This attorney was recommended to me by another attorney who had a full case load and couldn’t handle my case. I had already went through 2 other attorneys that had done absolutely nothing on my case. I knew George was different as soon as we spoke on the phone. He took my case and immediately went to work he was on top of the insurance company head from Day 1. George kept me informed every step of the way he even gave me his personal cell number to call him anytime and he always return my calls. His assistant Alyssa is also Great she kept me from going over the edge a many times because of the crap that the insurance company was trying to pull. George kept in contact with all my Doctors and knew the in and out of my medical conditions which were numerous. Most of you all are probably just like me and don’t trust attorneys i have only had to use a attorney 3 times in my life and im almost 60 years old now so trust and believe me when i tell you that this worker’s compensation attorney is very good at what he do and he has a Great staff that helps him run things. Brian doesn't talk with his clients and they lie. Run from this place. He set hears with out talking to me and I didn't find out from them I found out the the ICA. He got mad when I asked him to keep me informed about my case and that he was not doing that. Then got mad and didn't send me all of my file when I requested it, when I said I was filing a bar Complaint.

What a HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT use this lawyer. Not only did he stop fighting for me after he was retained and getting a portion of my checks, but he switched me to a different lawyer in the middle of my case. They did not tell me when the hearings were so I couldn’t even be apart of my own case (after I told them I wanted to). Then when my new lawyer quit the firm, I was put back with the Mr. Weekly and not even told about it. I received an email a few days later saying I lost the case (I am an injured front line Covid nurse who’s now unable to work). When I asked to appeal the decision, my lawyer withdrew as my attorney. He promised to fight for me. Initially he said, "as a nurse you take care of everyone else, now let me take care of you." He did not even try. He got his money, hook, line, and sinker, and went on his way. Very unprofessional, heartless, non caring, & disorganized. Please, please find better representation!

She just seems like she’s happy to hear from me even though I know she’s busy and I’m probably interrupting 100 things that she has to do. They know the Law and did everything to stand up for me in my Workers Comp claim and Social Security Disability cases.
Excellent support staff from top to bottom, Deligent, Honest and Overall excellent communication with all Staff.
When the Adjuster fought us on specific things like not Authorizing more Physical Therapy for my Workers comp claim they Immediatly submitted a request for a hearing on the matter to the Industrial Commision of Arizona and was approved and resolved in my favor without a hearing.
They will stand up for your rights in all and any circumstances and truly are sensitive to your needs and fight for a positive outcome for you.

I found Janell online about 2 years ago. When I made my first call, she was so helpful in explaining things to me, and how it works for a work comp. Issue. She informed me I didn't need her service at the time but to keep in touch. Thru the first year she would give me helpful advice. When I called her about a year ago, she replied, now you need me. So I hired her right then, the whole process then was so much less painful than I ever thought it would be. So when you might think bad things about a lawyer....it doesn't apply to Janell.

I hired Mr. Schiffman and his law firm to help me get the benefits that I was awarded, but the insurance company/carrier was dragging their feet on paying out.
That was until Mr. Schiffman and his entire, experienced, patient, and fast working staff got involved.

I have been receiving services from Snow Carpio & Weekly since July of 2015 and it has been smooth sailing since then. My lawyer Nicholas Wearne is always in contact with my doctor, my workers compensation adjuster and sends me updated information every 2 weeks. I have found that since choosing this firm to take over my case the stresses of dealing with workers compensation on my own have gone away, my mediation is mailed directly to my front door and my paychecks are always on time. She explained the fees which I thought were more than reasonable. All through the process I was kept informed by the staff in her office.
