Really 4.5 stars. Through 4 years (all while I was overseas) of estate discovery, filings, depositions, delays and litigation, I am very appreciative that I had Regina (and her firm) as my advocates through a very stressful and frustrating process. I think Regina knows the law backwards and forwards, is very personable and I always appreciated her steadfast manner, experience & beliefs about how the system really works. We locked horns occasionally as I can be idealistic while she probably saved me a couple of more years of litigation and a good chunk of money.

Samuel helped my son fight his ssi case and he was kind and their for us every step of the way . I did have different lawyers we have been fighting social security for the last 3 years and I was feeling hopeless until I met with Warner&Warner explained my situation and Samuel took our case and because of him my son finally received his SSI. Jonathan Werner has been awesome. He is handling my brother's bankruptcy case and everything has been going very smoothly. I emailed him one week and I didn't realize he was on vacation. He emailed me right back. I would highly recommend his firm. His secretary Alice is wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately, my brother has developed health issues that may not allow him to go back to work. Jonathan's brother handles social security disability cases. Have an established Worker's Comp Case., Carrier had Classified my case due to post op complications. Medical addressed, however never received SLU/ Award for injury. Refered to Dan by co-worker, sent letter of inquiry to Law Firm Bronk & Somers, attn:

I suffered a knee injury at work 4/2018. Over a period of months my knee weakened & I was told by my doctor, I needed a replacement. My employer disagreed. I had no idea on how worker’s compensation worked.
I sent the same email to 7 attorneys. Only one responded-Jeff. My email was full of dates & names of who was told what & when. It also contained my employers responses. Jeff said the detail & amount of information in my initial email made my case. Jeff walked me through the process.
After the first hearing establishing my case, my employer denied my claim.
Jeff told me exactly how to respond & what to fill out. He was caring & patient. He returned calls & responded quickly to email. He Took time to call & explain what forms were coming in the mail & what they meant.
It took a couple hearings & an IME to authorize my claim & get my knee replaced. Jeff was there the entire time. He was patient & explained everything along the way.
I will tell everyone who needs a worker’s compensation attorney to call Jeff. He is just a nice, humble & honest guy. He made this ordeal far less stressful & easier to understand. In short, he’s awesome. If you’re new to the system & need a beacon, let Jeff be that light.
