Folks, Michelangelo is the real deal. I wrote a review a few months ago on behalf of his staff when my father-in-law was in need of Medicaid services, but had not had the pleasure of speaking with the man himself until this morning. What a down-to-earth, caring and honest guy! He and his staff helped us through the maze of Medicaid approval and we were headed down the path for VA approval before my father-in-law unexpectedly passed away. Hiring a lawyer to work on your estate planning is a extremely delicate matter, there are many decisions that need to be made when you are setting up a estate planning and trust. We met with Robert to talk about updating our estate trust a few months back after interviewing other lawyers. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and had many additional ideas that would work well with our trust, we hired him. Mr. Walton Was a referred to me by another attorney. My parents died close together and they had some loose ends. Mr. Walton did a professional job and dealt with several siblings that were extremely difficult. As a law enforcement officer of 32 plus years I would highly recommend this attorney. Mr. Walton was a class act to the end of this estate. Advice I have is to have an attorney like Mr. Walton help plan before the passing of a person in professional legal binding way. My siblings threaten to write bad reviews about Mr. Walton but it is without merit. Mr. Walton's advice was second to none dealing with difficult siblings. This told me he could handle any estate. Mr Walton was hired to manage a very complicated probate case involving my grandfather. He worked diligently to stay on top of things and always kept me informed. Mr Walton was required to not only work with the courts but the attorneys for others involved in the case. The end result was two homes being sold and proceeds dispersed to all stakeholders. At the end of my case I felt I was losing a family member because he became like family. I had another situation to deal with in South Carolina, Mr. Walton put me in touch with another wonderful attorney who also helped me. I will really miss working with Mr. Walton.

I had significant assets and was in a very contested divorce. I needed a new lawyer because my first lawyer was not aggressive enough to get me through the divorce. I reviewed the case with Angelina Whittington. She took the case and did what it took to get me exactly the deal that I wanted. She even got my ex wife's lawyer to withdraw from the case over a technicality. She was brilliant. The judge had nothing but praise for her and the way she handled my case. I was out of the marriage in under a year with the assets I wanted to keep still in my name. She did everything right. She billed me monthly. She spent a lot of time on the case, but it required a lot of time and I never got a shocking bill. Her rates were fair. I would recommend her to anyone who has a family matter and wants a great lawyer at a reasonable rate. She got the job done when my last lawyer said there was no way I would ever get everything I was asking for.

I hired Angelina Whittington to handle a very complicated probate case. I was appointed Personal Representative for my father's estate. My father had real estate in the US and in Canada which she identified and sold for the estate. Angelina Whittington found bank accounts in Switzerland and Lithuania in my father's name. She quickly had the money transferred from the Swiss Account into the probate account. However, the Lithuanian Bank refused to release the funds, so Angelina got all the required paperwork in order, flew to Lithuania and in three days time got the Lithuanian Bank to release all the money to the probate estate. She coordinated the case with my five brothers and sisters located throughout the United States and did a remarkable job keeping everyone happy and getting the estate closed and the monies distributed. I give her my very highest recommendation for probate matters. She went above and beyond the call of duty on this one and her fee was very reasonable given the work involved on this case.

Our Corporate Attorney, Angelina Whittington, asked me, as CEO of a 40 year old publicly traded company, to write a review of her services, here, over the last 15 years. In one word, she is excellent. I have worked closely with Attorney Whittington since 1999 through three different corporations. She had provided general corporate advice on a wide array of matters, from employment claims to mergers and acquisitions. In January we went to Sarah for help in applying for Medicaid for our father who is in a nursing home. Sarah helped up with information on how to navigate the cumbersome task of gathering all the documents necessary for Medicaid approval. Sarah answered all our questions via e-mail or phone in a timely manner. Our father was approved for Medicaid one month later. We were happy to hear that Dad had been approved so quickly. We believe that Sarah's attention to detail and her accurate responses to our questions helped us complete the process so quickly. I live out of state, but due to a contentious contract litigation case I needed a local attorney who I knew would represent me just the same as if I lived in the area. Although I strive to be a self-sufficient person, there comes a point where hiring a professional is the smart thing to do, especially with legal matters. Well, I reached that point; I needed a lawyer.
Ron Denman produced quick results. It was clear that he knew this particular aspect of the law fluently. He developed a sound, assertive legal strategy and communicated it to me in a way that made sense to me. As events unfolded, he adapted our strategy to suit new circumstances which increased our plan's effectiveness. In the end, the strategy had worked- I walked away achieving the ideal outcome.
Another thing that was notable to me: he approached my situation as if he was representing himself. When it comes down to it, it was one of the main reasons that I hired him. I had met with plenty of lawyers, and they all had the right qualifications and plenty of experience. But, I left my initial meeting with Ron feeling that I could trust him to get the job done. That's a big deal. I was obviously looking for someone who was qualified and capable, but what I really wanted was someone who was going to stand up for me and be there every step of the way. There were an incredible amount of stressors throughout the duration of the case, and it made all the difference feeling like the situation was being taken care of.
Since the resolution of my situation, I have thankfully not needed legal representation, but I can say that if I did, I would definitely work with Ron again. Thanks Ron!

John reviewed all my landlord tenant dispute document (lease, county inspection, email and text correspondence, my narrative of the sequence of event) and gave me honest opinion that I'm at fault, advised me to settle with the tenants. It was a very emotional, frightening experience that really clouded my judgement. His honest opinion forced me to face the reality and make the right concession. I hired Mike to represent myself and my siblings when our fathers second wife looted a trust fund after our father's death. While I very much wanted to recover the trust money, I did not want to spend a lot of time and money to get a judgment against her only to be unable to collect, or to spend more time and money on collection. I explained this to Mike the first time we talked on the phone, and throughout our almost 2 year journey together he never forgot it. All of his actions were geared toward recovery, not a useless moral victory. In the end we did prevail and recovered all our money and had our legal expenses reimbursed. The second wife's attorney had an excellent reputation, so victory was not easy or a foregone conclusion, yet Mike was able to counter them at every turn.
I can't say enough good about Mike, and I recommend him without reservation. I should add that I live in Colorado, so I never met Mike in person. We conducted all of our business via phone and email, and he was always very responsive when I would reach out to him.

First and foremost I want to say Mr. Wardell went above and beyond for me. Dec 17th 2021 I was arrested for a charge which Carries a 15yr minimum mandatory along with a few other things. I contacted Mr.Wardell who unlike all the other attorneys I contacted asked me to come into his office and speak with him in person instead of over the phone! We met and spoke and found a number of discrepancies we formulated a game plan and he was hired. Fast forward to Oct 2022 we filed a motion to suppress the courts kept postponing we finally had a hearing Feb 2023 and had a chance to argue our arguments! When I say this man fought tooth and nail in that hearing he fought tooth and nail!! Now let’s fast forward to April 5th 2023 we finally got a ruling! MOTION GRANTED!! All evidence suppressed they violated my 4th amendment rights! Mr. Wardell answered the phone anytime I called always answered my questions and concerns! Was referred by another vet but for some reason I was refused as a client and never given a reason why then received a letter from the VA with this firm identified as my attorney and when I contacted them they were extremely avoiding and sent me out a nice nasty letter stating that they didn't represent me as they had told me previously but nothing about how the VA got them on my case as the attorney representative on file.
