I highly recommend Hirschi Law for anyone who needs any kind of legal help. There are a lot of legal firms out there, and I'm very glad I found this one. My issue was going to cost $2500-3000 or more, but Hirschi Law’s expertise probably saved me a couple of thousand dollars! So I was well pleased. I liked Heath’s no muss, no fuss approach. He handled the process very quickly, leading to quick results. And he had to accomplish everything long distance – I am many states away! I first heard Mat Sorensen do an IRA LLC web presentation on Youtube for a custodian company. I like what he had to say and how he said it, he was very clear and sounded very well informed on the issue. I don’t know why I didn’t just call him right away to see if he would help me form my IRA LLC, maybe because he was not in my state?..Maybe because I thought he would be too busy? to expensive???
I don’t know what my problem was but I called 5 different lawyers all who didn’t seem like they had the same level of expertise Mat did. As my frustration grew so did my courage. I finally figured... what did I have to lose? Just call the guy I heard on Youtube! So I did. WOW! He knocked my socks off even more on the phone. He answered all my hard questions about forming an IRA LLC while living abroad and didn’t need to go on and on trying to impress me with his knowledge like some of the other lawyers. His friendly, clear, concise answers spoke for themselves.
After I decided to go with Mat and KKOS I have been unbelievably happy with their level of service. The entire team is sweet, friendly, educated and helpful. They ALL seem like they know me when I call and always treat me with kindness and respect. Mat will even joke with me, a total stranger! He has a great sense of humor and not to busy for a quick reply to say thanks. He is humble, funny and generous. Not at all what I expected to be honest. :)
The clarity of his instructions while setting up the IRA LLC was unparalleled. He would send me emails as to what he and his team would do and what I would need to do. Every time I came to a stumbling block I would call the team and instantly they would help me overcome the hurdle. Even when I reached out to Mat he helped me while not making me feel stupid for asking silly questions.
Well, I could go on and on but I will not. Suffice it to say Mat and his team are GREAT and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to form an IRA LLC regardless of which state you live in.

I had a lawyer when I first filed Chapter 13. That lawyer got suspended in the state of AZ and did not inform me. I contacted Patricia through this website and heard from her within 4 hours. She had already spent time on my case on her own. I needed more advise for my case, so I asked her to consult with me and she made it very affordable for me to do so. Kevin helped my grandmother file for bankruptcy, and my family and I had a wonderful experience with him. Kevin was extremely patient with my grandmother as she took her time gathering the requisite paperwork for the bankruptcy filing. Throughout the process, Kevin was very responsive to emails and calls and empowered us by translating complex bankruptcy laws into in terms we could understand. We faced an unexpected hardship near the end of the bankruptcy, and I was very grateful for Kevin's compassion and willingness to help. As a result of the hardship, we asked Kevin to do some additional work for us beyond his original scope of work and authorized him to bill us for his additional time. After the bankruptcy was complete, we asked him how much we owed him. He said it wasn't too much extra work and told us not to sweat it. That type of professionalism epitomized our entire experience with him.

We hired Matt because we we were having trouble understanding how to work out our international taxes and US taxes. He was honest with his legal scope on the matter, and was effectively able take care of all our necessary needs in a thorough, professional manner to ensure we did everything according to law and IRS compliance. Additionally, we felt his pricing was fair and appropriate for his work, as sometimes attorney hourly charges can get a pricey.

I had a small case compared to most of what Mr. Campbell would deal with, fighting a Chapter 11 in which I would have ended up being a claimant.
