The worst customer service I have ever seen, I put one star because I can't put "zero" to be able to leave my review. I always have to be the one to call to be told how the case is going and it's been over a year now. They all give different information, there is never a concrete update on the case and now in the end they contradict themselves in what they tell me and they never call, if I don't call I don't know how the case is going. I had to go once in person to the office without notice because they didn't answer my messages and they didn't even return my calls. I had surgery on my back and I gave them all my medical records that I was fine before the accident and the results of the MRI after the accident showed that I had a new situation in my back and with what they offer me, it's not even enough to cover any treatment and recover my health, they definitely don't fight for their clients and they don't care about them. Now finally, today someone called me and I totally disagree with what they told me and offered as they keep contracting themselves. NEVER!! I would NOT recommend this law firm to anyone; it has been a long and exhausting process and in the end I am not satisfied with the result.

If you have any doubt about whether you should work with Rob, let this review dispel those doubts! Rob has been in this field working these kinds of cases for over 20 years and most importantly he is honest and principled about how he takes them on and the nature of the attorney client relationship. Mr. Cashman provided me with extensive free legal consultation in dealing with a particular "copyright troll". All I can say is please do your due diligence when dealing with these people, particularly hiring "settlement factory" attorneys. Also, please read all of Mr. Cashman's articles on his website concerning copyright trolls. It's a treasure trove of great information. Even though I didn't end up retaining Mr. Cashman for his services due to me being in another State, I would definitely recommend him if you're in Texas.

I have got to say working with Mr. Abbott was different than others lawyers I have delt with in the past. He doesn't act flashy and he always calls me back, even though it may take him a day to call, he always did. When I came to him I wasn't getting comp like I should and we had to go to a hearing. A few weeks later I got a big check for all my back pay and mileage and reimbursement for medicine. And that was after the insurance company said I wasn't even hurt on the job! But Mr. Abbott proved it in court. This all happened just a few months ago and I'm almost ready to go back to work now. I want to thank Mr. Abbott for knowing all about my case and helping me when I needed it.

Es un gran equipo de trabajo, fueron muy atentos y empaticos con la situación. Apoyaron a mi madre (Imelda Garcia) en su caso desde principio a fin. Supieron apoyarla y guiarla en todo el proceso, siendo de mucha ayuda con las llamadas en línea y comunicación por internet ya que ella no es muy buena con la tecnología. Al final el caso fue ganado. My husband was injured on the job about three years, ago which led to his leg being amputated at first, we thought we'd be able to handle workman's comp on our own. That changed quickly we decided to consult with an attorney but ultimately ended up hiring Joseph Bedoy. I feel that was our best decision , because we had no clue how long of a process this would be. Our experience was great he answered all of our questions and explained them in terms we would understand. communication was key when we set out to find an attorney and Mr. Bedoy exceeded that. He was quick to respond to emails and or phone calls sending copies of my husband medical records and making sure work comp was doing their part. Overall we had a great experience! God forbid either myself, or my husband would have to go through another ordeal such as this one, but if we did I would definitely seek out Mr. Bedoy!

Nikki was great! She helped me with everything that need to be filed. When I had issues she handled them quickly with all the paperwork, phone calls, emails,everything.
