First off I would like to start by saying the reason for the 5 star review is because 6 stars is not an option! Paul and his staff are the most dedicated team I have ever seen. They stood by my side for over 2 years. If they tell you they are going to do something it gets done, that simple! A few years ago I was involved in a car accident that resulted in some injuries. It was my first car accident and I was extremely scared, lost and confused on how to proceed. Marc and his team of legal staff made me feel like everything would be ok and they held my hand throughout the entire painful process. I trusted them with my case and they did not disappoint! Marc was able to get my reluctant insurance company to pay the full amount of the policy! I now have the funds that I need to continue my treatment and l cannot be more thankful for all his hard work. I do not believe that any other attorney could have made this happen the way it did. Mark Hardesty of Hardesty, Tyde, Green and Ashton is a fantastic attorney. He was my attorney for an auto accident a couple of years ago. Marc was wonderful. Even when I wanted to give up. It took us almost 6 long years to get my case resolved, but Marc and Ken were great. They both kept me on track. Ken is Marc's assistant, and is good . If I hadn't of been with Marc then I probably would have settled for a pittance. If you are hurt at work and want someone who will fight for you, then Marc is the man for you. He cares, he really does, and now a days that's hard to find. An attorney who cares about his client , not just the money. We finally settled in Dec. of 08' to my delight and satisfaction.

The insurance company denied my case saying it was a personal condition. I called 4 other firms who turned me down. Mr. Feifer took my case telling me it may not work out. It took some time but I did get a recovery that paid off the medical bills I had incurred. Thankful for that!!

Mr. Feifer turned my case around after one of the associates with his firm made me lose faith in the process. I was about to fire the firm until they reassigned the case to Mr. Feifer., He responded to my telephone calls after hours and even when he was on vacation. He was truthful with me from the onset as to the pitfalls of the law but fought hard at mediation to get me $10,000 more at mediation after the insurance company relayed their final offer. Even the mediator told me he was amazed by this result. Eddie Farah is lucky to have him on his team.

My wife and I have retained JASON ELLIS to represent us on two separate occasions. My wife was involved in an auto accident in which an out of town driver was at fault. Though both drivers were insured, the other driver's (who was cited) insurance company declined the claim. After we exhausted all attempts to resolve this, we were referred to Mr. Ellis by a close friend who had previously retained his services with excellent results.
Mr. Ellis worked hard on my wife's behalf and we were able to obtain a settlement that exceeded our expectations.
Last year I was injured by careless construction workers who effecting repairs on a condo that adjoins ours. My injuries required surgery and an extended period of PT. I was in law enforcement for 21 years when I needed to find a reputable and knowledgeable attorney, due to a complex Worker's Comp issue. Attorney Amie DeGuzman from our first meeting the took the time to listen to my needs and issues and in my opinion treated me not as a client, but someone she sincerely wanted to help find justice.
My case was complex to say the least and Worker's Comp was not making it any easier during the process. Attorney DeGuzman immediately started dealing with Worker's Comp as well as my employer, who had all but left me in the wind after 21 years of service and really would not convey any reliable information. Amie would call to check on me during this time and give me periodic and detailed updates to my case. Attorney Deguzman was eventually able to get me what was owed when Worker's Comp was trying to use stall tactics and misinformation throughout the process to deny my claim.
At my 22 year mark in law enforcement the Florida Retirement System granted me an "In the Line of Duty" retirement. Although I would have loved to continue working; however my situation would not allow it, due to my overall health deteriorating. Amie not only represented me during my Worker's Comp case she was also there for my "Line of Duty Retirement."
I'm still in the process of dealing with Worker's Comp, but having Amie by my side and the law firm of "John J. As many of you probably already know, suing a insurance company is not as easy as u think, many insurance companies are prepared to give u the run around and or stall you out for as long as possible, which liberty mutual tried to do in my case, and I’ve had a couple lawyers in my time and none of them were as professional as Mr. Davis. Caroline called me back, listened carefully to what I had in mind, and proceeded to explain to me in details the best methods to satisfy my needs and to make sure that my Estate will be divided among my children as I requested.
After all the forms were completed, the following forms were completed and when appropriate registed with the city: Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Heath Care Suurogate, HEPAA Authorization, A Living Will, and Naming a Pre - Need Guardian. As for my persoanl Residence, she prepared an Enhaced Life Estate, commonly known as Lady Bird Deed. I never knew that many form were needed for such a request. She very patientle explaind every subject and tailored my request to aviod going to Probate after my passing.
I was very pleased and appreciative of her actions and I must say I was expecting to pay a lot more than what she charged me for all this work.
I sincerley thank Caroline for her attention to the details and the way she tailored the forms to fit my needs. I full heartedly recommned Caroline to anyone reaching that age where thinkin of Estate Planning is a must.

I hired this Law Firm and they took 3 years to settle my case, wouldn't accept the other case. Once settled and was told that the bills will be paid in due time. That took an additional months, with no phone calls no return emails. Finally got the District Attorney and the state bar association involved, with results. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM, ROBBING CONSUMERS. That's why they're a billion dollar firm, white collar crooks!!!

I was 20 years old and I was desperate and settled for the only lawyer I thought would take my case. I got hurt on the job and it was due to negligence and I thought it was my fault because he would never contact me….he also let the other lawyers walk all over us in the settlement phase and we couldn’t get no where. He told me I might as well just take what they are offering me because the case isn’t going to win. It should have been an easy case. This still hits me till this day I have back pain from that injury and I had to settle because he wouldn’t do his job. I had bills and couldn’t afford to wait for him to actually do his job or even care about me or what I had going on…etc I’m 27 about to be 28 and I still have these problems and have to work everyday with these issues. Not a good person I dont recommend
