I hired Kegan as a probate lawyer when my mom passed away. Probate made an already difficult situation, even more difficult. Delwyn Webber came highly recommended from another Las Vegas attorney. I have never dealt with a more efficient group. My sister and I interviewed four estate planning attorneys, with one of them being James Owens. After the interviews it was a unanimous decision that James was the person we wanted to work with. He was much more friendly and personal than the others and his prices were significantly lower. We felt extremely comfortable with him. With the others it seemed like it would be strictly business and you would be ânickeled and dimedâ for everything. After we hired James, he created a trust and an LLC for our mother. He did not disappoint us. We felt like we were dealing with a friend who genuinely wanted to help. My mother also loved working with him. James will not disappoint you and you will be very glad you chose him!

I talked to family and friends, and only one person I know has done this professionally, but couldn't remember details, so I decided to let my spirit lead me. I did a google search, and came across The Marshall Law office on Eastern... (not to be confused with Marshall law on 8th St.) Anyway, Sam Marshall has videos on his website explaining about wills, trust, probate, and after getting a better understanding, I decided to schedule an appointment. My appointment was with James Owens, and after we spoke, I knew that he was the one. He is patient, thorough, and his humor made me relax through this serious process. I'm not from the area but my 90 year old mother is, she recently lost her husband and he had done nothing towards a will. I called a few places in Henderson, and all I had was SLOW responses, misunderstood emails, and sometimes triple the price for what Marshall law did for us.

I found Jeremy on the internet. He had no reviews and was a bit reserved on the phone when we first talked. After explaining to him what business formation we wanted to create (a Nevada LLC owned by a trust) he suddenly came alive with suggestions and advice we had never considered. He did exactly what he said he would do in the time frame to which he committed to do it and never increased his fees. The most refreshing aspect of working with Jeremy is he never talks down to his clients nor does he claim to know everything. He tells the truth in a kind and considerate way. In December 2016, a collection agency started garnishing my wages illegally and continued to do so for several months. I was never served papers of any kind plus the debt was not mine. It belonged to my wife. Back in 2008, my wife incurred the debt. In 2012, I filed bankruptcy. I didn't include the original debtor in my petition for bankruptcy, because I was unaware that I owed them money. Had I known I would have simply included them in the bankruptcy, and that would have been the end of the matter. Since the original debtor nor the collection agency never informed me that I was responsible for my wife's debt. They essentially forfeited their right to come after me after my bankruptcy was closed and discharged. But they did anyway. This was a violation of the bankruptcy code. The federal bankruptcy court agreed and awarded over 65,000 in my case. Thanks to Sean and his team, I am feeling Damn good. If you want to feel good too then Hire Sean Payne!!

I contacted Bowler & Twitchell about setting up a guardianship. They called me back and provided some great advice on the pros and cons, with a final suggestion to avoid the guardianship. They didn't have to do that, all in a phone call. This limited experience with them leads me to believe they are an honest firm and looking out for the their client.

I recommend you call around many attorneys and see your options.
High Stakes Injury Law, including attorney Daniel J. Tafoya, Jr. and Legal Assistant Emily J. Mendez are NOT well experienced legal professionals.
DO NOT TRUST them.
My recent experience with them was horrific. The State Bar of Nevada will receive a detailed complaint for negligence and malpractice of my treatment and my settlement. I will be filing a TORT claim as I have retained an attorney in Nevada and they agree this Law Firm has committed negligence and malpractice.
Inexperienced and misleading, DO NOT trust this Law Office.
Other reviews are only good because they will ask you for a good review after they inform you of the settlement check you will be receiving. This is manipulative as if you were to give a child a candy and ask them for a hug afterwards.
