After thirty five years with the company, only missing time out due to two pregnancies, I got hurt at work. One would think after all these years with the company one would know what to do. To my surprise, people were saying you can't file a workers’ comp claim, the company will fire you or make your life miserable.
I called many different law firms and they would not take my case. It was looking very gloomy until someone recommended Will Inman to me. As someone who is struggling, this is very important because I feel anxious about how long everything takes and whether or not I'll be able to provide for my future because my original plans no longer matter since having a life-changing accident. I've been fortunate to have Doug as my attorney since 2002, through various on-the-job injuries. Worker's compensation can be a confusing and intimidating beast, especially when the employer is a county government that does not care in the least for its public safety employees.
