We recently moved to St. Pete and were in need of a good, professional and inclusive attorney to completely rewrite all of our legal documents. Kira Doyle and her great staff were all and more than we had hoped. The documents were thorough and covered all the mandates for the State of Florida.
They were completely welcoming to my wife and me. Kira Doyle and her staff treated us "just like every other couple," respectfully and graciously. As we come from a different state where this is NOT often the case, this environment was a relief.
Additionally, the documents and the process by which they are written, approved and finalized was professional and efficient. Kira and her staff were easily available to answer our questions and sent updates and their own questions frequently.

My husband and I have experienced the sad reality of loved ones passing away. Mr. Winer has handled trust and estate issues for my parents, and for my husband and myself. He has drawn up our wills and other legal documents. When my husband died suddenly he assisted me every step of the way, including probate, transferring copyrights and royalties, and more. Mr. Winer was responsive to my every need, getting back to me quickly whenever I had a question or concern. I honestly do not know how I would have gotten through that difficult period without him. I am so grateful to Deeb Elder Law. My mother had always been a very independent (read stubborn) lady until COVID 19. She was so ill and was hospitalized several times, but amazingly recovered. Still it took so much away from her mental and physical capacity. It also required her to move to a long-term care facility.
I live in another state (Michigan) and dealing with all my mother’s needs was a logistical and emotional nightmare. Ms. Terrana is professional, knowedgeable, courteous and kind. She overcame two obstacles for me. One - my brother, the elder person I am caring for, and I live in two different states. Two - he was in need of a new living situation and was extemely difficult to work with. Initially, I spoke with Ms. Terrana by phone about preparing a POA and will for him. We hired Bill after interviewing 4 attorneys in town. We found Bill to be the most competent, compassionate, understanding and efficient. In addition to being an excellent estate counsel, he's also an excellent accountant and this combination is crucial for proper estate counsel. He's very accessible, anticipates issues before they arise. It was a complicated estate which he guided us through with ease. My siblings, myself and - above all, my mom - are very fortunate to have found Bill McQueen. Though attorneys are, in my mind, one of those professionals one wants direct word-of-mouth referral to, Bill was referred to me through quite a circuitous route; and I could not have been sent to anyone better. My family needed to re-do virtually all of my mother's legal documents, do substantial work on her finances, and apply for VA A&A, as my mother's health declined, and we had to move her into assisted living. Not only did Bill do an absolutely amazing job with all of this with incredible expertise and efficiency, he also was extremely responsive at every (and I mean EVERY) turn. Not a question, need, suddenly-pressing deadline, or otherwise came up that Bill did not jump on it - and with remarkable thoroughness. Bill has known what to do, how to do it, and where nuances have been necessary in each and every step of this 18-month journey. I feel so much more comfortable with my mother's legal documents and legal work overall, and - beyond that - following all the time and effort Bill and I put into applying for VA A&A for my mom, the benefits were awarded - saving my family more than $12,000 a year in paying for my mom's care. Finally - When one is the midst of doing all he can to help an aging parent in failing health, compassion and concern certainly help. And Bill certainly has quite a bit of both. I needed a special attorney to handle a complex case involving probate, guardianship, sale of realestate, income tax and asset management. I literally searched google, asked family and friends for an attorney that could take care of all these matters for me and all roads led to lee. It took 2 years to resolve each and every issue but at the end of it all ... I prayed and thanked God I found him. He will always be strait with you, work hard to resolve an issue. He is very reasonably priced which surprised me because I had dealt with attorneys half his ability and paid much more. My best advice to any one reading this review to do your self a favor and give him a call. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain.

Megan Greene assisted me with my mother's estate after she passed away unexpectedly.
And amidst an already very somber situation, nothing was in order, nothing was prepared with regards to a will, and in order order to gather all of the necessary information, I found myself playing detective.
However, in all of the chaos, step by step, as more information was recovered, Megan managed to wrap up my mother's probate estate as quickly as she could (staying within the boundaries of the law) and rather neatly to add.
Communication was very important to me as well as I currently live abroad and Megan proved to be very quick, thorough, and patient with every response (as was her staff).
So, with no more loose ends, thanks to Megan, I can finally begin putting this dark chapter of my life to rest.
With all of that being said, I absolutely recommend Megan and the entire Greene & Greene firm/staff.

I hired Gregory to reopen a 16 year old probate case, as an error needed to be corrected through the court and the attorney who originally handled the probate is deceased. I was under an extremely tight deadline and was very stressed about the situation. Gregory quickly met with me, calmed me down, and assured me he could have the error resolved by month end. My mom has been nagging my sister and I to help her create a living will for years now. She was just diagnosed with lung cancer in September and really urged us to help her set up a will. We tried using an online will template our mom bought a code for years ago. My sis and I are both college graduates. My sister has a finance and accounting degree while I have a degree in biology, and since legal terminology in wills needs to be laid out in a very specific manner to be valid and convey meaning to the courts, our confusion on how to fill out the template wasn't working. So, we began researching estate planning attorneys, and I happened across Singleton Law on Google Maps. After reading Amanda Singleton's story on the Singleton Law website, I figured since she went through a similar situation with her mom that she'd be extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic. She was exactly that!
Amanda made everything so easy and straight forward from our initial contact on the phone, scheduling a consultation, to the first consultation, and follow-up meeting. My mom was going through radiation at the time (currently going strong through 4 chemo treatments), and Amanda was kind enough to squeeze my Mom in a different day when a biopsy threw off our planned meeting time. Amanda provided my Mom, sister, and I with so many helpful resources for the tough times through cancer treatment and caregiving, and she created a will to my Mom's liking that will hold up in court and make the probate process easy should the time arise. God willing that day is a long way off.
Taking care of my Mom and setting up/going to all of her medical appointments has been a full time job, leaving us exhausted. So, Amanda having made the estate planning process a breeze was a godsend. I can't say enough great things about Singleton Law and Amanda's expertise. I would absolutely recommend them if you need help with estate planning.

Rohom possesses knowledge, a high EQ, and a drive towards outcomes... combine that with ethics and integrity and you have the perfect attorney - and dare I say a priceless one.
We were able to come to resolutions probably faster than some others in my situation, because of Rohom's ability to work well and sensibly with all parties (it certainly helped that all parties were genuinely interested in reaching a resolution).
He and April are responsive and their availability matches the urgency. That my situation wasn't urgent at all and we still managed to get things resolved in a short period of time is a blessing.
Rohom is a treasure - and for that I would be judicious in my recommendations as he deserves to work with mature, fair, and reasonable clients.

Cut me off while trying to convey what and why I felt my suit was valid. I truly mean with in 10 words of speaking he began talking over my talking, and I MEAN talked OVER me. Normally when someone does that I let them speak...after a few times I decided to keep talking. Yup, he kept talking over me. I had to refresh his interest with each phone call. Felt no genuine respect for me as a client, felt his admin was patronizing towards us.
He IS a gentlemanly attorney, but if you NEED a tough litigator, not sure he is the one. IF someone needs an attorney to obtain what they are entitled to by law by a simple request, then the suit is valid...the opposition refused and so I needed an attorney. Yet I had to keep reminding Mr. Miller WHY I felt Opposing was not at all trustworthy...At the end of the suit, Mr. Miller dared to defend the opposing counsel to me....I spent over $6k to obtain what should have been provided freely and with out any problems, and yet the opposing counsel isn't a bad egg? Seriously? He really just did not respect this client or suit.
