Mr. Cashman provided me with extensive free legal consultation in dealing with a particular "copyright troll". All I can say is please do your due diligence when dealing with these people, particularly hiring "settlement factory" attorneys. Also, please read all of Mr. Cashman's articles on his website concerning copyright trolls. It's a treasure trove of great information. Even though I didn't end up retaining Mr. Cashman for his services due to me being in another State, I would definitely recommend him if you're in Texas.

My husband was injured on the job about three years, ago which led to his leg being amputated at first, we thought we'd be able to handle workman's comp on our own. That changed quickly we decided to consult with an attorney but ultimately ended up hiring Joseph Bedoy. I feel that was our best decision , because we had no clue how long of a process this would be. Our experience was great he answered all of our questions and explained them in terms we would understand. communication was key when we set out to find an attorney and Mr. Bedoy exceeded that. He was quick to respond to emails and or phone calls sending copies of my husband medical records and making sure work comp was doing their part. Overall we had a great experience! I have got to say working with Mr. Abbott was different than others lawyers I have delt with in the past. He doesn't act flashy and he always calls me back, even though it may take him a day to call, he always did. When I came to him I wasn't getting comp like I should and we had to go to a hearing. A few weeks later I got a big check for all my back pay and mileage and reimbursement for medicine. And that was after the insurance company said I wasn't even hurt on the job! But Mr. Abbott proved it in court. This all happened just a few months ago and I'm almost ready to go back to work now.
