Take a drive down any major freeway and what will you see? A sundry of billboards with the most popular attorneys wanting to represent you. So who do call regarding your case? And yes, Tim Burns has a billboard over the freeway advertising his law firm. But I took a random chance on the Burns law firm and got satisfying results from my case. There were not any surprises regarding the outcome of my settlement and Tim Buns was very objective in assessing my case. I was sure I had no case for workmans comp. After talking to Tim, he actually laughed and said "who told you that you don't have a case?" Tim took my case promising if he didn't win, I paid nothing. When the comp attorney made an offer I was ready to accept it, I thought it was a decent offer, Tim said no, I know it and your injury are worth more. I was skeptical and scared of losing it all. After a very long struggle with defense attorneys who were uncaring, non-responsive, just "throw you to the wolves" kind of people and steal your money, we needed an appeals attorney. We contacted many many appeals attorneys and it became a coin toss between Mr. Carron and only one other attorney. We did not hire him, but we're hoping we made the right decision. Mr. Carron was very knowledgeable , responsive, caring and listened to any concerns or questions we had. Coming to this site I had little hope, I had been on several different sites, Ask an attorney? Get legal advice? I was givin misinformation each time. So basically I was gonna give it one last try lucky for me Dana answered my question unlike all the other attorneys that I had asked he actually knew what I was talking about. In fact Dana had handled some cases like mine. So he began looking into this for me. We have been corresponding for several days as he was doing research for me. But unfortunately he ha d explained that I had misses the deadline to file a claim by 3 days. My heart sank if I hadn't gotten so many bad answers in the past by professionals who really had no clue & didn't care enough to do some research i would have been able to file a claim. So unfortunately we couldn't continue with my suit at this time. But Dana reassure me he will look into extensions for this deadline & if he can do it he will get a claim filed in my behalf. So this is why I say he is 1 in a million a rare breed because who does that for people? Spend days trying to help them even at home going far beyond what he needed to. So I do know that with Dana Carron not only do u get a smart guy who works hard you also get a guy who gives a damn & actually cares for his fellow man. So thats a win win. .....

Where do I start? When I contacted Ryann from Miller Embury, I called him to take my case against a former employer, this was due to a work injury and Worker’s Compensation dispute. Poor communication. He rarely returned calls. Was retained for a post conviction case (appeal) and this attorney presented the same evidence as the trial attorney… no new evidence nor error was presented in the appellate brief….he was not prepared nor did he research the case. Went through the screening and got connected to Mr Bahrie where I was forced to listen to his accomplishments. That's all well and good sir but a well rehearsed speech don't win cases. I tried to explain my case several times where he cut me off and made fun of my condition. As he said it wasn't I glad my PTSD just magically went away . Sir joking about someone's medical condition you should know is a big no no. When I stoped him to stand up for my self he tried to cut me off and told me Let me tell you something. No infact sir let me tell you something your not going to talk to me just any way you like . As I didn't make it 5 min talking with this attorney and felt his attitude was ridiculous I would not recommend at all.
