Vic Reynolds helped me get out of a crazy mess I got myself into due to a temporary lack of impulse control in a road rage situation. He is a great attorney and I would recommend him to anyone in trouble. I really believe he did a great job defending me and I was extremely appreciative for the help during such a stressful time. He was able to prove that my accuser was lying to cash in when I produced a witness at a court appearance and the prosecutor backed down. I don't have a criminal record now and I was able to go on with my life after a scary brush with the law. I highly recommend working with Williams Teusink and cannot convey the gratitude I have for Karen Scott. She navigated a compliance issue with the city whose remedy far exceeded the code that was cited in the complaint. She worked with the code compliance officer to reach an equitable resolution. When work needed to be done that our neighbor didn't agree with she even went to our property to handle it in person. She was very responsible with the use of her time and consequently our money! When it was time to appear in court I walked in to a plea having been reached and approved and in minutes the case was closed without penalty. Our HOA's tax situation was a mess, a residual left to us from the developer. Twenty-five tax parcels, all with errors; incorrect appraisals, addresses and names. We owed tens of thousands of dollars in back taxes and liens. It was an overwhelmingly complex jumble. Attorney David Metzger and the WT team successfully negotiated with the county and the developer. Our appraisals were corrected and our tax bills were reduced from $31,000 to $31.00. I hired Attorney Glenn Stern to represent me back in November 2023. He was by far one of the most professional yet personable attorneys I have ever met. Attorney Glenn Stern offered the best defense. Hired for my husband, he allowed us to understand all possible outcomes and scenarios and which situation would work best for our case. I did a bankruptcy under Herman Tunsil. I'm sorry, but he did a poor job on my case. He seemed to be a nice person, but the service is what I'm reviewing. I started my case with him in Jan 2014. We did not complete my bankruptcy until May 2016. Is that not 2 years! He kept putting off meetings which I can understand sometimes, but for a bankruptcy to not be completed for 2 years is ridiculous. Fast forward and I'm thinking that everything was finalized in August 2015. I did my part with all the paperwork and submitted everything. The debt management course was completed also. I thought nothing else had to be done, but come to find out, his office had never forwarded the course certificate to the court office. I found this out in March because something in the back of my mind told me to check to see why I never got a confirmation from the court office. He responds to my e-mail saying they dropped the ball. At this point, I'm really upset because now this has pushed the discharge back several months and the court tells me we have to pay a late fee. I'm not paying it. So they ended up paying it and it was finalized in May 2016. I told my friend about doing a bankruptcy and the lawyer she got did it in 3 months. Go figure.
