Louis Michelsen was really rude during my call with him in regards to searching for a case. Every possibility I suggested, reapplying for a second SSI Case, further research, and carrying out the first SSI Case, he scolded me, calling me a "Loser," and said it was 99.5% of chance of losing at every possibility. He blasphemed during the phone call, and made my hopes of getting Legal Aid for my Disability a lot worse. To the Establishment, everyone else was not rude, and acted professional. However, unless this place terminates Luis Michelsen, more People are going to turn away from this Establishment in disgust. Never again am I going to turn to this place.

I went through two lawyers before I met A.J. The other two lawyers did nothing for me and told me that I did not have a case. I met with A.J. and he immediately went to work for me. He developed my case in a quick manner. We went before the Judge and he was great. He was so professional and knew exactly what to do where the other lawyers did not.

When your child is hurt in an accident you don't know what to do.. Phones are ringing, insurance companies calling, and all you want to do is take care of your child and get them the care that they need. I didn't need to worry about how I was going to pay for all of this, and answer a million questions when I didn't even have all the answers yet myself. Mr Marzzacco quickly put me at ease, stopped all the phone calls and let me take care of my daughter! He handled everything but always kept me updated on her case and how we needed to proceed. He was kind and dedicated. Anytime I have a question, I quickly got a response from him or his wonderful staff. I really can't say enough about my experience because they were there during the worst year of our lives, and did his part to get my daughter what she deserved. Frank was wreck amended by a friend (in the firm) and the interview was set up by him. So we thought what do we have to loose we went to the office and had a conference with Frank. We explained what happened and gave Frank all the information and he said he thought he could something. So we left it in Frank's hands not knowing what the out come would be if anything. My experience with this law firm has been one of unprofessionalism and negligence. My uncle, the executor, hired Mette law after my father died as one of the people in the firm was a neighbor and fellow church goer with my father. They asked for a $5000 retainer to handle the probate process of my father's estate and then proceeded to sit on their hands for the next 3 months. In the meeting that we had in August they outlined what they were going to do in terms of handling all the bills, getting all the mail redirected to their office, and to set up the estate checking account to handle said bills. So far, none of this has been done. I sent multiple emails asking them when things are going to get done and most of the time they do not answer me. When they do answer me or my uncle, they just say that this process takes time; but they have not done anything that I can see. My uncle calls and no one is there to take his call when he talks to the secretary. Mail is piling up in the foyer according to the real estate people when showing the house, I get termination letters for the bills such as home insurance and electricity and then we frantically have to pay it ourselves even though there is money in my dad's checking account to handle the bills. So they took our money and then have not done anything to earn that money. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone.
