I hired a Balke named Williams. He was ok at first getting back to me with updates; then went behind my back with employers atty for a "monthly payment" instead of lump sum. Payments went to Balke's office and, only 30 miles away, TAKE 20+ DAYS TO GET HERE ! Got Balke involved, who emailed me that "money orders from employer have to clear !!??" Curr X's I called all said, "NO CLEARING/WAIT TIME NEEDED...MONEY ORDER IS CASH !" I asked Balke why postmark on HIS OFFICE ENVELOPE WAS 20+ days after employer sent money order...zero response...he was caught lying...never recommend.

Brad just finished our lawsuit after over 3 years, and I am very happy with the outcome. Brad was very on top of things during the entire case, and always keep me posted on the status of the case. It took some time, but ended up much better than I anticipated.
