Jon took on my case after I was already 1 1/2 years into my claim. Most of the funds in my case were already depleted. My case/injury was small in comparison to most other cases but that didn’t matter! I was always given the attention and effort that I needed. Any phone call that couldn’t be answered immediately, was always returned, even if Jon was done for the day and driving home. He never left me hanging. The staff was always professional and I wrapped up my claim feeling as satisfied as I could be considering the details of my claim. I would whole heartedly give my recommendation for Boesen Law!

I was hit by a drunk driver several months ago and had serious injuries. I wouldn't have thought of contacting a lawyer until both insurance companies, mine and other driver's, asked for recorded interviews with me. I didn't want to take a chance on saying something that would jeopardize my claim. A friend referred me to Mike Keating. He and his associate, Deidre Ostrowski, represented me throughout the process of settling my claim. I received more money than I could ever have expected. But that is only part of the story. In working through the process, I had to deal with two auto insurers, my health insurance company, two health care providers, the ambulance company, the towing company and Medicare. Amy, staff member with the firm, took care of the paperwork and kept me well informed throughout the process. She really had to educate me, since this was my first experience with such a claim. She was incredibly patient, always pleasant and very efficient. Overall, I felt that Mike and Deidre represented me very effectively, and I recommend them and the firm to anyone in a similar situation.

Mike was beyond amazing to work with. He is an incredible attorney and we got a favorable outcome on my case. From our first phone call he listened to me and was very sympathetic for my situation. I had spoke with several lawyers prior and they were not as kind or compassionate as he is.
This was my first time needing a lawyer. Mike helped make the entire process smooth and not intimidating. He is very good at his job and does it with ease. He is also very reasonably priced.

Charlie did a great job trying to defend my case. Although the DUI did not get dropped, he did get my careless driving dropped. DA was not budging on jail time. Danny stepped in at my last courtdate, and was able to get me IHD. On that, I was thankful. I feel I did get my $'s worth from this team. They really do try to get the best deal possible. I would say I would use them again. However I will not need their services in the future. As I will NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN. Colorado has become tougher through the years for DUI. The cost alone with everything involved is not worth admitting to having a few drinks and refusing Breathalyzer or Blood tests! If you are ever in this situation, call these guys. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. It is worth having this team of lawyers by your side through this process.

Cliff Eley has been my lawyer since 2005. I was injured on the job and did not want to get a lawyer. I wanted to handle it on my own but it got to where I needed a surgery that the insurance company denied. Cliff was able to get me the surgery and a great $ettlement. I could tell that his focus was more on my well-being than the money he could make. ... Mrs. Martinez-Tenreiro represented me due to Workman’s Compensation (W.C.) refusing to honor a Settlement Agreement from 2003. In that agreement W.C. was to pay for all medical bills as related to my work related injury until my death or until treatment was no longer required. I had followed all of the requirements related to me under that agreement. W.C. was refusing to pay for a replacement battery and/or new Neuro-Stimulator. W.C. had paid for two stimulator/battery replacements. W.C. attorneys and their pharmaceutical company were attempting to dictate to the treatment provider what medications I should be taking. The hearing was scheduled for April of 2017. I had been on name brand Neurontin since 2001. Whenever a new generic brand of Neurontin came on the market my medication was changed to the generic. I had complications with each time. W.C. was pressuring the doctor to retry the generic medications again. They were also trying to change my time released morphine tablet to a generic that would need be generic that would need to be taken throughout the day. Mrs. Martinez-Tenreiro immediately stopped the W.C. Attorneys from this ongoing situation. The medication was no longer an issue. Prior to the scheduled court hearing my Neuro-Stimulator Battery went completely dead. Due to the pain I was in my Pancreases failed to work. I had no history of diabetes. I ended up in the ICU with an A1C Level of 14. The scale goes to 10. My sugar level was 703. I was diagnosised with Type 1 Diabetes. The morning on the day my hearing was to occur I received a call from Mrs. Martinez-Tenreiro that W.C. had agreed to all of my requests. I had surgery for a new Nervo Stimulator and Battery three days later. Mrs. Martinez-Tenreiro is an incredible attorney who worked on my case late into the evenings and on weekends. She would call me to check on how I was doing and if I needed anything. Mrs. Martinez-Tenreiro truly cares about her clients. I have never met an attorney who would worked so hard to help someone. Thanks to the incredible work and dedication of Mrs. Tenreiro I’ am very proud to report that since having the Nervo Stimulator my Pancreases is now fully functional. I’m no longer on any Diabetic medication. Until recently I had been on some form of narcotic since April of 2001. I also very happy to report I no longer require any narcotics (Morphine). I thank God every day for Mrs. Martinez-Tenreiro, without her excellent expertize I would not have the results I have today. The Endocrinologist tells me each time I see him that I should not be here. People with the A1C and Sugar Levels I had do not live to get another chance. W.C. Attorneys almost cut my life short by refusing to honor a Court Ordered Settlement Agreement. Do not let W.C. do this to you. Seek Mrs. Martinez-Tenreiro help before you have to go through unnecessary pain and suffering so an insurance company can save money at the risk of your health. Mrs. Martinez-Tenreiro and her entire staff are very professional, caring, and work diligently on your case. Mrs. Martinez-Tenreiro and her staff respond to phone calls and questions promptly. I highly recommend Mrs. Martinez-Tenreiro and her staff to represent you.

My son (age 13) and I were t-boned just before Christmas in December 2021 when a driver ran a red light at high speed and spun us into traffic in the other lane so we were hit on 2 sides. He was knocked out and had a concussion that ended up causing multi year migranes and dizzyness/damage. It was terrifying medically and financially for a few years while we went through the steps to get us better, plus challenging processing close the hit was to where he was sitting and my compromised mental and emotional capacity with my injuries complicated everything. Very thankfully, we found John Fuller and his team from the beginning. They honestly made what was one of the most difficult events of our lives much easier. Bridget in particular has helped us through so much. There was not a time in the entire process, from beginning working through all of the massive bills that hit you instantly after an emergency, all the way to the end in both my case, and my son's. I'm a single parent with very limited resources and that was probably the most terrifying part of the accident after we were both through the initial medical checks. Bridget was able to help me find and use all of the resources of the complicated insurance system to help with some of my son's bills through his dad's insurance early in the process, which helped tremendously. All the way through every step they have been clear, efficient, very caring, and consistent in communication. Every fine detail in the process was covered. There was never a time when I felt alone in this or like Fuller's team didn't have our backs. The whole experience of an accident is unfamiliar and terrifying to most of us - especially when your car is crushed with your child inside. I had a lawyer work with me up til the part they negotiate and then he goes quiet. The law firm ends up firing him.
