When we decided to build a trust, my husband did a search online and found Law Offices of Stefanie West, Inc. I was a little hesitant about this since we usually go through referrals, but after our first meeting with her we knew she was the one.
Stefanie is very thorough and walked us through all of the paperwork step-by-step. She also gave us examples of how a situation may or may not play out when we were unsure. Are you consistently putting off the daunting task of making your trust? So did I, for years, YEARS, because I didn't even know where to begin. I didn't want to meet with a stuffy lawyer who I couldn't connect with, I didn't want to be faced with big legal jargon I didn't understand. I needed someone who would lay it all out for me in simple terms, answer my incessant questions, and be there every step of the way, which is EXACTLY what I have found in Stefanie.
Stefanie is organized, communicative, accommodating, caring and has very clear cut instructions on how to successfully set up your trust. She is with you every step of the way and is someone you can call on as life changes. In November of 2023, my brother passed away. It was the saddest time for my family. We were overwhelmed with grief. My brother did not have a will. We knew we needed legal assistance in sorting out my brother’s estate. In the summer of 2025, I took a chance and emailed the Talbot Law Group and briefly described our situation. I was not expecting an immediate response but Elizabeth Talbot from the firm promptly responded to my inquiry. I had a very pleasant conversation with Elizabeth. She spoke to one of the Partners at the firm on our behalf. Our case was assigned to Emily Nashban. My sister and I met with Emily virtually. Emily understood our situation, explained all the options available to us, answered all our questions and at the same time kept our expectations real. Once Emily took over our case, she meticulously managed all the necessary documents, handled the arrangements with the Probate Referee and all communications with the court, providing us timely updates along the way. She was completely transparent, which was especially important to me.

Filing Bankruptcy with Attorney Michael Primus is as as smooth as it can get I originally filed with another firm and 18 months later nothing was resolved. I fiired them and hired Michael Primus in October 2024 and by February 18 2025 my bankruptcy is complete. Mr Primus is very very professional and personable. Elliott established a non-revocable trust for me prior to my marriage. It was tricky, since I'll be recieving funds from my mother's trust when she dies. Elliott guided me in the process of deciding which beneficiaries to declare and how to divide the trust's assets and income. He was quite willing to include language I originated in that regard. He handled all the notifications to the various title companies and financial institutions I deal with, so that the trust formally owns or is beneficiary to my assets.
Elliott charged very a competitive rate. Also, he worked in a timely fashion, seeing me within a week of my initial inquiry, and the whole business was complete within a month.
I am relieved to have provided for my wife and heirs with so little trouble. I would recommend Elliott to anyone in his immediate area for estate planning.

Mr. Feldman came recommended from a friend while I dealt with my sister's estate probate. I was in a tough situation, not only my sister's probate was extra complicated but the lawyer I had was very unprofessional and uncommunicative. I talked to Mr. Feldman and was impressed with his knowledge and experiences. He assured me that he can take over the case and I would not need to worry about dealing with my ex-lawyer.
Fast forward 4+ yrs and the case was just closed this month. What a load off my shoulder! Aaron not only guided me through everything but solved quite a few difficult obstacles along the way. He is not only very knowledgable on the estate law but also quite good at what he does. He gave real advice even though at time it was not what I wanted to hear and proved to be the right one. I was really impressed with how Aaron dealt with problems with patient and attention to details. Aaron took care of everything as he promised and got the probate closed as the expected date with no delay. I would highly recommend his firm.

We hired Mr. Feldman to review a contract and make edits and recommendation for proceeding. It took him almost 2 months to complete a few changes to a 2 page agreement. He would not answer questions, return calls, and was unavailable or busy most of the time. In his communication to us he stated the obvious and charged us for it or gave us conflicting advice. The first draft of the agreement was flawed and incomplete. Then when we pointed out our concerns he withdrew and did not complete the work. He has not returned our calls even though we asked for an opportunity to get back on track and make it work. He left us in a very bad position with months of wasted time. I would not trust Mr. Feldman or recommend him.

After reading such glowing reviews we engaged Silverman’s firm. They sounded great on our initial call. It shouldn’t became a parent that their timeline was their timeline and my impression was, since fees are court mandated, they were not going out of their way if something different was required. We found members of their staff to be arrogant and haughty. We were told it would take weeks and even months before appointments and items could be addressed. After terminating our relationship and engaging our new lawyer within days we had necessary appointments and issues had been resolved. The impression we had was Silverman’s firm only wanted to do the bare minimum And anything extra we felt like we were demanding or that they were being put upon. They knew our circumstances from the beginning and they were not that extraordinary in our opinion and when we engage. Bottom line, in my opinion, I would not recommend them for anything other than a very , bread and butter probate and would not expect the best or fastest service Without a certain amount of attitude to accompany it!
