me and she keeps me informed. I had one other attorney prior to her and he was rude, matter of factly and basically treated me as if I should let him do his thing and he will get back to me when there is something to report. No need to keep asking anything. He told me that I shouldn't worry because if it took longer the pay out would be better. He didn't care about me, just the payout. I am in need now in the worst way. I am so glad that I found someone who actually cares. I would recommend her any day of the week!

We hired Mr. Mcferren at the last minute before a jury trial. It was a lengthy trial that resulted in the termination of parental rights for 1 mother and 2 fathers. All were unfit parents. The babies are brothers and only 1 and 2 years of age. Mr. Mcferren read every document that was presented to him quickly and accurately. He then defended these babies with the strongest arm of the law. Justice was definitely done in this case. I have never known of another attorney with such heart felt compassion and deep concerns for their cases. He also helped us financially. To my own surprise I was actually charged less than the normal fee. He knew we were having a hard time financially and has gone beyond any expectations to not cause more of a hardship on my family. I highly recomment Mr. Eric Meferren as an attorney to accomplish any goal he sets out to make, and to win any case he accepts. I will not hesitate to use him in the future for anything necessary.

Worst attorney you can get I would not recommend miss mokolo spent over $22,000 she did the very minimum She’s not worth the $500 an hour she was charging compared to the other party which the attorney was cheaper and they seem like they were more prepared than she was and she was getting paid less than Miss Mokolo she Was not prepare when we were to go to court At one point I quote she said “good thing we didn’t have to go before the judge today because I can’t talk today” Invoices were always wrong. They even charge me for trying to make sure the invoices were right eventually she took off $750 off my bill because I told her she did not do a good enough job and that she was charging me to talk to them about their Mistake with invoices she said well at least we didn’t get your Right taken away she did not put enough safeguards in our final order. I still haven’t seen my child. It’s been over 10 months since we did the final order The final order has a lot of loop holes that the other side put in place to prevent me from seeing my child or to have a relationship with him Miss Mokolo should’ve caught the loopholes if she was a good attorney I reached out to them about the final order and told them what was going on, and they basically said that I needed to rehire them put in another deposit to try to fix things which I was shocked because I just spent over $22,000 now we have to go back and rehire someone that knows what they’re doing to try to fix their screw up this case that I was going through was easy. I gave them everything they needed charge me over $9000 to submit the documents I provided and when I looked at the stuff they submitted it was exactly the same stuff I gave them when I asked they said they had to change a little bit of it I don’t think that amount of over $9000 to change the word just a little bit to me look exactly the same word by word. It looks like they just Submitted what I sent them. I attach a picture of how the billing was Saying I owe all this money on the top, but on the bottom, it said it was paid off . As soon as you lose them as a client or you come from them about billing or anything, they will take you off and delete you/cant access my case so I hope this post could help anybody who is looking for a good attorney. I would not recommend this law firm.

Avoid working with this attorney as he is not honest in his dealings.
