I filed chapter 7 with Howard Warner back in October. He did everything right and made sure there was no margin for error. Just make sure u have all the required paperwork in order before you file. He does the rest. He has years of experience which I liked. I don’t think I would have gotten the results I’ve gotten if I went with someone else. If you plan on filing a chapter 7 def go with him.

I called the office of Attorney Anthony Ballato after searching for some who deals with knowledge of the Lemon law. Mr Ballato was extremely helpful, and personable. He spoke to me giving me his time and showing compassion.
He explained that due to the car being purchased out of state he would recommend an attorney in the state where the vehicle was purchased. He just happened to know an attorney in that state I mentioned then.. he sent a text message ahead while still on the phone with me sharing with this attorney my dilemma. I was amazed because many would and have said “sorry but I can’t help you” that’s out of my jurisdiction. Not Mr Ballato he wen the extra mile and I am so very grateful to him. I did speak with the recommended attorney. I highly recommend this law practice to anyone seeking an attorney in this area of need although his office also covers many other types of cases. I bought a Harley Davidson motorcycle that sadly turned out to be a lemon. Initially, I decided to handle the process of filing a lemon law claim on my own. However, once I received a response from Harley's attorneys, I quickly realized that I was in over my head. I found Anthony Ballato's firm through an online search. Despite my hearing being scheduled just a few weeks away, Anthony graciously agreed to review my case. After our discussion, it became evident that I would greatly benefit from his experience and expertise. I hired Anthony and it didn't take long for Harley to become more cooperative. Eventually, we reached a settlement that left me very satisfied. Next time I will save myself a considerable amount of time and frustration and go to Anthony first.

Linda personally shepherded us, over a period of several months through the process of setting up a trust that included in-state and out-of-state property. She helped us solve co-op issues as well. Throughout, she provided a firm guiding hand, kept moving us along--it is hard to think about "after I'm/we're gone"--to achieve goals we had set together in our initial meeting. She was thorough, made sure all the "i's" were dotted, "t's crossed. In meetings, she made excellent use of every minute, covered everything. She kept in touch regularly, was available to answer questions especially by email, and just did an all-round topnotch job. Her advice was timely, consistent, and accurate. And her fees are reasonable, especially given that she herself oversees all the work and keeps in contact with you personally.

A friend recommended Frank to my husband and me for an IRS tax audit that was not going well and was previously being handled by our accountant. Frank was able to reduce our liability to 1/3 of the assessment and was successful in obtaining a waiver of the penalties. I wanted to set up an estate plan, and Zvi was very helpful in the process. He explained what assets required a will, and which worked best in a trust. I was able to set up my affairs in a way that I can manage myself for now, and I know that once I am unable to care for myself, or go entirely, my family will understand my wishes. I think what made Zvi such a great attorney was that he took the time to understand what I wanted, and then explained to me how I could get there.
