The day I walked into Matt's office for the first time for my personal injury appointment almost never happened. That day I had just received my accident report from state police and it stated that I was responsible for the tractor trailer driver's accident. I was in an accident on I91 and suffered cervical spinal cord damage. I was shocked to read that on the report because no ticket was issued. Matt was very easy to talk to while explaining my side to him--his positive and reassuring attitude was calming. By the time my appointment ended, Matt was my counsel and not only did I have a chance--he ended up over time negotiating a settlement on our terms! I hurt my knee on the job in 2016. The workers comp insurance company agreed that the knee was injured on the job and paid for PT and a meniscus operation. I was still in pain after the operation and insisted on another MRI. It was determined that I would need a total knee replacement operation. The insurance company told me "you don't need a lawyer" , then their lawyer sent me a notice that I needed to go to an Independent Medical Examination. That's when I found Doug on the internet. Long story less long, he took my case and won unanimous decisions with four mediators at two different hearings at the Department of Labor. I got my knee replaced after 2+ years from the initial accident and Doug was amazing. Highly recommend his services. I would not have prevailed without him.

Peter took on my personal injury case and was very informative of how this process would go and took the time to really dig into the specifics of my case and figure out what would be our best approach. Just before trial, we closed out this lawsuit with the opposing party. Peter took it right to the very end and made sure that my settlement amount was fair for what I had endured from the crash. Leslie Nixon was linked to my case as I happened to be working in New Hampshire when I was ejected from a vehicle while the driver fell asleep. I live in Maryland and would have to make trips up north in order to proceed with the case. The communication with her team through the entire process was exceptional. I met Attorney Greg Robbins when he was an associate out of Brown law in Rochester. (see Attorney S. Brown Law review too!). I had been injured at work and found myself waking up in critical care at a hospital. It was a very hard place to be. I was overwhelmed right out of the hospital, and after trials of PT that failed. My doc was not a MD and should have done more testing after the hospital. I couldn't wrap my head around ever knowing anything like workmans' comp law. I was overwhelmed as Attorney Robbins reviewed the original records at that time, and felt hopeless at so much detail. I wasn't okay or ready to manage it. I was later hospitalized 4 times more due to one injury to my head, the rest was body. More time went by and it took forever to find out what was happening. I got new doctors to help me better, and do the job they needed to in the beginning. I had never seen a doctor for anything for 16 years before being hurt at work. I wished I felt more able to fight at first, but it was too overwhelming. I had so much to prove and was not okay to do that. The time in and out of hospitals, a major surgery caused by my work, it was too much. I will keep more details of me out, but not what I have come to believe. Attorney Robbins would have been the best attorney for the job. I wish I didn't need more medical things to have been known after the initial injury. I just didn't have it all. I believe he is worthy of looking to for workman's' comp issues...and whether you're leery...give him a chance first. I found this type of law to be very hard for me, and it might feel that way to you, but Greg Robbins is the man here. I fully believe he will handle it, even if it's overwhelming. If your going to fight...CHOSE ATTORNEY ROBBINS in your corner! I finally spelled his name right (I must be getting better). I've been that unsteady. Thanks so much & sorry for being a pain in the butt too. A very overdue thanks....Kudos Greg!

i had an amazing experience with Brent . He knows everything for you as an immigrant and always do all the steps you supposed to do in a perfect way . always reply emails fast and with fully answers for all the questions you have for him . it is absolutely worth the money i would choose him again every time i have to choose i got my green card without needing an immigration interview all due to Brent hard work with me. i was hesitate about the price at first but i am so glad i chose Brent and did not follow my hesitation so if you guys confused about the price it is absolutely worth it and very awardable.

They won’t likely won’t take your case if it is complex involving falsehoods against you, employer liability and injuries. Edit: You see the response stating they are “unable to accept every case” but this is the actual reason why they said they cannot accept my case, which is different…” Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you due to our current case load.” So why are they advertising for more clients if their current case load is so high, they are unable to assist me…? Just some things for the general public to consider when looking for an attorney.

Christopher Garner is a horrible lawyer. Rude and disrespectful.please be very careful with this lawyer I personally 100% would not recommend his services to anyone at all. Terrible experience and a lawyer who is not looking out for your best interest as a client, He just asked me in my first visit "consulting " the day before Christmas for fees $$$ in cash only and that was very weird because lawyers don't ask for cash! so I paid the cash and than I had no service at all and nothing was solved!
So basically I lost my money and my time with this lawyer and now I have to find a professional lawyer who cares about his clients.

I was referred to Attorney Garner by The Pro Bono Organization of NH. Because I fell at 62 years old and suffered substantial injury I could no longer work and consequently fell behind on my bills. There was no other choice but to declare bankruptcy. I met with Attorney Garner and was so impressed by him and his assistant Dixie. John failed miserably in my divorce. I got defaulted because he failed to provide my ex husbands attorney with my paperwork by the deadline he was given by the court. He NEVER returns phone calls or emails. I ended up more in debt than I was before. Do not use him for divorce...and especially if he was recommended by the low cost legal aide. I got buried!! If i could give zero stars...I would!
