The day I walked into Matt's office for the first time for my personal injury appointment almost never happened. That day I had just received my accident report from state police and it stated that I was responsible for the tractor trailer driver's accident. I was in an accident on I91 and suffered cervical spinal cord damage. I was shocked to read that on the report because no ticket was issued. Matt was very easy to talk to while explaining my side to him--his positive and reassuring attitude was calming. By the time my appointment ended, Matt was my counsel and not only did I have a chance--he ended up over time negotiating a settlement on our terms! I can't say enough about his experience and expertise! I 100% recommend Newborn Law for anyone needing legal counsel for personal injury!

My case has not ended; the state of New Hampshire has not replied to a motion that I have filed with Rochester District Court to all ALL restrictions removed from me. I filed this motion on December 27, 2024. The civil restraining order placed against me has been automatically been rescinded, the plaintiff (Suzanne Carter) has not filed a continuation for the original restraining order against me. Civil restraining orders are automatically rescinded after 12 months. Stephen Brown my lawyer is not aware of civil restraining order processes? I never did receive a notice in the mail about my case ( all charges dropped, case dismissed). Stephan Brown informed me via telephone call December 17, 2024; I would receive a copy in the mail of the courts decision. I went to the courthouse and requested a copy of the decision/verdict myself. As far as the annulment process, I will file a motion on this matter myself. I can no longer wait for your Law Office to act in expedient manner. I neither can afford the costs involved with your Law Office; along with all the other fees required by the State of New Hampshire to have this record removed and be permanently annulled. I'm extremely frustrated/disgusted about how long this process takes. I was informed in October 2024, that my case was being dismissed, and here it is January 2025, still awaiting on the courts decision on motions to have my property (firearms) relinquished to me from the Farmington Police Department. It seems that I was not informed or information was being withheld from me about how long this process would take. From the first meeting with Stephen Brown in Spring of 2024.

Attorney Brown has helped me with 2 different cases now and I was very impressed by his work both times. The first case involved a driving infraction and the second case was in regards to a law suit from when I was bitten by a dog while at work. During my time working with Attorney Brown I felt he was very informative and on the ball. At no point was I ever left to wonder about what was happening in the legal realm or what was to come next. He did a great job of explaining what his target goals were regarding each case and the steps he would take to accomplish these goals. I never had a difficult time getting in contact with him. His legal team was also full of courteous and dedicated employees. Not only was he more than qualified to take care of my legal issues but he was down to earth and easy to talk with. I really liked the way he would explain how each legal matter might turn out in an average situation. He would also explain what results he felt were practical and realistic to aim for. This painted a perfect picture of what I might expect to happen in the legal world I have yet to fully understand. I had contacted him to ask questions about my accident. As we talked he informed me that I'm not his type client that he would be representing the other driver. However he continued on the phone with me till I fully understood the whole process. He didn't rush me or charge me. I am so grateful for his knowledge and time. I would highly would highly recommend him because if he would do that for someone that wasn't his type of client I can only imagine what he would do for a client.

Matt Malouf and Jazmin Rivera were wonderful to work with! They made it simple and even when my claim was inevitably getting dragged out by the insurance company they made me feel comfortable with the process and explained my next steps in an easy to understand way. The insurance company listed me as 50% responsible for a car accident made my another person running a red light when I had green. They took care of it in no time and made sure I was given my proper settlement and listed 0% responsible. Thank you so much for helping me out with this! I have worked with Ward Law on 2 different occasions now. Attorney John Ward I worked with most recently. He was helpful and made me feel more at ease with the process when overwhelmed. Even called me after business hours one time to go over the case to help ease my anxiety. Would highly recommend for Social Security matters.
Previously, I worked with Attorney Dana Smith on a workers compensation issue. He was much like Attorney Ward. Helped me feel me feel more at ease with what was going on and understand the process. He is highly motivated, respectful and responsive. I’d bring him any workers compensation related stuff again if I had to.
These two attorneys are the hardest working and nicest attorneys I’ve talked to. I’d recommend either of them for a case; they bust their butt and so do their paralegals.

I hurt my knee on the job in 2016. The workers comp insurance company agreed that the knee was injured on the job and paid for PT and a meniscus operation. I was still in pain after the operation and insisted on another MRI. It was determined that I would need a total knee replacement operation. The insurance company told me "you don't need a lawyer" , then their lawyer sent me a notice that I needed to go to an Independent Medical Examination. That's when I found Doug on the internet. Long story less long, he took my case and won unanimous decisions with four mediators at two different hearings at the Department of Labor. I got my knee replaced after 2+ years from the initial accident and Doug was amazing. Highly recommend his services. I would not have prevailed without him.

Leslie Nixon was linked to my case as I happened to be working in New Hampshire when I was ejected from a vehicle while the driver fell asleep. I live in Maryland and would have to make trips up north in order to proceed with the case. The communication with her team through the entire process was exceptional. I met Attorney Greg Robbins when he was an associate out of Brown law in Rochester. (see Attorney S. Brown Law review too!). I had been injured at work and found myself waking up in critical care at a hospital. It was a very hard place to be. I was overwhelmed right out of the hospital, and after trials of PT that failed. My doc was not a MD and should have done more testing after the hospital. I couldn't wrap my head around ever knowing anything like workmans' comp law. I was overwhelmed as Attorney Robbins reviewed the original records at that time, and felt hopeless at so much detail. I wasn't okay or ready to manage it. I was later hospitalized 4 times more due to one injury to my head, the rest was body. More time went by and it took forever to find out what was happening. I got new doctors to help me better, and do the job they needed to in the beginning. I had never seen a doctor for anything for 16 years before being hurt at work. I wished I felt more able to fight at first, but it was too overwhelming. I had so much to prove and was not okay to do that. The time in and out of hospitals, a major surgery caused by my work, it was too much. I will keep more details of me out, but not what I have come to believe. Attorney Robbins would have been the best attorney for the job. I wish I didn't need more medical things to have been known after the initial injury. I just didn't have it all. I believe he is worthy of looking to for workman's' comp issues...and whether you're leery...give him a chance first. I found this type of law to be very hard for me, and it might feel that way to you, but Greg Robbins is the man here. I fully believe he will handle it, even if it's overwhelming. If your going to fight...CHOSE ATTORNEY ROBBINS in your corner! I finally spelled his name right (I must be getting better). I've been that unsteady. Thanks so much & sorry for being a pain in the butt too. A very overdue thanks....Kudos Greg!

Christopher Garner is a horrible lawyer. Rude and disrespectful.please be very careful with this lawyer I personally 100% would not recommend his services to anyone at all. Terrible experience and a lawyer who is not looking out for your best interest as a client, He just asked me in my first visit "consulting " the day before Christmas for fees $$$ in cash only and that was very weird because lawyers don't ask for cash! so I paid the cash and than I had no service at all and nothing was solved!
So basically I lost my money and my time with this lawyer and now I have to find a professional lawyer who cares about his clients.

I was referred to Attorney Garner by The Pro Bono Organization of NH. Because I fell at 62 years old and suffered substantial injury I could no longer work and consequently fell behind on my bills. There was no other choice but to declare bankruptcy. I met with Attorney Garner and was so impressed by him and his assistant Dixie. He NEVER returns phone calls or emails. I ended up more in debt than I was before. Do not use him for divorce...and especially if he was recommended by the low cost legal aide. I got buried!!
