I am suffering severe pain & unable to return to work after experiencing a work related accident. Unsuccessful pain management treatment & multiple surgeries continued to keep me from returning. I had an urgent legal matter that needed immediate attention. Without any delay whatsoever, on the day of the issue arising, Russ was able to strategize on the correct actions providing multiple options, and we selected the optimal strategy moving forward in order to deal with the problem. The turnaround was astounding, impressive, and much needed.

I was terminated by my employer and I thought I had a case. I was either ignored or turned away because of "conflicts of interest." Russell came by way of a referral from a Labor Rights website and I am so grateful. He really looked into my case and listened to me. When Russ believes in something, he's passionate about it. I don't know anything about law and he made sure to explain each phase and had multiple courses of actions so I always knew all my options and was fully involved in each decision. At first, I was so worried. My employer had a team of legal professionals and a lot of money to pour into litigation and I definitely do not. Russ was a one man army and handled each interaction with tact and grace. In the end, we won the claim and I know it was all due to 2 things; the truth and Russ. Mr. Cinnamon represented me in my workers' compensation case. I had never been injured on the job before and Mr. Cinnamon made the whole process easy. He took the time to explain every detail of my case to me and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. My payments were reduced and I was having a hard time making ends meet but Mr. Cinnamon was able to increase my payments and made sure that I didn't lose my house. I was hesitant to contact an injury lawyer at first, as my accident was still fresh, but I am so glad I reached out and found Dan Smyth. He was massive help during a turbulent time.
I wish there were 10 stars on this review because I would give them all to Dan. I could not recommend him enough. He showed such compassion and took care of every little thing for me during the duration of my case. I relocated mid-case to the other side of the country and his communication and care did not waiver.

As a Canadian, I was encouraged by many Canadian lawyers with US state credentials that their competency and expertise was comparable to top US immigration lawyers. This is not accurate. This has to be one of the absolute worst firms in the entire city. My mother was hit by a car and in a case that should have taken months to resolve had taken over two years to settle. The communication from them was non existent, and representation was atrocious. I implore anyone who cares for their family members to look for different services than this firm. Please heed this warning as it will save you time, money and actual representation. They charged my mother 33% for absolutely nothing. No follow up, no guidance absolutely nothing. You’d have better chances representing yourself. Good luck to anyone of you who decide to deal with this horrible law firm.

At a time in our lives when we could have been left with nothing but devastation Sam and his team were like angels to my family. My dad was diagnosed with mesothelioma in 2015 and within months we were receiving money from the companies who made him sick. My husband was diagnosed with a rare form of Mesothelioma in 2015. After the initial shock wore off my husband decided to file a law suit. We called a few places and decided to go with Meirowitz and Wasserberg since my husband felt most comfortable and confident talking to Daniel over the phone. Daniel flew cross country for our initial meeting and we couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. Daniel was so caring and concerned and we both felt so at ease with him. He walked us through everything that might or might not happen and made the process so easy for us so that we could concentrate on my husband’s medical care. Mr.Tanner was my attorney at a very scary time. I was facing up to 10 years in prison for being
involved with wrong people. I was very lucky that he took my case. Howard Tanner is very well respected in his sphere, he knows ins and outs of the system with over 35 years of experience not just as an attorney, but as a prosecutor as well. He treated me with consideration and courtesy. He made me feel mattered! I am very grateful that he was on my side during this horrendous experience giving me his guidance.
