My wife and I are both 74 years old, and we felt it was time to set up the proper estate planning accurately describe our final wishes and also avoid paying any unnecessary taxes when our assets are passed on to our beneficiaries or heirs. The Law Offices of Frye, Fortich and Garcia handled all of these matters for us. We had the good fortune to get the proper legal advice and documentation from Austin Frye and Lauren Garcia. They took all the time we needed to clearly our goals as a couple and individually. Not once did we feel that any question we had was too basic and unimportant. The entire experience was very professional and quite comfortable given the subject matter. We even had some good laughs along the way. I’m Lou and my father passed away and left me his estate that had a 50 percent share of the property he owned with his girlfriend for 30 years.
I was lost and Gus and Austin was my father’s attorney’s that I also inherited.
I dealt mostly with Gus , who is a true professional and is always prompt returning calls and emails.
Gus also helped with me purchasing an additional percentage of the property.
I’d recommend Gus , Laura and Austin to anyone looking for attorneys that will always have your best interest.

My experience with Frye, Fortich & Garcia has been a very positive experience.
My husband and I did our trusts, but unfortunately, he passed away before we were able to implement changes. Ms. Garcia outlined everything that needed to be done for the estate. She guided me in the necessary paperwork and completed all the necessary court papers. In the process, Ms. Garcia also caught a big mistake the courts made by appointing the wrong executor. This was promptly corrected. I was advised of all the steps taken throughout these proceedings and told of all papers needed. If I did not have them, I was always provided with help. My questions were promptly and kindly answered.
My experience has been very positive all the way through. Everyone in the office is courteous and prompt.

I came across Leonard Mondschein's name a few times over the years assuming that one day my parents might be in need of one. Oddly I kept his name in different places and when the time came which was about 6 months ago, I went on the internet to look for an elder lawyer. After finding him I gave the info to my mom and later found his name on little pieces of paper I had saved. It was true Kismet!
He has helped my mom with my step-dad's needs and now he is helping my dad with my step-mom's needs. Who knew his services would be required twice in 6 months.
I have been a part of the process with the first parent and it went quite smoothly. My mom is thrilled with his services as am I. Now it's time for dad, and I expect it will be a bit more challenging as his circumstances are a bit different, but all the same I'm certain that Leonard will be do a fantastic job with all matters at hand.
Leonard is understanding about the elderly in general and willing to incorporate family members into the conversation to assist the one needing the help. If you're an adult child helping a parent, don't be afraid to jump in and ask questions. Leonard will gladly offer his advice and encourage your participation in the entire process if and when needed. That is something I am very appreciative of.

Alejandro Vera is a great Estate Lawyer and Bilingual. I was looking for a Spanish speaking lawyer as my mother only speaks Spanish. After speaking to Alejandro over the phone I hired him. Alejandro has a true passion for his job. Compassion for his clients. When me and my mother went to his office he immediately asked my mother what was her first language. He spoke to my mother in Spanish and answered all my mother's questions. Alejandro has great communication skills and a willingness to listen. I only met with Mr. Meyer once for a consultation whether I needed to file bankruptcy or not due to two foreclosures ocurred the end of 2012. After reviewing my W2 and the form the two mortgage companies sent IRS reporting abandonment of the property, market value and county assessment, he recommended no need of filing chapter 7, and offered to do my taxes at $500.00. I thought it was a bit pricey.

Mr. Shawn Hairston helped me to resolve a monetary issue regarding a property I moved away from. The issue was fraught not only with emotional turmoil, because I had to leave my home unexpectedly, but also involved a decent some of money, and my having to deal with a person I did not have any sort of positive relationship with (the property manager). Mr. Hairston knew about and was respectful of the tragic circumstances I was in, and I very much appreciated that. Further, he listened to my needs and helped me to recover the money I was rightly owed. As soon as Shawn came on board, the issue, which had been dragging on before, was resolved promptly.

Please follow three rules for justice: 1: Stop talking because he will talk for you. Say nothing. 2: Do what he tells you to do when he tells you to do it. 3: Let the music play. Everything happened in the order he said it would and my defendant lost miserably, but if only that defendant knew that itwas potentially federal. I saw a gleam go across Mr. Hollander’s eye and they lost. All lawyers must pass the bar but this one raises it. Only one critique though: get him a real estate license because he puts everyone in their place.

It is because of this man right here that today I have the handle and not the blade. My defendant sent me to the gallows but Mr. Hollander destroyed them. My defendant lost miserably and owes me money today. It is my observation that Mr. Hollander is thoroughly familiar with the legal system and the judges are familiar with him. This lawyer changed the course of my life and I am tremendously grateful to him. My personal downfall was a moving target where the universe was laughing at me but it was no match for Mr. Frank Hollander. He is a pit bull clawing at the ground for justice and be warned he does not like bullies. My defendant mocked me and laughed out loud when I talked but Mr. Hollander shut him down. One could never be sure but it later caused the downfall of a corrupt organization that imploded. When anyone is asking me to do business, I have several checkpoints and one is my God given intuition. But when it comes to the letter of the law, it is this man right here Mr. Frank Hollander. He and my gut intuition are on point and work together. I find it interesting that Frank has the same name as Frank Sinatra and St. Francis, the Patron Saint of Lost Causes for a reason. Opponents reading this be forewarned because he will shut it down. Thank you forever, Mr. Hollander.
