Rear-ended on a freeway on-ramp on the way to support my boss at a work event. I am sad! I called to make an appointment for a REPLACEMENT of legal representation of my Workman Comp because I am very unhappy with my current representation. I have Osteomyelitis /Discitis. Physicians worry about me in so many ways, especially WC physicians, having reviewed my case, tell me. I should be rock solid in care. Yet, my current lawyer has not physically spoken to me since May. I do not care about who comes and goes in his offices, my medical treatments are serious, and my rehabilitation should be taken with the same care. The consult from start to finish, 14 min 50 sec of my speaking ability, the muscle. Spasms I have are triggered by speech, like an inmate I only get 1 Call a day, it is wasted on
"I am sorry, but Mr. Mariano only takes NEW cases. He does not want to step on the toes of another Lawyer. He has his OATH."
I am shocked. I have NEVER heard of a lawyer not wanting to be guaranteed 💰WINNINGS 💰and as far as his oath, I know my origin is Cali, but in my experience, no Law Contract stipulates that you couldn't take in a client that's unhappy with their current lawyer and has no plans to stay with them.

My wife and I went in to see James to see if we were able to deal with me losing my job because of an injury at work. This was something I had never in my life had to deal with and he helped us with advice and honesty. I would recommend James to everyone going through any actions as he has a sympathetic ear and was so very helpful for us to walk us through the trauma. I came to Trent when I found out that workmans comp wasn't going to do the surgeries I needed done from the injuries I got at work. I don’t quite know where to start or how to thank Trent McAluffe enough, for all the help that he has given to me and my family over the past years. I was injured on the job in 2006. I have had multiple surgeries since then. Without his help I would not have the intervention of the doctors I have now. I have come to know that every doctor has his own option about treatment, and they do not always agree with one another. I have come to realize that the third party administrator‘s (or the employers insurance company) works for the employer and protects there interests only. The States workers comp laws and regulations, are at best, the most difficult and the most unreasonable laws to navigate through. Without Mr. McAluffe’s attention to detail and his outstanding Knowledge of these laws I would not be where I am today. He honestly cares about his clients and their families and wants the best for them. At all times he is prompt in returning my phone calls and can answer any concerns and or questions I may have. It boils down to this folks you need competent counsel to get through this mess that is workers comp, give him a call you won’t be sorry.

Greta helped my family to get the Green Card through the employment-based visa (EB-3).
