Lewis & Feldman, LLC, is incredible! Mr. Jon Lewis, took my case, and treated me like I was his only client and as though my case was personal to him. I truly felt cared for. Two other attorneys rejected my case... they said it wouldn't be worth the time and trouble. But Mr. Lewis, never gave up on me!
I was never inconvenienced to come in to the office over and over again. He handled so many of my questions and problems through email, and not once acted like I was too much for him. He answered emails and questions very quickly, even at night and on weekends! He made certain that all of my questions were answered, and that the answers were understandable and clear.
He also went to great lengths to explain the system, and what to expect next. He handled all of the communication between me and the other party, so I never had to feel intimidated or worried about them.
My case ended in a way that was very satisfactory to me and left me feeling like I mattered and that my issue was of great importance.
I will recommend Mr. Lewis, and Lewis and Feldman LLC, to anyone I know that is looking for an attorney!! He is the best, hands down!

Danny Feldman helped me navigate and avoid some early pitfalls dealing with two insurance companies regarding Underinsured Motorist (UIM) and Bodily Injury (BI) insurance. I suffered a pretty tragic injury, and with less than a clear head, I was trying to deal with these companies. My own insurance company lied to me about how UIM works and the amount of money available.
Danny took the time and communicated with me about the process and came to a better than expected settlement between the two automotive insurance companies and my personal health insurance - who had footed the bill for my care.
I highly recommend this firm if you find yourself in need of representation. For my case, I had nothing out of pocket.

Mr. Howie took on my on the job injury case in july 1999 and he never stopped working for me. I was in a very bad accident on the job, no fault of my own. I suffered neck injuries, hip, knee and a severe concussion. I couldn't remember my name or where I was at times let alone try to fight for my rights. I didn't know where to turn, I felt so alone and lost. I injured my shoulder and neck on the job over 3 years ago and naturally the Workmen comp adjuster was doing there absolute best to drop my claim. I was injured in a wreck several years ago. I wanted to settle the case for a few thousand dollars. My mother told me to talk with Ken Guin. He had successfully represented her in a Social Security case. I was still hurting from the wreck. Ken told me my job was to get well as possible and his job was to look out for my legal rights. When it was all said and done Ken settled the case for the insurance limits - $100,000! He is patient, kind and knows his stuff.

I first noticed this firm from community events that I was a part of. Mr. Irwin always seemed to be right in the middle of them and really appeared to be trying to help people. In 2015 I was involved in a horrible auto accident that left me paralyzed from the waste down. I was very distraught and needed more than an attorney. Mr. Irwin was everything I needed personally and professionally. He was available to me 24/7 to answer my questions and I was floored by how much time he put into my case. In the end I was able to get a settlement that should help me adjust to what has become the new normal for how I live. Mr. Irwin is my attorney but he is more then that. I can never repay him for what he did for me. I would recommend Cherry & Irwin to anyone that wants the best and wants to be treated like they matter.

I was involved in an accident that was not my fault. Unfortunately the officer who completed the accident report said he could not determine who was at fault because there were no witnesses available and the other driver told a conflicting story to what I was telling.
