My Mother hired Mr. Carron on my behalf and he turned out to be the best lawyer that I ran across in many years, he will give his input on things that may be better handled in a different perspective then yours and consult with you before making any changes that you felt strong about. I've encountered lawyers that have went their way and filed things on my behalf without communication, he is the exact opposite, I would recommend him to anyone..very professional!

After a very long struggle with defense attorneys who were uncaring, non-responsive, just "throw you to the wolves" kind of people and steal your money, we needed an appeals attorney. We contacted many many appeals attorneys and it became a coin toss between Mr. Carron and only one other attorney. We did not hire him, but we're hoping we made the right decision. Mr. Carron was very knowledgeable , responsive, caring and listened to any concerns or questions we had. We would HIGHLY recommend him if you are in the unfortunate position to need an appeals attorney.

Coming to this site I had little hope, I had been on several different sites, Ask an attorney? Get legal advice? I was givin misinformation each time. So basically I was gonna give it one last try lucky for me Dana answered my question unlike all the other attorneys that I had asked he actually knew what I was talking about. In fact Dana had handled some cases like mine. So he began looking into this for me. We have been corresponding for several days as he was doing research for me. But unfortunately he ha d explained that I had misses the deadline to file a claim by 3 days. My heart sank if I hadn't gotten so many bad answers in the past by professionals who really had no clue & didn't care enough to do some research i would have been able to file a claim. So unfortunately we couldn't continue with my suit at this time. But Dana reassure me he will look into extensions for this deadline & if he can do it he will get a claim filed in my behalf. So this is why I say he is 1 in a million a rare breed because who does that for people? Spend days trying to help them even at home going far beyond what he needed to. So I do know that with Dana Carron not only do u get a smart guy who works hard you also get a guy who gives a damn & actually cares for his fellow man. So thats a win win. .....

In May of 2017 I tore a tendon in my shoulder and was unable to get medical attention for a month, I contacted Jay Trucks, he got things going in the right direction, surgery was uneventful so I hired him after loosing a job I loved due to restrictions. I have been fighting for my disability since 2019. I have had the worse experience with Attorneys but I will say I am so grateful to Christopher and Lisa. They were amazing! There is not enough time for me to thank them and I have not gotten a determination yet, i should say and i still give him 5 stars because he was very kind and compassionate with what i was going through. He worked very hard for me and was very professional but didn't make me feel anxious about the hearing. Lisa was very helpful everytime we spoke. It is with great appreciation that I would like to share my experience with Robert Blamer as my attorney and legal representation in my difficult and unusual case involving my automobile accident. When I first met Mr. Blamer at his office I was very hesitant, uncertain and confused. The head trauma I suffered in the accident left me feeling vulnerable, a position I was not used to being in. During the progression of that initial meeting - though I remained reserved, I quickly found myself warming to his approachable personality. His strength of character and extensive knowledge gave me the assurance I needed to go forward with entrusting my case to him though I remained guarded. As time and my case progressed Mr. Blamer ( slightly exasperated I might add ) made the statement, " Gloria at some point you are going to have to trust me ". In response I skeptically raised my eyebrows in drawn out silence. Trust is not something I have ever taken lightly or given freely and with my history must be hard earned and proven. At the close of my case as we settled in our seats for the final decisions Mr. Blamer looked over at me and said, " I don't like to loose." I stared back intently and gamely replied, " I don't either". Not surprising to me, we did win the case and for the first time ever I found myself signing documents without painstakingly reading them first. Mr. Blamer quickly informed me I had every right to read them before signing. I looked up at him and smiled assuredly, "Bob, I trust you". Nothing more needed to be said. Mr. Kalls helped me keep my house and my car! Gave me a lot of information so I knew what I was getting into. But he made the hole process real easy, one flat fee (reasonable) and it was over in a couple of months. Ms. Jones made me feel comfortable and safe from our very first meeting. After having been put through the wringer considerably for some time dealing with the issue on my own, I was mentally exhausted, emotionally defeated, and entirely convinced that I couldn't trust anyone. I brought Jami a disability case ... My disability insurance carrier suddenly decided I was OK and could go back to work and simply stopped paying after 7 years! In Michigan TWO appeals within the insurance company itself are required before you can dispute the company's actions in court. I thought about trying to handle the appeal(s) myself (I'm a former media pro with heavy writing experience and pretty much an expert researcher).
