Over 1 year ago I severely injured my back at work which resulted in 2 emergency surgeries, shortly after I was admitted to the hospital I was informed that my employer had flat out denied my claim for workers compensation after telling me to my fae that they would take care of me.
I was staring down the barrel of over $400,000 in medical bills as I did not have insurance at the time of the accident, as well as no job to return to, I was scared as to what was going to happen to me next.
I found Greg online and his team worked tirelessly for over 1 year fighting on my behalf to make sure I was taken care of. My employer fought, and used dirty tactics at every turn to deny me benefits, including having me followed and spied on by a private investigator (I had already had surgery at this point and was recovering) but that did not deter Greg and his team one bit. In fact every time they turned it up, Greg went in even more determined.
I could not be more appreciative for all of the hard work and pure dedication that was put into my case by Greg and his team, at no point did I ever think Greg was in this for the money, or anything other than he felt I was wronged and wanted to help me. He genuinely cared about my well being and the incredible financial stress this put me under, he was compassionate, diligent, and very patient throughout the entire process answering countless questions and never once making me feel like a burden.
1 year and two months later I have finally resolved my case and have received the financial help I was fighting for, including having my medical bills paid. This would have ruined me financially and sent my life into a much different direction. Because of Greg and his team I am no longer losing sleep and wondering what I'm going to do to survive.
I just cannot say enough good about this man and his team, if you are going through this and feel like there is nobody to help you, Greg and his team are the right answer. They actually care, and will 100% do what it takes to help you.

When I first contacted you, I didn’t know what to expect. Surly my expectations were low due to my experience elsewhere. The other lager firm left me in a pile of papers to be forgotten and dismissed. I was obviously not a priority as they wouldn’t even answer my questions or help me over the phone. They just said they would take my case and then ignored me giving me the runaround. I couldn’t even speak to any lawyers. I was always held up with their receptionist only to leave a message. No one would ever call me back. I was getting absolutely nowhere. I wasn’t getting any medical attention for my injuries and felt dismissed and hopeless in my situation. So hopeless that I began surcharging for someone who hopefully could help me. I’m so glad i found you! I wish I had found you sooner. I just want to thank you for everything you have done for me. You definitely went above and beyond for me even though I only had a broken toe claim. You’re an exception to the Shystie lawyer stereotype. This was most definitely a teachable moment for me. I will always speak highly of you and refer your practice in the future. You’re a good man. You showed genuine concern and real empathy for my situation. You educated me in workman’s comp law and informed me of what I could realistically expect. Even though this wasn’t a million dollar injury, you still gave me your full attention. You gave me the benefit of the doubt. I appreciate the time you spent with me, explaining my rights and the education providing all the answers I was seeking and even answers to questions I didn’t even know I had. You got me medical help and made me feel hope again. You fought for me all the way to the end even though my case wasn’t going to make you a heap of money. This case didn’t mean much to the other law firm but it sure meant a lot to me. It’s nice to know good people still exist. Please extend my thanks to Leticia aka Leti for me please. She is a hard working individual. I appreciate all of our correspondence. She has always been helpful and informative. She took really good care of me. Very good customer service. What can I say about work comp? It is a very difficult and frustrating journey to navigate . With Gregg's wonderful help, I was able to stand up to the large insurance company.
He walked me through so many closed doors that I could have never entered on my own. Gregg was sharp, persistent, and knowledgeable. He explained the many options I had to work through and settle my case.

After dealing with many other law firms that were extremely subpar, would never return calls, or could never directly speak to an attorney, I found Alex. Alex is absolutely one of the best worker's comp attorneys, and people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
My specific case was related to a right foot injury where I had multiple surgeries, and reconstructive work performed.
Extremely professional, would always either answer direct calls, or return them almost immediately. He helped me resolve a worker's comp case that was getting quite old, and we reached a very favorable settlement in the end. Alex is highly knowledgeable in the subject matter, and was able to direct me through the negotiation phase of a case, and everything that entailed through to the very end.

Mr. Alves responded to Evvo questions I have inquired about WC case. Thru Evvo posting, I was able to email him and ask if I can send him WC case documents and concurrent DFEH related labor law cases.
I posted my email address so that he can contact me back via email. I sent inordinate amout of case documents via email and also thru Google drop down share drive he was kind to sent to me.
He spent reviewing all those documents over both days of Saturday and Sunday weekend and got back to me via email on Sunday afternoon that he will be taking my labor law case. I asked him to place on hold reviewin WC case for now.
He was very understanding of my urgency needs and was willing to take his valuable weekend rest time in reviewing my cases over the weekend. He was also kind to let me know ahead he will be calling me for contract paperwork Monday next day.
Very prompt, efficient, effective, thorough, responsive, professional, insightful of knowing my needs. Also very supportive and friendly. Thank you so much thus far.

This attorney handled my case perfectly. She filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy for me which included all my debts. She also explained the process to me and attended the court hearing with me at her side.
