Initially, I started handling my worker's compensation case myself. Although I have almost two decades of case management in my professional background, this case was too close and personal and quite frankly, too exhausting to handle on my own. After loads of legal paperwork, as well as, the frustration of not receiving the appropriate rehabilitative care, I gave up trying to handle the case myself.
I found Susan in an online Internet search. What made me want to hire her was that she indicated she was ethical, had many years of experience in Worker's Compensation cases and has served as a Pro-tem Judge for Worker's Compensation cases. As soon as Susan took over my case, she proved to be the lighthouse in the storm. Her professionalism, direction and calm demeanor allowed me to trust and let go of handling the case and concentrate on getting better. She also fought for all the benefits I was entitled to receive.
My case recently settled, thanks to Susan. Looking back in hind-sight, I realize there were so many legal aspects to handling timelines and tons of paperwork in a Worker's Compensation case, that it really puts an injured worker at a disadvantage, when they are already at a disadvantage after being injured. The help of a caring, professional attorney on my side made a world of difference in my case. George Roland is by far, the absolute best lawyer that I have ever dealt with! I was referred to him by my ex and he highly recommended him to me after I had another attorney, that by the way was the worst lawyer I had to assist me. During my case, my father passed away and he rapidly followed thru to get an advance for me, and I was able to pay for the burial!! I care about him like family!!
He has a firm attitude, yet he never behaved superior to me. He works very hard for his clients! He makes me feel as if I'm his only client, and he has many!!! He makes sure that I'm updated on any changes in my case,
And he has always been at court with me and gave me an synopsis on what could happen!!!

Mr Hinden handled my Workers Comp toxic exposure case, which we both knew was going to be difficult. It had already been essentially abandoned by another attorney, and I was feeling pretty uneasy about my chances of getting a decent settlement. This is A notice , that if this firm continues to be dishonest , representatives im my case, I will be addressing my concerns with the State Bar. Intimidation has been used to try to discourage me to tolerate lack of representation towards my case. I’ve been questioned regarding statements that the opposing party has made after this firm contacted the opposing party. I’ve been told at least five times that this case was being filed with the court in the jurisdiction of my claim. I have yet to see any proof or case number in relation to this matter. My intelligence has been continuously insulted which has prompted this email. The doctors that work with this firm are also questionable. I’ve seen the Social Media accounts for this firm quoting that clients should be honest with the firm . While the firm follows a”do as I say and not as I do “ behavior. And in my opinion has poor work ethic. I have been respectful in this matter and patient. I don’t feel that I am being properly represented. I was told that A private investigator was hired and that I would be contacted , that it took 2 weeks to obtain insurance information from the Landlord who refused to provide her insurance. It’s been well over that time frame. I was told that the firm was providing payments upfront for filing and obtaining information. Although that maybe true this service is not free of charge. This is where intimidation and manipulation came into place regarding the percentage of my settlement. At this time I do not view this firm as trustworthy. I have kept my public opinion to myself, out of decency and respect. I don’t feel that anyone should be taken advantage of , because of lack of knowledge or different profession. Being rude , because a client is unwilling to accept anything said without proof is unprofessional is wrong ethically and morally. In my opinion it’s a manipulation tactic. I don’t appreciate the treatment I’ve been receiving, or the dishonesty. After I emailed this to the firm , I was accused of being disrespectful, which I now way was disrespectful . I expressed my true feelings regarding my experience and of course they terminated representation after this, to cover up their lies. I stand by what I said !
