Anastasia has made our dream of being together possible through applying for the K1 Visa in every way. From the beginning she laid it all out for us letting us what we need to start the application. Once we provided payment she got on it. Everything she requested, we provided plus more. Ensuring we had no issues with our application. We asked if our application could be expedited and she said only under certain circumstances. We were eligible to be expedited and she was persistent in making this possible. She didn't take no for an answer. USCIS had denied the request, but she informed us that we could possibly have our Senator could potentially help us communicate with USCIS to get our file pulled for expedited service. She provided the documents needed to give the Senator and he did the rest. Within two weeks we got our K1 approved for expedited processing with USCIS. Anastasia was absolutely worth it with paying an attorney to help us for our visa application. She was extremely personable, friendly, and about action to get our visa approved. I would recommend her to anyone I know in need of a immigration attorney. Even after getting approved she helped us get all the other documents that comes after getting approved. We got the work permit and green card within 3 months of applying for the adjustment of status. Our K1 Visa application clock started January 2023, moved my wife to the USA in September 2023, applied for the adjustment of status December 2023, and received green card and work visa February 2024. Jason Pearl has been a go to several times for injury claims. Unfortunately, myself and my family have been prone to a long line of accidents. Including one that nearly took my life by a drunk driver. I have never dealt with someone who is more compassionate about his clients then him. He listens to his clients instead of talking over them and always puts the ball in their court and gives them the final say. He advises his clients honestly of all possible outcome based on all possible decisions. The one time I didn’t use him (at my wife’s insistence) it turned into a three ring circus and I had to do the attorney’s job for them. His office staff is just as phenomenal as he is. If you are injured in any way I strongly suggest you speak with Jason first. He won’t necessarily paint you a rosy picture but will give you honest advice which is highly unusual this day and age. First I will say that I am not a bot. When I called Javier 2 years ago, from day 1, he knew exactly what direction to take to assist me. This process is not a walk in the park, and when you are injured, your mind and everything else is falling apart. My mom was in a Nursing Home (I wish I could tell youwhich one), which we paid a fortune to have her cared for. They were giving her the wrong medication, keeping her inside, although we pay the care center to give her fresh air, EVERY DAY(!!). I don't normally post negative remarks or reviews but this one stayed with me. On the recommendation of a friend I went to see Mr. Reinstein regarding a business issue a few months ago. Although, I knew there would be a charge for the initial consultation (most attorney's don't charge for this) I felt offended. Thinking that was the norm, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and went to see him. He offered no real options and was rather negative about my situation. I felt ripped off. Luckily I subsequently found and worked with a wonderful attorney. The moral of the story is you should consult an attorney for free and walk away feeling empowered about what they can do for you.
