I write this review with pleasure. I have used this law firm several times and with total satisfaction. All involved, paralegals, front desk and especially my recent Attorney, Rylan Barnett were very friendly and professional. Rylan is hands on… he told me what he could do realistically and did exactly that . We discussed all decisions all along the way with a suit that could have gone to jury trial. My advice to all.. be well documented with your case and your results will be so much stronger in your favor. It’s amazing how once one retains the right Attourney … the defendant knows he’s up against something real… the key to this is having an attourney that understands your situation and willing to fight for you. Ryan is this person as all the Attourneys at this firm are. One thing that highly impressed me… I called a great life long friend of mine… he is a very successful attorney… This is who he recommended for me. It was a great and right choice. Also… no over billing … I was very pleased at my bottom line and final billing. Trust me as you may already know.. this is not always the case. I love that this firm is one stop shopping for most all my needs. You can search the entire state of Florida, and you would not find a harder working, more caring, more efficient attorney than J. Donovan Whibbs. I was originaly with ms. rodgruise partner, Tanya Mayes. When ms. mayes was called to duty in our military, she gladly step into her shoes and took my case. She was remarkable and so good. I had a tuff case to reunify with my child and she worked magic with the courts, my son and myself. she kept me focused and gave moral support. everyone but the judge was against this union and it all came out a win situation with my son who now resides with me in my home full time and no longer with the court system. I lived out of state, so getting back and forth to florida was hard for me, but through her help, and courts, we made prior arrangements so my attendence went as ordered.
She has a para-legal named Patty who is a wonder in the office and keeps her looking good and her case load needing nothing except her voice in court. Together they make a fantastic team.
I have loved having her work for me in my best interest and always had only the best for my defense needed. Always prepared for court and ready to go for the win. I reccomend Ms. Rodrigues for all your needs and services. She will get the job done

I was attacked by a dog while working and sustained some injuries, I then obtained the legal services of Michael’s and Booth and was represented by Mr. Murphy and his awesome team. From beginning to end I was given all the attention and professionalism any client deserves. When contacting them regarding the account for my husband and I their prior correspondence of payment being dispersed to be received by mail no later than the end of November (underlined in their letter mind you), nothing was ever received 10 days into December. Called to notify them, to which they refused to divulge information by phone, I asked to please have the letter re-sent by mail then. They stated no. So, if someone doesn't receive promised correspondence via mail as PROMISED, you try to call to notify, and they REFUSE to take any action it's absolutely negligent. I tried asking how they can do that because I'm only asking to re-receive whatever they supposedly sent already. Nicole HUNG UP ON ME and when I immediately called back, no one will pick up the phone line?! TERRIBLE.
Update: Them replying that they do not show us as a client is incorrect seeing as I have correspondence regarding the hernia mesh case for my FIL with their contact information, letterhead, etc. regarding his case. Clearly, continuing negligence in the response given.

I was critically injured from an industrial accident at work, my personal experience trying to get workers compensation was one of the most eye opening experiences i have ever encountered,. how a company can railroad you to nothing without legal representation. Levin Papantonio and all undersigned took the legal steps to get me in the door of workers comp. and fought for max benefits, and did not settle for low ball offers closing, when combating a company and Insurance lawyer up, the resources ,professional counsel of Levin Papantonio are highly recommended.

I contacted Mr. Soloway about a car accident, and he said that although he didn't handle car accidents, he was willing to represent me. He seemed very friendly when we met, but then he handed the case over to his "associate." I was told that although cases like mine weren't money makers, because I was only looking for money to pay current and future bills, there should be no problem. About 8 months later, he called me in to his office and told me that he was unable to get any money and doubted that he would even get enough money for me to pay my current bills. He then accused my doctor of being a racist and said that the doctor was the reason that I wasn't going to receive any money. After looking through the file that was returned to me, I could see that neither he nor his assistant ever bothered to make a single phone call or write any letters. In fact, the assistant told me that I should get my doctor to write my "medical narrative," even though it was her job to contact him. This was the worst experience in my entire life.

I was with Brett for 2 years and nothing was done for my work comp case. I spoke more with his assistant Kim which is nice, but was never told the truth. After 2 years of no results I switched attorney's. In 2 months with this attorney I have had deposition, "in which I found out I should have had within first couple months of my claim," and now I have had a meditation so hopefully, I can start to getting treatmen! Please dont do as I did and hurt for years being promised they are helping you, when come to find out, 2 years later Brett had filed nothing on my behalf, had no deposition or mediation, the opposing attorney was shocked to find out I had no deposition or mediation.... If you need help GO elsewhere!
